The Mark Sanchez story is funny from at least one angle — the daughters of single, slutty moms go on to be sluts themselves.

In July 2005, the decision said, Chip Kruger “learned that she had slept with her rowing coach” while the Krugers were attempting a reconciliation.

Lesson: Millions of dollars does not necessarily an alpha make. Nor does it prevent your wife from cheating with her rowing coach. And that kid went ha haaw!

On a more serious note, the Sanchez case, and others like it, prove that the statutory rape laws in this country are well-nigh fucked beyond any semblance of fairness. It’s time to end strict liability. If a 17 year old has the sense of mind to lie about her age so that she can bang an older athlete, then she can give consent to sex as well. It is not the responsibility of men to do background checks of every young-looking woman they meet. The courts must catch up to the fact that women are hypergamous, and that a result of that hypergamy is a tendency to prefer fucking older, higher status men.

Actually in New Jersey where Sanchez reported took her after meeting her in NYC, the age of consent is 16. It’s the same in Connecticut where she lives. And it’s 17 in NY. So she’s legal all around.

But yeah I agree if a girl plausibly lies that she’s over the age of consent, it shouldn’t be a crime to consensually bang her.

It could happen, but it would be extremely rare that would ever work out. A 17 year old being pursued by a 35 year old, he is a middle aged, who has lot more life experience, a 17 year old is just starting out in life, a 20 year old who is dating a 17 year old to me is just different than a 35 middle aged man pursuing some 17 year old. Personally, the most succesful relationships I have seen are couples who met and dated in high school and are still married and happy together. A neighbor saw his wife when she was 12, was smitten and said that’s the girl I will someday marry. He was 16. They did marry when she was 19, were together until he died at 90. True story.

Since the age of consent is 18, a 17 year old can easily be mistaken for being 18 to even 21.

In India there is law which establishes that a girl can give her consent only after reaching 18. However, in case she is married the age of consent is 16 (in some cases even 15 by several High Courts). Importantly, any marriage before 18 is voidable and amounts to child marriage punishable under Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.

Now, can anyone tell why these anomalies in law.

The fundamental drive behind almost all of feminism is the fear of abandonment because of age. That is why they want to rely on the State so much. It’s considered a better long turn bet (and from their pov, they are right).

Even the child support tyranny is partly designed as revenge and as an impediment to a man getting a much younger, hotter, tighter female.

This shows why “age difference relationships” are such a threat to older women and why, since feminists allied with “Christians” in 1986 (to announce to all young women that men were zombie-like carriers of AIDs), they’ve been using their “women’s right to vote” to raise the age of consent and put innocent men in jail.

And one wonders why MRAs are still chagrined about women getting the right to vote (men into criminals).

The real crime in age difference dating is “abandonment of older women”.

Meanwhile, it is just too easy for a 16 year old to pretend she’s 18. All the new US state laws need to be set back to 16 (like most European countries except newly Islamic Turkey which just raised it to 18 because Islamic men are manginas) and I wouldn’t mind seeing a federal judge rule on this, based directly on the FACT that it’s all about older women wanting revenge for being ignored (and religious or femmy manginas trying to appease them).

Note that Delaware has a law that says that the 20 something adult players on a football team and the assistant coaches can all have a gang bang with a 17 year old groupie, but if the head coach, over 30 years old, even so much as watches, he gets branded a sex offender for life (the law says that 16 is OK unless the older person has reached his or her 30th birthday in which case it becomes a felony).

It’s just too bad the conservatives on the Supreme Court have shown what their colors are on this kind of issue, as they tried unsuccessfully to uphold a law that would have made the film “American Beauty” illegal. These “conservatives” have bought into the Hollywood and media idea of “18” where most of the world thinks of “16” as legal.

But at least nobody on the Supreme Court has yet upheld the bullshit that there is something wrong in age “difference” itself.

If a politician was otherwise popular/credible and then said that the trend of raising the AoC was anti-male and needed to be reversed back to 16, he or she would be surprised to see a huge shift in support coming from males. If a GOP or Dem politician in the US ever tried to take your position, he or she would lose 5% in the polls overnight.

This issue, and some other men’s rights issues, could destroy the Republican Party’s chances of getting the White House in 2012 – if Dem strategists were smart enough to use this as a wedge (but they are not smart enough, so no worries there) and the Republican politician stupid enough to think the majority male GOP constituents would agree that 17 should equal jail time and a sex offender status.

Agreed, my math was a little off. Anyway, yes women do worry quite a bit about their quality of life once they reach that point. It is easy to get men to do things for you when you are young and attractive, not so much as you get older. Men only will help you out of some family or social obligation or the kindness of their hearts. Older women do tend to be more independent too. I agree with you about the idiotic legislation, that isn’t the way to go and it’s unfair. Women can get status from their families and other work they do. The natural order of things is younger men replacing older men in status (yes it happens later in life than for women) so having sons is good because you can feel some pride in their success.

Indeed, we’ve learned that women tend to be serially polyamorous…they won’t have multiple lovers (wasn’t it the Tiger Woods story where the whore in question basically didn’t take on any lovers for months because she had the possibility to hook up with Tiger once a month?), when she’s cheating, the husband ain’t getting any…unless you’re Jessica Cutler.

I find the women who become involved with the school boys — one as young as in the 6th grade — disgusting. They deserve the same sentence as a man would receive if he was involved with a 6th grade student of his. No, I don’t want 10 year old boys or 17 year old young men abused in any way. I would have just as much sympathy and compassion for them as I do girls.

In days gone by there was younger marriages and someone at 14 could be married.

I guess I am wrong — a 17 year old could consent to be with a 35 year old, just the same as a 20 year old. I personally don’t know why she would want to — but if she does become involved consensually for whatever reason, then, no, in that particular case I would say the man would not be any more of a CRIMINAL than a 20 year old. I don’t find it particularly ethical but he shouldn’t be a criminal either, and I can see the age of consent being 16 or 17, and things looked at on case by case basis.

Quarterback ranks you higher than a Congressman. Maybe a running back too, if you’re really good. I think if you’re in the upper 10 percent or so of the team, that gets attention. The superstars probably can pick up as many women as they want, but I’d bet that most of the regular guys probably get scraps, at best.

NYC, LA, Vegas, Miami, and maybe Atlanta are filled with people looking to cozy up with celebrities, sports stars, and entertainment (music/acting) figures. There are also a lot of exclusive clubs where you can have the privacy to pick up the women you want without much hassle. I’d think that if you were a famous man trying to hook up, these would be prime locations.

As I said above, it’s the stars of the team that get the ladies. Sanchez hooks up a lot, but I’d bet the field goal kicker and the LBs aren’t a big deal. The guys on the practice teams, even less so. For lesser teams, such as the Lions or Seahawks, probably only the QB is getting action. Generally when you have groupies, they want the big men or nothing.

He would look like a jerk if he were attempting to be with a bunch of Hollywood starlets and what not. I respect him for being content with what he is.

In Poland (where I immigrated from) the age of consent is 15 but if the girl lies, then the man is innocent.

In a recent high profile case, a girl aged 13 pretended to be 18 and ran away with an adult man. Police interrogated him, he proved she lied (using her email messages) and he was not prosecuted.

That’s how it should be done in the US.

Once married for awhile, she is closer to being the financial equal of her husband, considering community property and no fault divorce rules nowadays. If the marriage dissolves, for whatever reason, her lifestyle will not suffer, and, if she has kids by him (and she gets custody), they’ll bring her control of perhaps up to 5 figures a month per child in addition to the alimony.

This situation has outraged me forever, and it’s gotten worse.

That’s why rich men especially, but really all men, certainly those in the upper middle class on up, should refuse to marry unless they want kids right after tying the knot, and then then only if she signs a prenup that mimics living together in the event of a divorce.

No alimony and she does get any of his property including that earned during the marriage, that he hasn’t explicitly given to her.

In negotiations maybe cave on a situation where he divorces her or moves out to be with another woman, unless she’s given him just cause. Then let her have maybe 1/3 the excess of his property earned during the marriage over hers.

Just cause that would lead to her not getting 1/3 of what’s his but only what’s hers even though he’s divorcing her, would include 1) her stopping having sex with him for a six month period despite his efforts to do so, except in the six months following the birth of each child; 2) her adultery; 3) blowing up like a sea lion such that he is no longer attracted to having sex with her; 4) becoming and remaining addicted to an illegal or legal substance which is substantially degrading her performance of her roles as a wife, mother and/or co breadwinner; 5) her gross wasting of marital resources such as through gambling or excessive spending and incurrence of credit card or other debt.

Note that this can be written in a gender neutral way, so that if he e.g. cheats on her, he doesn’t get 1/3 of the excess of her money over his either. In the situations I’m thinking of, there won’t be any such excess in that direction.

I’m 36 years old and I would never pursue a teenage boy for sex. If I did I would expect the parents to go ballistic and for everyone else to lose respect for me. It is selfish to use a much younger person for your own pleasure like that.

Lots of women in their thirties do. It’s also a fantasy, and sometimes a reality, for lots of mid and later teen boys, provided the woman is still hot and fit.

And one female paper route customer, who was probably in her late 20s. And hot; she once paid me the monthly subscription wearing a loose top with no bra, and I got a look at her boobies as she was leaning down as she cribbled in her checkbook.

Had the fantasy happened and either or both would have seduced me, it would have been an amazingly empowering experience, and as a result I probably would have had the savvy to fuck every girl in my high school.

Which leads me to wonder, what some billionaires and rich guys have that others don’t. Why do some end up dating chunky Asians while others marry Giada?

I think just about any billionaire or quarter billionaire who isn’t real real old (and some who are) and is at least somewhat fit, can get a solid 9 for a wife. I just think some don’t care enough to go for that. They can even get them with (fairly generous) prenups.

Maybe they can’t get a 9 who’s also real smart and shares a lot of his interests.

Also the rich guy’s usually got to be into living the glamorous jet set life to some extent like Trump or Branson, and unlike Zuckerberg or Gates, to get the real hotties. Well Gates is now engaged in getting some glamour in earnest policy wonk circles through philanthropy; Zuckerberg will likely do that too down the road, and there is that gift to the Newark school district.

I’d guess as well that Zuckerberg doesn’t have a high sex drive.

While I don’t agree w/ the hooking up between people of that age difference, marriage or LTR is another story.

When there’s an age and / or power imbalance he’ll always appear alpha / superior / to her and to him, she’ll be always youthful and innocent. It just seems romantic, albeit from my naive and slightly old fashioned point of view.

This type of age difference makes perfect sense for LTR/marriage. If he has the right accomplishments, he can help mold her and she never has to get jaded on the dating market. She has someone to look up to and guide her, greatly decreasing the problems that happen between two equally-aged and accomplished partners (she has too much power, there ensues boredom and her wandering).

Dad’s attitude is the quickest way for the Republican Party to achieve defeat. Above he just stated that all men should do background checks (or more likely abstain) on every good looking young women they meet, at the point of a sword. It is a fact that this attitude is the main reason young men don’t vote Republican. Thus, people like Dad need to be publicly run out of the GOP on a rail if small government conservatism is the end goal. Italy’s conservatives know better (the supporters of Berlusconi).

UN and dictionary definition of a child is someone 12 or under.

A “minor” or “teen” is 13, 14 or 15.

Anyone 16 or over should be a “young woman” in English for any man who knows how false accusations can be made against any man, regardless of his actual desire for anybody (in any other language, a “girl” can be as old as 29).

Using the alternative language of fembots and manginas is not in the interest of any man with a brain.

The GOP will be purged of the old ladies and their mangina cohorts who want to stick their middle finger up at heterosexual males by, among other things, announcing that young women are “minors” today who were young adults yesterday, for instance between 1776 and 1996. In most of the US and the world, a 17 year old is not a “minor”. Only a nanny state supporter would work hard to declare them that.

Declaring that heterosexual males need to politically stand behind gays is bizarre and cement-block-headed. It won’t take another 20 years to turn the GOP around.

Due to lack of melanin, wrinkles, sun spots, age spots and other derma flaws are easily showcased on our faces.

Unfortunately we have a window of about 10 years max wherein we look good before we really start to show our age OR look older.

Its the opposite with melanin-rich folk. I know several Blacks in their 50s who regularly get mistaken for being 20 years younger, and ones in their 30s who still get carded in bars.

This girl needs to lay of the cigarettes, stay out of the sun, eat an enzyme rich diet and put some collegen in her lips if she wants to look like the teenager she is.

She will look close to 40 by the time she’s 25 because she’s only 17 and already looks close to 30.

In fact, I know several healthy 30 year olds who look more vibrant, youthful, soft and feminine than she does.

Age of consent is more for parents then it is for kids. Good parents don’t want their teens having sex. Good parents want their teens studying, getting A’s, excelling in music or sports or other extra-curricular activities, coming home to help with the house chores, eating dinner, doing homework and then settling down to watch TV with the family while everyone eats popcorn and hits the sack by 10 pm.

This is what teens are SUPPOSED to be doing.

Everyone on here knows that if YOUR daughter were banging someone like you at the age of 15, you’d kick the crap out of him and THEN put him behind bars.

What you want for yourself and want you want for you daughters, real or potential, are 2 different things.

The poster above just said it all. Lowering the age of consent further and normalizing older man/younger woman relationships will always be an uphill battle, and not only because of the feminists. I think the “never get married” male contingency on here often forget a LARGE percentage of 30-50yo men will never be their allies and can actually be counted on as enemies. Why? Because they’re fathers, and allowing Roissy-type seducers anywhere near their progeny is akin to genetic suicide. Call it beta if you want, but there’s no force on earth more deadly than the protective instinct of loving parents. I know plenty of fathers (and hell, mothers) who would be hunting this man down right now. It’s lucky for Mark Sanchez that this girls’ parents are shallow, starfucking whores themselves and they’re probably proud of her.

Sadly it’s true…there’s not very much difference in the convo topics / everyday interests of women across age gaps. Nearly identical in 18 – 25 y/os and overlapping with early 20s and even mid 40s women. Surely there is a difference in the approach but as a young woman myself it’s hard for me to objectively say.
