The original feminist chart was on rape statistics, and alleged that the number of false accusations was miniscule (the two lonely black figures in the lower right corner).
Looking for the real statistics, it seems that, per FBI statistics, about 8% of rape allegations get dismissed as “unfounded”. One researcher went to a small town, where the police had the resources to actually thoroughly investigate every forcible rape allegation. They found 41% to be false reports.

Breaking news: Hypergamy IS a genetic flaw. The highest mate value women have the LEAST hypergamic tendencies, and the women with the biggest gaps (heh) in their mate value are the MOST hypergamic.
Big. This is big, fellas. This basically means that, among other, staggering implications… game is eugenic, in the best possible way.
(Eugenic meaning to support and encourage the betterment of the gene pool. Eugenics has a bad rep, but anything that improves the gene pool is eugenic, and anything that makes the gene pool worse is dysgenic.)

They do surveys. They ask “Have you ever had sex with a man when you didn’t want to?” For those who answer yes, they then ask “Did you report it as rape?” They then tabulate the results as their “unreported rape” statistics.
