False Rape Culture

January 20, 2012 by CH

A male reader sounds the alarm:

Recently I’ve been seeing “wanted” papers taped to trees and poles in the neighborhood in the city I live in. There’s a face shot of a black guy and it says underneath “WANTED: For domestic abuse of women”. I think there’s a number to call if you spot the guy. You can tell by the quality of the printout that it’s a civilian, not the police, that is hanging these up. This is scary stuff, if you ask me. What if the guy is innocent? He’s just had his name smeared all over town.

A couple months ago, I saw a similar wanted poster stapled to a kiosk. Photo of a guy who, truth be told, no one would mistake for a choir boy, and an accusation that the guy was a rapist and abuser. It was a low quality print that looked like it was hastily arranged and distributed by an angry ex-girlfriend. Judging by the look of him, I would not be surprised he was guilty of whatever sins against angelic womanhood his ex accused him of. But that’s not the point.

What if this vigilante feminist trend becomes widespread and adopted by aggrieved exes who just want to lash out with a great vengeance and libel the men who dumped them? I could easily see a leafletting campaign of slander by rancid feminists who love assholes but hate getting dumped by them becoming popular. This has the potential to be a growth industry fueled by embittered, man-hating cunts.

Feminists like to talk a big talk about “rape culture”, but the reality is that what the US and other countries of the West are seeing unfolding and growing in social acceptance is the opposite: the false rape culture. Social shaming mechanisms against false rape or abuse accusations, including accusations of abuse stripped of context (Hi, Penelope Cunk!), coupled with social acceptance of these kinds of feminism-inspired witch hunts (or, more precisely, warlock hunts), is leading us down a cultural path where libel, slander and malicious defamation of men become part of the wonderful and vibrant tapestry of society.

In reality, what’s to stop a bitterbitch from making wanted posters of some jerk she still loves who cheated on her? What about a feminist who took an innocent flirtatious gesture the wrong way? Or a girl who enjoyed a few weeks of fun with a player but was disappointed he didn’t want to be exclusive? Are men going to start seeing their mug shots all over town?

This development is so pernicious and ripe for ABUSE that the only way to battle it is to stiffen the penalties for slander, libel and false rape or abuse allegations. The law needs to be updated to reflect the new, anonymous, information-loaded world we occupy. My proposal: any woman who gets caught making a false rape or abuse accusation gets exactly as much time in jail as a man indicted for the alleged rape or sexual abuse would get.

That should nip it in the nip.

But if the law won’t cooperate, there’s another option: mutually assured destruction. A thicket of “WANTED: FOR SLUTTY FUN”, “BEWARE: GOLDDIGGER” and “WARNING: CHEATING HO” posters should turn up the heat enough that it’ll make girls think twice about playing the female game of social ostracism in public venues.

Every solid man has a good lawyer.

    1. Call lawyer

    2. Send C&D to said ex-girlfriend. Use a process server if you want to blow an extra $35-$50. Demand that she takes down all of the flyers.

    3. Laugh.

Counterpostering won’t work. That’s “hate speech” or “threats.”

More effective: actual beatings. She’s accused you of it anyway, so why not put it into practice? As a bonus there’s a good chance of smokin’ hot sex afterwards.

Uh, NO. If you do beat her…you won’t have any defense if it ever got to trial. In this day and age…you’ll just see to getting 10+ years in prison doing that sort of thing.

A.B. Dada has the rights of it there. Threaten to sue her for slander and libel…and then if she doesn’t C&D, carry through with the promise you made to sue the crap out of her.

The way to get rid of this trend is easy: start making and putting putting up “wanted” posters of every random guy whose pic is on Facebook. Or put up pics of local school boards men or elected officials. Then go for senators and the like.

Because if every man is guilty, then no man is. After a while people will see this a the “Crucible”-type hysteria it really is.

      1. That’s a very good solution. Overuse the Wanted posters to the point they’re all garbage. It would be funny to post photos of random chicks wanted for various stupid shit. “WANTED: For leaving dirty saguaro dildo on the coffee table.” Etc.

On the other hand, nothing screams social proof like a Wanted poster, with your face on it, obviously posted by a scorned woman.

      2. We don’t live in a false rape society. We live in a society where men ARE financially and socially raped unless they are the most alpha of the alphas.

A better solution is scrawling “way to go!” on the posters. Or “bitch deserved it.” or “she’s a cheating cunt.”

public shaming doesn’t work if there’s serious push back from the other side.

Interesting set of posts today. The link to the Trunk analysis is chilling because my first gf was a BPD like that (the writer is awesome, good find). Now, if we were a perfect pair of BPD idiots, we could have gone through life cycling through the fighting and making up but I’m normal. That’s scary because a normal guy actually wants to leave the bitch, but as TLP points out, that’s the worst thing possible for the girl who’s biggest fear is abandonment. Hey, it’s not my problem, but she sure the fuck made it my problem, including using law enforcement as a lever with which she made the relationship last (“you will be my bf, or I will call the cops and say you beat me.”) And those threats were not idle, so false rape culture is something that bitches come to organically, “hey, I am not getting what I wanted to so I will get some other guy to intimidate this guy to do what I want.”

So, good proposal, fines and penalties. But, we also need to end the stigma, that guys who are accused of doing these things aren’t guilty until proven innocent.

Not sure if you meant bi-polar disorder, or borderline personality disorder (that would be Glenn Close in “Fatal Attraction”). My ex came down borderline when both her parents died almost back to back. Incredibly crazy times. Unbelieveable goings on. Even with all my friends, neighbors, and kids knowing differently, the police, mental health, and court systems sided with her. Sixteen years later, and I still get phone calls with moments of lucid thinking filled with crying jags and copious apology. And other times, insane rants and raves. But she has not, and will not, do anything to right wrongs and retract lies on my “criminal record”. She dates and lives with various men she meets from time to time during stays in a mental hospital.

“But if the law won’t cooperate, there’s another option: mutually assured destruction. A thicket of “WANTED: FOR SLUTTY FUN”, “BEWARE: GOLDDIGGER” and “WARNING: CHEATING HO” posters…”

If it’s any indication, as my experience as a twice unfortunate victim of the civil court system during divorce can attest to, a man accused of doing this towards ex-slut/golddigger/ho would undoubtably find himself facing a double-standard.

The court systems are substantially biased for poor women victims if they show up with tear stained cheeks and a sob story worthy of a Hollywood screenplay. Of course, they’re against men period. Look at the stories of cuckholded men who are paying child support for children proven not to be their own.

Pity the poor bastard that actually hangs these posters. Even if he doesn’t leave a clue to who posted them, battalions of law enforcement would rush up to investigate this perp who dared insult the supposedly fairer sex. It wouldn’t be long before you saw this story in your local, state, and national news. “What if [fill in potential possibility no matter how obscene] happend to that poor girl had happened because of those posters…” would fill the airwaves.

Demands for justice undeserved would override common sense among legions of women.

^ Jesus fucking Christ… Maybe you got victimized the first time in divorce court, but the second time, you fucked yourself — by getting remarried. Other than marrying for money, I can’t think of any good reason for a man who’s been divorced to get married again.

I guess that depends upon one’s philosophy of law and punishment, and whether the existence of harsh punishment can prevent crime. I do believe it can – anyone who doesn’t believe it can is a fucking retard. If the punishment for murder was no dessert for a week, a lot of people would get murdered.

False rape culture in action, and all men should read this:

    http://tinyurl.com/Hag-claims-rape-decades-later

This lunatic cunt decided that her rough trade sex fantasy was appropriate material for the New York Times and now some poor family man will presently be “outed” as a “rapist.”

This man has been slandered and he will be ruined in the eyes of his wife and children. I hope he has the balls to get her into a courtroom and take it all the way. She must be ruined financially. The NYT should be sued for hosting her rape fantasies.

Lifelong sluts, bitter, having hit the wall, must understand there is a price to pay for evidence-free accusations made *decades* later.

The author doesn’t actually identify the alleged rapist in this article. So the only way someone could sue for slander is if he read the article and recognized himself as the unidentified rapist. Which would mean that the incident actually occurred and the article is therefore not slander. And who would voluntarily implicate themselves in that circumstance?

The other option is that the author made the whole thing up, which is disturbing, but still not slander against a specific individual. It would be like calling the police to say your house got robbed by fictitious burglars–it’s a lie, but you’re not implicating any real person in the lie.

As far as this story goes…this isn’t promiscuous college student regretting a one-night stand, or a scheming ex-wife trying to get custody, or a jealous ex-girlfriend seeking revenge, or a defendant trying to claim mitigating circumstances for her crime. It’s a 13 year old who was gang raped. If her story is true than it’s abominable, and the rapist deserves whatever is coming to him.

No doubt there are plenty of examples of false rape culture out there, but this isn’t one of them.

[heartiste: there are reams of studies showing that children are easily manipulable by overzealous prosecutors..]

Btw she tried to forget everything (like most women do) and she didn’t mention anything to anyone until she was 26. This story is another proof that women don’t like to talk about abuse. But of course all of you here believe that women have an incentive to engage in FRA just because they hate someone and want to destroy his life. I believe that there are crazy feminist BPDs like that but this is probably extremely rare. Again, women are ashamed to tell anyone that they are damaged goods.

I have a question for the commenters on this site: Do you think that women ever get raped? I’ve known quite a few women who have been sexually assaulted and not one of them reported it to the police.

(I know, data is not the plural of anecdote. But data is still on my side. Also, I’d love to see the study that states that FRA are even remotely close to actual rapes.)

And to stem the inevitable “Why wouldn’t she immediately go to the cops?” idiotic comments—-

Here are some answers that I received, from actual people. Not the made up hysterical cunts you people seem to fear.

        – The rapist was a family member
        – She was afraid no one would believe her
        – She tried to tell someone, no one believed her
        – She was afraid of retribution
        – She was overcome with shame

        Sounds like it did though.

Not every rape claim is true, not every rape claim is false.

The nature of the crime makes it impossible to successfully prosecute all rape charges in an honest system. That’s why we didn’t let 13 year old girls go out and get drunk. It’s why fathers were in charge and why way back when we’d even give the kids to the father in a divorce.

It’s also why the system is incredibly dishonest, the feminists want to prosecute the higher incidence of rape claims they’ve created by encouraging women and men to act feral. The only way to do that is to create a dishonest system. This benefits TPTB because a dishonest system will never prosecute one of their own but can be more easily manipulated to make life harder for those who aren’t part of the upper echelons of society.

Basically, if you are middle class you are royally fucked.

Are you kidding me? Drunk teenagers + wild hormones = explosive sexuality. Rape is what happens when a burglar breaks into your house. Emotionally uncomfortable situations are what happens when you introduce sex-positive feminism, and let your teenagers run wild.

If you’re going to arrest everyone who ever fumbled around awkwardly then a third or more of the male population would be in jail. See, it used to be that crimes require mens rea – an actual intent. Without realizing it, this dumb slut was sending signals that she was open for intercourse. Her half-remembered narrative would qualify as rape-rape even if were 100% honest – which I highly doubt.

This is why you keep little girls at home, dressed conservatively, and don’t let your teeanagers get drunk in the graveyard. Her ovaries are screaming “It’s baby time!” but she’s not ready for the real world.

Spot on my man. You hit the nail on the proverbial head. That is the problem in most western countries when it comes to these bullshit false accusations. You have young girls getting drunk off their ass and then going back to hotels with young boys who are equally as drunk. So you have situations where all parties involved are blind drunk, get naked, and then the next day NOBODY actually knows what the f*ck happened.

    Too unclear this story

“WANTED: For domestic abuse of women. I think there’s a number to call if you spot the guy.”

What those phone number owners get to do? Arrive on the spot? Ask to restrain the guy until they arrive?

That number offer the flank to a counter sueing as already noted (AB Dada “…to said ex-girlfriend…” in your case I guess you would ask yourself “which one?” but I digress) and the omni presence of surveillance cameras show the perpetrator is female, because she already knows she is above the law.

Of course if a man does this he wil be immediately accused and jailed.

    (tech beta nerd on)
What would happen if you buy a printer in cash (they say they leave a fine print like in yellow so do not risk with your one) – buy a new enclosed block of paper so there are not your finger prints and latex gloves, print your funny demotivational poster, manage paper with gloves, destroy the printer afterwards, buy camouflage like fake beard and new unusual clothes and do not make me search google for the english name of the head cover with fake hair used by actors or bald people. After you destroy the clothes and important the shoes, better remove them before reentering at home – do not leave any phone number, just the face and some description – after erase at low disk level the files and stuff from your pc? just asking

I think we have both people who obsess about rape (feminists) and those who accuse women that they are lying when they talk about abuse – there still are many women who don’t report abuse because they are afraid no one will believe them. This is also true for children. And there’s another reason women don’t report sexual abuse: shame. We don’t want to be seen as damaged goods (I believe that a woman who has been raped is not as hot as one who has not been raped – so it’s better for us to shut up about this). I think I’ve been writing about that many times before. But you’ve written too many posts about FRAs as well. However, rape is still more common than FRA. But you don’t see that …

[heartiste: i read a study recently that concluded FRAs are more common than legit rape accusations. anyhow, your point is garbage. the cultural trend has been to emphasize the rapiness of all male sexuality while totally ignoring the possibility that women might have an incentive to engage in FRAs.]

I believe that rape is a way to spread DNA while publicly talking about the fact that you are damaged goods has no evolutionary advantage. I agree with you that feminism changed that and it’s now fashionable to talk about this more … but feminism which claims that all sex is rape is very radical and very rare, you shouldn’t call it “cultural trend”. (How do these feminists sleep with men then?)

“i read a study recently that concluded FRAs are more common than legit rape accusations.”

Rape is difficult to prove. And how do you know that all women report to the police that they have been raped? Most women don’t.

Right, but in both cases any man who is sane and wants a LTR (esp with children), is going to avoid that woman as a prospective mate.

In any case, I’m beginning to conclude that the purpose of FRA’s is not just to give feminists (and by extension TPTB) an excuse to exercise greater control over men, but also to encourage men to become rapists.

Yes, I believe that feminists, at the core of their cunty little hearts really do hope that the average man is a seething, hulking, out of control rapist who will rape them good and hard.

Because God knows no one else will touch the diseased, dried up bitches.

        Just my two cents.

A number of surveys have supposedly found that only eight percent, or only two percent, of rape accusations are false.

On the other hand Eugene J. Kanin found that 41% of rape allegations wound up being retracted by the accuser.

i totally agree that real rape is undereported for the reason you cite. it’s best to keep quiet about it if nobody else witnessed it. what’s in it for you? is getting revenge worth it in the long run?

otoh, false reports are probably a significant percentage of reported rapes. there has to be a strong motivation to harm the guy that outweighs the harm done to the woman by reporting she’d been raped. prosecution for this crime will always be problematic given human nature.

There’s already websites dedicated to smearing men anonymously. I’m actually listed on them because I was nice to a BPD/NPD divorcee who was heartbroken I didn’t want her to move in with me. There wasn’t even a relationship and frankly not enough alcohol in the world for me to go there either.

I’m not nice anymore. It was my wake up call.

I’m not going to post the names or links in this comment but if you search Google you can find them easily enough. At least one of them is registered in Puerto Rico to make it difficult to sue to have one’s name removed.

I think of it as a pre-selection mechanism for me though. If a woman looks me up on one of those sites and believes what she reads then she’s too dumb for me to give a second thought. On the other hand, the lies kind of give me a bad-boy image that might actually work in my favor…

Rape, domestic abuse culture, psychotic divorce laws are all intended to destroy family. Guess how many married women vote republican (60%)? It is effectively a single mother and their offspring party (like Obama and Clinton, both hyper narcissistic bastards). So, yes, ant-male laws.. far from being curbed, will likely be enhanced as the state goes into overdrive to destroy what’s left of the family and create as many single mothers (loyal democrats) as possible. Flood the country with illegals (democrats), convince people homosexuality is “natural” (because they are all dems). If you can’t win the intellectual argument, change the population base.

I did some research for my state and concluded that getting one for twenty-four hours appeared fairly easy. Getting it to stick beyond that was a major undertaking, which is, I guess, the difference in the examples I was thinking of.

Even if one does get one its not as if that is the end of the story. Since the parties need to remain at a fifty foot distance, the exchange of small children becomes an issue if one needs a third party at every handoff.

Because divorce/accusation of ill treatment has become so common, its as though the sytem now works against the women it was originally trying to protect. I am truly all for father’s rights because I see most cases of divorce as simply one person’s boredom with another or one person cheating on another. And in the case of a bored or cheating woman, it isn’t fair for the father to be punished with decreased time with his children.

Laws that have been created to protect a father’s role have changed divorce as it was once known and made it nearly impossible for couples to truly lead separate lives. Divorce (for better or worse) ain’t what it used to be.

The true victim in this whole scenario is women who do not want to live with very real issues of addiction or abuse (nor subject their children to an upbringing in that atmoshpere) who are no longer taken seriously because of other women crying wolf.

I remember every time I get into a conversation about rape I end up getting stuck with the “1 in 4/5 women end up being raped in their lifetime” argument simply because I don’t have enough information to counter.

So, my open questions to everyone here are:

(1). Have you ever received the “1 in 4/5 women get raped” statistic thrown at you? What is your counter?

(2). In general, what are effective ways of countering the “rape is the lack of consent” argument? This is dangerous because now men have to prove they didn’t rape a women whereas it should be that people need to prove a man did rape a woman.

(3). What is the consensus and response to the “Rape is an under-reported crime” argument?

(4). Lastly, what is the consensus on the definition of rape? This I believe is key to answering everything on this subject.

    Thanks.

Here’s my take on the issue: “even if the statistic is true, at least half of rape is acquaintance rape. Women surround themselves with bad boys, and largely have themselves to blame when bad boys turn out to be bad boys.”

Delegitamizing the serious standing rape has as a crime is another strategy: “so, its a crime solely because of WHOSE penis it is? Compare that to mayhem – I wouldn’t let ANYONE cut off my arm. Mayhem – now THAT’s a crime!”

      (1) Answer will depend on how much you value your company. If they’re throw-away, just turn it back on them: “1 in 4/5 women accuse men of rape.” If you aim to displease, uh would say: “Clearly it isn’t working!”
      (2) “Legally, a negative proof is Unfair Burden, and therefore not equitable.” — Or: “Consent is bound by the moment in which it did or did not occur. Given that consent can be withdrawn after the fact, consent as proof becomes invalid.”
      (3) “And one of the most over-accused.”
      (4) “Forcible entry.”

Don’t be sucked into their pilpul. Keep it simple and go your way.

(1). Have you ever received the “1 in 4/5 women get raped” statistic thrown at you? What is your counter?

I tell them that they are idiots and then I explain to them how they can came up with the bogus bullshit number. I actually did some research into this because I’m always curious how these statistics are formed, recirculated and forced into common belief into our society. This is what i found out. The statistic was a survey given to college-aged and young working women in their mid to late 20s. They asked questions like “Have you ever overheard a joke, seen an obscene picture or movie that offended you in a sexual nature or made you feel uneasy?” “Have you ever had sex with someone whom you’ve later regretted (to include boyfriends, etc)?”. The third question they asked was “Were you ever not in the mood and had to be convinced to have sex?”. All the colleges, NOW, the feminazis all circulated it and got a shitload of federal funding to “educate womyn” about the dangers of men, etc. It’s astounding how much money these people get in funding.

(2). In general, what are effective ways of countering the “rape is the lack of consent” argument? This is dangerous because now men have to prove they didn’t rape a women whereas it should be that people need to prove a man did rape a woman.

You can’t convince them of anything because they hate men and if you try to convince them with facts, they just get belligerent. Feminazis believe in “spousal rape” which to some of them means that if you have to convince your wife in any way whatsoever, you have committed rape.

      1) I have no idea if the 1 in 5 statistic is true but it seems to be widely accepted so let’s say that it is…honestly I don’t think it’s that bad. 1 out 5 means that 80% of women will NEVER be raped in their lifetime (or sexually assaulted if the statistic includes that too). The numbers are also probably skewed by the fact that certain subsets are more susceptible to rape. I would theorize that these include daughters of single mothers where mom has a string of boyfriends coming in and out of the house, girls growing up in bad neighborhoods, girls in the drug scene, women who frequently drink and engage in casual sex, etc. Being young is probably a risk factor in and of itself. If you’re a 40 year old married lady living in the suburbs, then your chances of getting raped are probably negligible. Obviously it would be ideal if 0% of women ever were raped, but I don’t think the current statistic is as appalling as feminists make it out to be.

      2) Innocent until proven guilty is the entire foundation of our justice system. If someone is accused of a crime and the only evidence is the accuser’s word, then that person *should* always go free. Obviously that sucks for legitimate rape victims who don’t have sufficient evidence to prove their claims, but it’s an inevitable byproduct of a fair and just court system. I would absolutely resent the hell out of this if I was raped and didn’t have enough proof to bring the rapist to justice, but it’s ultimately still worth it to live in society where I don’t have to worry about being thrown in jail based on one person’s testimony if I was the one accused. If innocent until proven guilty doesn’t apply to men accused of raped, then how can we guarantee it will be applied to any of us?

      3) Rape IS an under-reported crime. You can argue as to exactly how under-reported, but there are always going to be rape victims who don’t come forward due to lack of evidence, fear of their attacker, fear of the stigma, unwillingness to re-live the experience in the courtroom, being too young to know what to do, etc. (For example, the recent Penn State rape scandal–it went unreported for 25 years even with an eyewitness.) But you could point out that false rape accusers are not doing legitimate victims any favors in this area. There may even be a correlation that the more frequently women make false allegations, the less likely real victims are to come forward because they don’t want to be tarred with the same brush, ie the Boy Who Cried Wolf effect.

      4) Forcible sex without consent is a pretty well-accepted definition of rape. The debate seems to center around the definition of “consent.” Can you consent to sex when drunk? I say yes. Can you consent to sex when you’re passed out drunk and unconscious? No. Can you withdraw consent right before sex, even if you’re naked in someone’s apartment? Yes. Can you withdraw consent after the fact? No. Really it all seems straightforward enough to me.

Basically: Rape is bad. False rape accusations are bad. It shouldn’t be about men versus women, it should be about society versus rapists and amoral liars.

A must-read. It’s basically a typical english whore who cheats on her fiance with his dad. And y’all would guess it: The fiance is a beta, and his dad is an alpha (confirming that alphaness is just a state of mind, loosely correlated with genes):

Here’s how it all started, with a beta pickup line:

“I think you’re the most beautiful girl in the world and I really, really mean that.”

LOL. He valiantly kept walking on the beta path until the unavoidable stepstone:

“he proposed with the words: “I want you to say yes because I’ve never loved a girl as much as I love you, and I want to make you happy for the rest of your life.”

That’s exactly… how you make your girl fall on your daddy’s cock:

“I was confronted by a man who looked ten years younger than his 43 years and was very handsome”

To all the old comrades: you still have hope…. if you got game:

“He invited us in and was charming and confident. I was instantly attracted to him, not in a sexual way, but I fell in love with his personality”

Yeah, yeah, yeah… What follows is typical hamsterish talk in order to rationalize all that mess.

It strongly supports everything the chateau has to teach, not that further evidence was needed.

Sadly, slander and libel are the tools of females and politicians. A proper man, when having nothing good to say about another person, simply won’t waste his breath.

The “postering” is downright juvenile but it’s hardly new.

Apologies if The Chateau has already exposed the ‘dontdatehimgirl.com’ site. This site allows females to post completely unverified information about a man to purportedly warn other women away from him. The site relishes in the fact that they care not whether the information is valid or not and will do nothing to remove erroneous entries without a court order and even then, only reluctantly. After all, page views are money in the bank and the DDHG ops are laughing all the way to it.

The lie to the equality between the sexes is that women can laugh off this sort of thing where if the genders would reversed, the wrath of Maud would descend and woe be unto those caught in the vicinity.

Women do deserve equal rights, though they also require equal accountability. Until this comes to pass, they will always be the weaker gender.

Yup, “slander and libel” and similar.

A certain Barack Hussein Obama was running for US Senator in Illinois.

First, he managed to get public his Democratic opponent in the primary,
      his messy divorce.

Then he did the same with his Republican opponent in the general
election, which made the Reps quickly do a switch to another
      candidate, unknown to the electorate.

Then he got to be Senator —- and the disaster ran on from there.

And she certainly may be swept off her feet — her Prince Charming may be 60+ years old, but hey.

Considering her entitlement mindset (familiar to those of us on C.H.) I tend to doubt it. Consider her thoughts when she DID meet her teenage heartthrob:

“I even, in my late 30s, flew to Las Vegas to meet David Cassidy; his son found me going through the wheelie bin in his drive.

When I finally met my idol (the son took me indoors, probably believing I’d escaped from an asylum), I found that the man I had loved from afar for many decades was boring, humourless and addicted to watching horse racing on TV. My great love was a fantasy, a man I never got to know intimately. But it didn’t stop me dreaming.” — from the article

This is where having a high-tech continuing record of your whereabouts can be useful. Men have been saved by pics showing the ‘rape’ was actually remorse, or by proof that they were elsewhere during the stated time and place. With no proof, her testimony wins over yours (we have a reverse Moslem culture, where one woman’s statement is equal or better than two men’s). Having a digital voice recorder (at least) may save you from years in prison.

This backs up what C.H. has been positing for some time:

“The merits of “Yes” and “Maybe” and “No” as being the true meaning of a woman’s intentions toward a sexual encounter have been debated from an ethical standpoint as well as a legal one. Women don’t even know what these words mean, so how could one expect a man to figure it out? Just never forget that postcoital regret can never fall under the legal definition of rape. But a good attorney, and a young, pretty, crying face on the stand can make a jury forget legal definitions and rule on the basis of emotion.”

If you really are alpha, or aspire thereto, walk away, make her ask for it. The sheriff, IMO (based on an incomplete story) did nothing wrong, but because the seduction was so sudden, it created, to the morons on the jury, a scenario of wrong doing beyond a reasonable doubt.

I have a terrible story related to this I need to share with everyone. Years ago, when I was beta, I had a female friend in college who was just so-so in looks. I knew she was into me and I kept doing the LJBF thing with her. Anyway, she was a virgin and asked me to take her out to the local college bars for her 21st birthday. Sure, why not? She kept buying me drinks and I wound up getting pretty wasted.

We went back to her dorm room and I kept drinking. I remember her telling me something along the lines of “I want you to take my virginity…I don’t want to be a 21 year old virgin”. Things were very fuzzy and I kept slipping in and out of reality. I wound up having sex with her and I woke up on her floor. I had to be at work early so I left thinking she was cool with all of this since she had initiated it.

Well, I didn’t talk to her over the summer but when I finally did she told me “I’m so pissed that you didn’t call me the next day after I gave you my virginity. You just used me. I THOUGHT ABOUT FILING A RAPE REPORT WITH THE POLICE”. That freaked me the fuck out. There would have been nothing I could have done if she reported me as a rapist. I bit the bullet on that one. I was so worried that she could go back and still file some bogus rape charge on me so I stayed friendly with her for a few more months but let things just fizzle and fade away.

You’d do well to keep on being ultra careful with regard to white bitches – not only are they most likely to cry rape, but the ones that are will be mostly likely to finger a black man due to her own racist sentiments. I’ll never forget this psycho white girl in a small town near where I’m from in Canada. She was always going around claiming she was raped, to anyone who would listen – nurses at the hospital, cab drivers, older men in general around her, and I once saw her trying to tell a pair of cops.

The cops had heard it all before from her and barely listened to her. I recall listening in, and when she noticed they were merely humoring her in feigning interest, she started pulling out the cursed ‘N-word’ all over the place, inferring a black man had raped her at knife point. Pretty scary stuff to watch this girl in action. The stories usually came out most when she was out partying on the town, small as it was. Everyone knew her, and everyone knew she was constantly making false rape claims. Actually, I often found it quite disturbing, the psychology behind that must be pretty messed up.

I have to admit, there are a hell of a lot of racist white women out there, far more than racist white guys, by quite a big margin I’ll add too. Being white myself, I have to concur, being falsely accused of rape is one of my biggest fears as well, because in our society, such as it is these days, there are an awful lot of psycho women out there.

What I find interesting and what most feminists don’t seem to get is that false rape culture enables and perpetuates rape culture.

Imagine a society where no one lies about rape; false accusations are absolutely unthinkable and just don’t happen. If a woman comes forth and accuses a man of rape, the courts will know with certainty that she is telling the truth, and will therefore sentence the accused to the harshest punishment possible. Potential rapists know that they have a 100% chance of conviction if accused, and only a miniscule proportion will decide it’s worth it to attempt rape under these circumstances. Thus very few rapes will occur, and when they do, punishment will be swift and forthcoming.

Now imagine a society where some women lie about rape, and 50% of accusations are false. Judges know this, but they can’t tell which 50%, so they decide to determine guilt by flipping a coin. Now potential rapists only have 50% chance of conviction. Some will do the cost benefit analysis and decide that it’s worth it to attempt rape under these circumstances. The number of rapes will increase.

Rape victims will also do a cost benefit analysis. Recognizing that they only have a 50% chance of obtaining justice, many of them will decide that it’s not worth it to press charges. The percentage of reported rapes will decrease.
However, the number of false accusations will remain the same. This means that the ratio of false claims to legitimate claims will increase. Now 60% of accusations are false. So the judges readjust their formula so that now each accused has a 40% chance of being found guilty. With the odds in their favor, even more potential rapists are willing to attempt rape, more rapes occur, less rapes are reported, and so on.

If this model is repeated to the extreme, it will ultimately reach an equilibrium where 100% of rape accusations are false, 0% of these accusations result in conviction, 0% of actual rapes are reported, and anyone who chooses can rape with no fear of retribution.

And THAT is how you can have an increase in false rape accusations at the same time that legitimate rapes are under-reported. It’s not a contradiction, it’s two sides of the same coin.

“What I find interesting and what most feminists don’t seem to get is that false rape culture enables and perpetuates rape culture.”

There is not such thing as a rape culture. You are channeling feminism. Rape is a fact of life, not a culture, trend, epidemic, or anything else but a fact of life.

As Camille Paglia reminded feminists long ago, they asked for the right to go walking past dark alleyways in miniskirts, so they ought to quit whining when they’re raped for their sexual freedom — which in real world terms is unprotected sexuality, i.e. openness to rape. In short, feminism increases rape, as it makes females resistant to male protection, thereby keeping them out of the home.

Sexual freedom is openness to rape. Simple as that. Sexual bondage is protection from rape, or unwanted sexual advances, and transfer of female evolutionary advantage (reproduction) to the male (labor).

      Now piss off cunt.

“And there’s another reason women don’t report sexual abuse: shame. We don’t want to be seen as damaged goods” – Maya

I believe that in times past more women may have been reluctant to report being raped as they were afraid of being seen as “damaged goods”. But a lot has changed since then. Women today have more sexual freedom. Also, there is more of a culture of victimhood in society today than there was in the past. Being seen as a victim of anything, but in particular a woman being a victim of some beastly man, is the ultimate psychological payoff, sympathy, status, and attention-whoring holy grail. Self-righteous victimhood is a dangerous narcotic that many are hooked on. There is definitely a greater psychological and emotional payoff for women making false allegations of rape or sexual abuse against men than there was in the past. So it is no wonder that false claims are increasing.

When you consider that women today have greater sexual freedom and autonomy, a greater tendency to engage in shameless slutty behavior, that women are less economically dependent on men or finding a husband, that traditional nuclear families are not as common, divorce and single parenthood is more common and tolerated etc. etc. etc., it is rather ludicrous to suggest that women today are still terrified of being seen as “damaged goods”. Really, what is there remaining anymore to even be “damaged”? When it comes to viewing women as sweet, faithful and virginal, I think western women have pretty well debased that currency all on their own.

Anyway, thanks Maya for once again providing the comic relief on this forum. I just feel bad that there may be a village out there that is missing its resident idiot while you troll forums like this.

I think they should have to pay a MASSIVE fine, get community service, probation, put in a public data base like other sex offenders, and then have to tell their neighbors that they claim false rape and that they shouldn’t interact with the men and teenage boys in the neighborhood.

“the only way to battle it is to stiffen the penalties for slander, libel and false rape or abuse allegations.”

Right, because what you want to do is diminish persecution by a 120 pound sniveling female by increasing persecution from the 8000 pound gorilla of government. And having harsh penalties for false rape accusations will only encourage the liars to stick to their stories. The actual remedy is having juries who understand that putting up slanderous posters is a mitigating reason for slapping the shit out of someone, and shouldn’t draw a harsh punishment. That’s something they once knew.

Ah the bitter man brigade appears. If someone defames you, you sue her for defamation. Not that difficult.

[heartiste: right. because men have time to hit the courts and sue exes for defamation, well after the damage is done. try broadening your perspective.]

There was an episode of “Sex and the City” where exactly this scenario happened. Samantha, the slut, was banging Richard, an Uber-Alpha hotelier (Rich, good -looking, extreme womanizer, and honest enough about it). When she caught him with another girl, she postered around his neighborhood. In a later episode, naturally, she banged him again while at a party with her beta-boy, whom she eventually dumped. Women LOVED this show. Why? Because it represented reality as women saw it.

The funniest thing is that it actually proved all of CH’s maxims. Women dump nice guys for alpha assholes, talk one way but act (fuck) another, etc. If you watch it with this in mind (with some exceptions- the whole Carrie-Big thing is absurd) you will see lots of truths about women- you have to see the real lesson, not the stated one.

In line with women’s refusal to take responsibility for their own actions, she never apologizes for her postering actions, and he shrugs it off. This is from a woman who (on the show) is a top PR person, her own firm, successful, blah-blah-blah. Acting like an 11 year old schoolgirl who didn’t get to kiss the guy she wanted while playing spin-the-bottle. Yep, strong, successful women, blah-blah-blah. What horseshit.

I watched it because it was necessary in my business at the time to be very up to date with cultural trends. I would like to see a male version of this show- but I don’t think that will ever happen. Women would go nuts if they saw the truth. Or rather, you could show them the truth, and they would choose to interpret it in a way that shows them as being perpetual victims.

My friends cousin served a year and a half in prison for rape. Then the woman who put him there admitted to the police he did not rape her but she was in fact only puishing him for having had her as a fuckbuddy but not wanting to be in an exclusive LTR. She has not and will not receive any form of punishment for this.

The law won’t cooperate, and M.A.D. is really the only way to go, with one twist:

Put up signs saying “WANTED: RAPIST” and have a woman’s face up. Make sure the face is random – better if it’s messed with so it doesn’t belong to a real woman.

This isn’t about getting revenge on a single woman it’s about making a concept meaningless. If enough signs are put up in enough neighborhoods, people will just start to glaze over those signs.

It’s funny you should mention this, some beta male’s been putting up flyers in my neighborhood warning people to stay away from a buyers cult of chinese ladies who are racist, sexist, and use sex to lure in unsuspecting victims.

      N/A troll,

not that I want to spend my time reading Schopenhauer (CH is better), but I’ve found one of his quotes about women:

“I have not yet spoken my last word about women. I believe that if a woman succeeds in withdrawing from the mass, or rather raising herself above the mass, she grows ceaselessly and more than a man.”

Maybe he was annoyed by boring, submissive 19th century housewives? I think he’d prefer feminists …

OT: Heartiste, I wonder if Francesco Schettino is of interest to you. He’s not only popular with the ladies–both his wife and his presumed lover support him–, but he’s also immensely popular in his hometown, even after he failed terribly in a non-ladies related area. He’s unshaken by the accusations. His performance in denial is not overly cool, but then he’s probably responsible for a disaster, so counting that in he’s got quite a nerve. Here’s a telegraph article:
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/italy/9023199/Costa-Concordia-Captain-Francesco-Schettinos-home-town-comes-out-to-support-him.html

Reminds me of Berlusconi, both an alpha and one terrible PM.

Most women are stupid, solipsistic, and can’t associate cause with effect. Besides, women never lie about rape, Hillary said so herself. These men must be guilty because no woman deserves to suffer and all men have hurt women.

I had sex with a coworker’s wife. She was already fucking around with other dudes and he had started to do the same. Anyway afterwards she told me that we would never speak of this to anyone. We both felt kind of bad. Not that bad though because she invited me over to drink with some people at her apartment while her husband was still away on a trip for work and we ended up fucking again. A short time later she goes to visit her husband and she lets him know what happened. He texted me and asked me about it. I was honest and confessed. Then he texted me saying that she told him that I had forced myself on her. At that point I was like WTF!?!? If I had raped her the first time why would she want to fuck me a second time? She went around telling a few other of her close friends that is what happened as well. Luckily for me she didn’t file any sort of rape charges. After coming back from a long business trip I ran into her again and she goes on about how what happened was just a drunken mistake we both made and how she realizes I didn’t rape her. No shit bitch!
