cut the man some slack, he presumably takes his debauchery with at least a dash of sleep and/or gainful employment.
hell, he writes so much (on this and other blogs) that i sometimes wonder whether he keeps a stable of generous dowagers instead of an actual job.

It’s a cartoon figure so it is hard to judge body language.. but she is not leaning into him like she should be, and her hands are in her pockets. He has flowers (what kind of girl gives a man flowers) and while they are both facing away from each other I still immediately had the feeling the man was more involved in the interaction. If he has his arm around her, it is in a possessive manner. What were you thinking?
