I accidentally slipped in a link to an Amren article. Then I edumacated her very slowly about politics. She’s taken out her dreadlocks now and is back to blonde.

I work with 40 women and no men.
You have to keep your cool at all costs. If your workplace is woman dominated, then not handling these situations correctly can turn every woman against you. Other women, with generally a couple of exceptions for every two dozen women or so, don’t have the sense of justice and individuality enough to resist peer pressure from cunts who decide that they hate you. They are group oriented. You have to play these situations strategically.
Your best bet is to not react at all to these women until the time is right. Don’t speak to them, unless it is possible to immediately put the offending witch in her place by pointing out her lack of appropriate professional communication. I explain in more detail two paragraphs down.
More than anything, millennial women don’t want to be viewed as bigoted, not calm (socially abnormal), or unprofessional. Highlighting any of these tendencies in your enemy will generally win the game (although attacking the socially abnormal frame is likely a fleeting win at best). Instead, attacking the unprofessional and anti-bigot frames are best for more impressive results.
Attacking the professionalism frame:
It is very likely that their initiation of any attack on you comes from a place of reflexive high emotion. It likely does not come from a place of logic in her perceived issues with you, nor will her chosen approach in communicating with you be professional. This is her misstep. DON”T try to address her issues with you, which is what we’ve generally been taught to do. She is putting you on the defensive, and you should not accept this position. Suppress the reflex to react to her concerns. Even if you make good points and calm her down, she will take your reaction as validation of her perspective and will NOT forgive or forget her perceived complaints even is she seemingly does in the moment.
Instead, tell her how her behavior or approach is flawed. Tell her what her approach/ question should have been, and then tell her what your response would have been to the more appropriate communication that she should have used.
First, this directly addresses her flawed perspective on her issues with you. You give her the question she should have asked, and then you feed her the answer. Her perspective on your wrongdoing is nullified.
More importantly, this puts her on the defensive and hopefully nullifies any frame in which you owe anyone an apology. Don’t ever expect an apology from her, but it changes the frame of the situation in that if anyone is going to apologize it will be her for her lack of professional mindset and communication.
You have to be pleasant and calm the entire time, no matter how much the cunt deserves a tongue lashing. You can;t show any negative emotion.
The anti-bigotry frame:
Or you can ignore her until the time is right to make a case against her to management. This is the anti-bigotry approach. If you are getting this type of behavior from one cunt, you are likely getting it from many (which i think that you said that you were). Don’t react, document everything, and build a case for a pattern of gender based harassment in the workplace. Research your companies complaint policies thoroughly, and figure out if making an informal of formal complaint is better for you. Most companies will have an anti-retaliation policy in place for such complaints. Make sure that yours does and be aware of it and all other policies before you make your decision. If you find yourself being avoidant of your work because of these interactions, then your case is strengthened. Consider documenting this with a psychologist.
This strategy flips their victim entitlement on its head, and makes use of the general victim prevention reflex in most workplace environments. This approach takes balls and commitment, but you can gain the support of a lot of people at work, including many of the women who would have otherwise been against you, if you can make a case for harassment. Just make sure that there is enough political pressure from the top to avoid such an environment that the middle management responsible for you will have to side with you given enough documentation.

If you do this cold lecturing approach to her at a time of her emotional upset, it could result in amygdala hijack. Seriously. I think your judgment might be questioned if this incident itself went to upper management, and it could also make the other women really hate you.
Amygdala hijack is to be done privately. The workplace is anything but private. And forget trying to improve such people, you just want to cripple their ability to hurt you.
I strongly recommend the “anti-bigotry” approach though. And do it even if your workplace procedures do not protect you from retaliation, because the laws protect you from retaliation regardless. It’s not optional for middle or upper management, and that could give you an action against the company unless they protect you regardless of their stated policies. Yes, know what your workplace’s relevant HR policies are though, and document. Make a regular documentation schedule, because little things that you’re inclined as a normal man to say “it was no big deal, I can handle that” should still be recorded. They could really help your case, and if the shoe were on the other foot, they would be documented against you.

I meant to infer that this would all be private conversation. In my mind, I was self referencing an incident that started via an inappropriate accusation over email. If the cunt attacks you publicly (ie: there are witnesses) the best bet is to not respond and let her behavior speak for itself. Other (normal) women won’t want to associate with such unprofessional behavior (because it decreases the public perception of their own professionalism) and you should get sympathy. Witnesses will lend strongly to hostile work environment documentation. Although, if it happens too much (publicly), you will almost be forced to either make a complaint or retaliate in some way to not gain a reputation of being weak and vulnerable to such attacks. Women will pick up on this weakness quickly, and you’ll find the attacks will increase if you let them slide all of the time.
If the communication has no witnesses, I stand by my recommendation to use the logic of professional decorum to shame her into viewing her communication and perspectives as unprofessional. If she doesn’t bite (she keeps freaking out), think about alerting a sympathetic supervisor immediately (before she does) to gain an upper hand in complaining first. Frame your complaint as just alerting a supervisor that an uncomfortable, hostile incident occurred. You aren’t putting the supervisor on the spot to demand action. It’s a form of documentation to protect yourself from future fallout from a single incident, without having to yet go all the way to make a complaint about a pattern of hostility (never threaten – keep your cards close to your chest).

Relative to the business and professional situations, document carefully with details in writing. Make a log of this stuff. When appropriate, submit complaints to HR or other authorities.
You want to get your harassment claim in first. Then if they give you shit, you can claim retaliation, which gives you protection under the civil rights laws.
In divorce cases they say the advantage is with the one who files first, and I am not sure if that’s true or not. But it’s definitely true in this setting, for reasons that are written into the relevant laws.
This is serious business and has nothing to do with fucking these girls. You are fighting them for economic stakes, and you should play more coldbloodedly than they do. It goes without saying that supplication and white knighting are off the menu.

With the .308-AR market it took Armalite to do the underlying research for the platform and then a few others to jump on (KAC SR-25), for everyone else to become willing to take the jump.

My wife is Ukrainian from Kiev. I’ve eaten it countless times in Ukrainian restaurants and never once have I eaten it or even seen it eaten cold nor met anyone who served it cold. Early millenials have the advantage of at least having experienced a world were liberalism wasn’t in full retard mode, and may have even heard tell of Regan years. They also would have been alive pre-World Trade Center attacks, and would have some experience with a less invasive state (and in their formative years).
Overall, every generation is a mixed bag, but some generalities can be made; I think the zeitgeist of the millenials will be one of misdirected anger, a doubling down of liberalism, and it won’t be another one or two generations before that anger becomes revelatory.

Consider the seismic shift which would occur if a vast majority of businesses would, without overtly doing do but would, in actual wink-wink practice:
1. Never hire a woman for any position at any level. Yes, even male admin assistants and housekeepers.
2. Never hire a Millenial until they turn 30 years old and have at least 10 years of documented full-time employment and independent living under their belt.
3. Not hire anyone until they are confirmed to be right of center, and immediately terminate employment should any evidence arise of said employee being a Left-wing moron.
It would take about 3-5 years of this before the “OMGGGG!!!, WTFFFF!!” sense of awareness as to the impossibility of finding a job if you are a woman.
There would be far less sick time, company gossip and office politics. More focus and production.
Men would, once again, 1950’s-style, become the sole breadwinners while the PajamaBoys remain unemployed and celibate while women are forced to radically change their hypergamous ways (Cosmopolitans and iPhones, like, cost money and stuff) and fall into the reality, guidance and influence of the hard-working, bread-earning reality-based man.

Had an interesting set of conversations with 2 girls I’m gaming, one I’ve banged, the other I’m gaming.
The one I banged I’ll call Church Girl who has turned into a crazy sex kitten.
Last night I fingered her in the theatre where we were watching a live musical performance, then we went back and banged.

My girl was laughing at how sad the guy was. I just chuckled and changed the subject but filed this information. Women respond to good game and can recognize bad game immediately.
