Romeo Had Game

March 27, 2014 by CH

A dataslut at FiveThirtyEight tallied the lines each pair of characters spoke to each other and found that Romeo was following Poon Commandment V.

Juliet speaks 155 lines to him, and he speaks only 101 to her. His reticence toward Juliet is particularly inexcusable when you consider that Romeo spends more time talking than anyone else in the play.

And yet these two are the most famous star-crossed lovers in literature. Romeo knew, or more precisely Shakespeare knew, that women — and female readers — love a man who doesn’t give away the store.

In general, Shakespeare’s female lovers lavish a larger share of their lines on their men than the men do on them. This is true not just of “Romeo and Juliet,” but of “Macbeth,” “The Taming of the Shrew” and all four couples in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” The only real exceptions, tellingly, occur in the plays where the women pose as men: “Twelfth Night” and “The Merchant of Venice.” (Antony and Cleopatra spend roughly equal shares of lines on each other.)

😆 There’s more egalitarian relationship communication when the women pose as men. Says it all, really. But you feminists keep telling manboobs to emote like girls; that’ll really make them more attractive to women.

Forget modern culture in its totality. Everything important you need to know about men and women you can find in the works of Shakespeare.

      da GBFMZ WRITESZ:

the reason that traditional dating has disappeared is because traditional marriage has disappeared.

as all women have now had numerous one-night stands, instead of waiting for that one knight, why would you want to be the knight who has to pay for what others got for free when it was younger, hotter, tighter, and forty pounds lighter?

and by pay, i mean you have to give up your time, your energy, your future salary in the form of child support and alimony, and your children. you will have to pay for your x-wife’s new lingerie for the biker boy she once banged for free, but now buys beer for with your money, via the alimony you must send her under threat of incarceration.

After a woman passes 25, whence she has generally been buttcocked numerous times and desouled, her courtship value is negative. It is the woman, who is now wired fiat bernanke cash and allowed to excel in fiat bernanke programs that drug up and dumb down boyz while deocntsructing da GREAT BOOKS 4 MENZ and creating far more debt than wealth while bankruping the West morally amnd moneetarily, who must pay the man so as to court him.

For a 25 year old multi-buttocked, desouled, bernankifed woman represents a huge risk to a man’s livelihood, his time, his conscience, his soul, his future earnings, and his general well-being. And the man must be compensated justly so as to have to court a woman over 25 who has been buttcocked and deousled and converted by the cenrta; bankerz into a vehicle of welath transfer lzozlz so dey could convert their masisve fiat debt into physical property by leveraging a woman’s sexuality for prviate profit gains while placing all teh risksz on good menz zlozzllz.

Please note that neither Dr. Helen Smith nor Michelle Malkin ever, ever, ever quote nor acknowledge THE GREAT BOOKS FOR MEN. Next time you see them, ask them why they never salute our EXALTED FATHERS and our NOBLE HERITAGE and the FOUNDATION OF NATURAL RIGHTS, THE FAMILY, FATHERHOOD, and NATURAL LAW.

For instance, in her book http://www.amazon.com/books/dp/1594036756

Men on Strike: Why Men Are Boycotting Marriage, Fatherhood, and the American Dream – and Why It Matters

why does Helen Smith never quote Moses nor Genesis nor Jesus who DEFINE MARRIAGE? Why does Helen Smith never quote Genesis?

13: And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
14: And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
16: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

DOES HELEN SMITH NOT REALIZE WHY MEN HAVE BOYCOTTED MARRIAGE? It is because it has been desouled, debauched, and bernankified, robbed of its exalted spirit, and transformed into yet another beenrnekified fraud to transfer assets from men to da beenrkeiified statez zlolzozoz.

Why does HELEN SMITH never quote Moses? Did not Moses know a thing or two about BEING A MAN, even though he never negged, nor peacocked nor wore furry hatsz to get some pre-berbebenkiifed butthozlzizol buttcockinzg (which da noeocnths sectreletly tape zlzzoz):

6 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

7 “You shall have no other gods before[b] me.

8 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 9 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing love to a thousandgenerations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

11 “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

12 “Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the Lord your God has commanded you. 13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do.15 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and that the Lord your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.

16 “Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and that it may go well with you in the land theLord your God is giving you.

      17 “You shall not murder.

18 “You shall not commit adultery.

      19 “You shall not steal.

20 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

21 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor’s house or land, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

RIGHT THERE WE SEE THAT “THOU SHALT NOT COVET THY NEIGHBOR’S WIVES ASS & THOU SHALT NOT COMMITT ADULTERY” meaning dat it is worng so very worng to buttcock someoenes future potential wife and tape it in sectrievz zlzzlzloozoz

Sure, the bibble, read the fantasies of Hebrew shepherds, as proclaimed by Saul, a tentmaker who found a more fun gig traveling around and fooling the hated Romans, selling them a “slave morality where the high are bad and the low are good. The strong are bad, the weak are good. “The first shall be the last and the last shall be the first”. And “There is neither J ew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, neither man nor woman, for you are all one in Jevsus.”

That is the fantasy that paved the way for socialism, which is simply Xtian attitudes put into political practice. European leaders would ignore the weakening message before that, but when people learned to read it was impossible to keep them from learning the insanity in the bibble. Fast forward to today, when Westerners want to kill themselves because their ancestors were successful conquerors, which marks us as “evil” while others are good. Churches leading the way by actively promoting and aiding in bringing in mass immigration. Worst of all being the Catholic Church, a majority non-White institution that has always, always had non-White members and always sought to include more of them. The media owners love it and welcome Xtians into their coalition with open arms.

        Good show.

You are quote mining parts of the Bible to suit your false thesis that Christianity emasculates the nature of man.

I can just as easily quote mine parts of the Bible that would make Christianity look like something out of the Taliban. Deuteronomy 22:20-21, “If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found, she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done an outrageous thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father’s house. You must purge the evil from among you.”

The premise of Christianity is simple: We are all born sinners and need a savior. Jesus, the son of God, came into this world and died so that sinners can achieve salvation through faith. This is not a so-called slave morality. Learn how to interpret the Bible properly if you wish to criticize it.

No Catholic Church and Islam conquers all Europe centuries ago. We’d now be a mixed race degenerate shit hole. Power of the Church has now been destroyed and Europe has no protector, our future is guaranteed genetic destruction by third world hordes and eternal rule by YKW.

Straight forward really. The whole, “Europe has abandoned Christ and wants to commit suicide, that’s real Christianity! The YKW master plan has come to fruition after 2000 years!” is pretty fucking retarded if you ask me.

The Church was fighting for Europe against YKW and Islam 1600 years ago, who the fuck are you?

Sorry, but Christianity wiped out most contenders 2000 years ago. There’s Islam, but it’s hardly an improvement.

Much as everyone loves to complain about race-mixing, the idea of all bloodlines being one in Christ is actually pretty useful to a conquering empire. Accept the Cross and you too can be saved.

Hey, Christian civilization lasted 2000 years. The Commies lasted 80, and the Nazis lasted 12.

I have been reading your blogs and I must say you are a very compelling read and also a breath of fresh air for a traditionalist. However I do disagree with some of your ideas. First of all, your fondness for anal sex. Anal sex is a disgusting deviant behavior. It is self evident, there is no natural lubrication in the anus and HIV is spread quickly through anal sex. Your fondness for anal sex is almost homosexual in nature. You might be a psychopath. Second I think that men’s expiration date is pretty close to women’s as it has been proven that men’s sperm tends to deteriorate past age 40, this ups the chance of birth defects. I would encourage you to use your power and voice to uplift males into doing the right thing, which is marrying a virtuous woman and having a family. After all we are souls, I know you believe in souls with a higher purpose as you rightfully slut shame, I know sluts have no soul. Men should live for a higher purpose then pleasing their sex drive. Sure it is right to teach men game but as the mother of three boys with an alpha male, I worry about their health, as sluts spread disease. Condoms still let some stds through. I think all you are missing is transcendence, but I certainly appreciate what you are doing for men by informing them of their respective nature’s.

Isn’t it funny how hip-hop lingo compliments discussions like this so well? We tend to criticize blacks for some of their behaviors and political leanings, rightfully so perhaps. But OTOH I think an honest awake man would be lying if he said that there’s no value in ‘real’ hip-hop like the best of what came out in the early 90’s like Lord Finesse, The Pharcyde, etc. I happen to really like that music. Too bad more black males won’t wake up and embrace the libertarian ethos that their music personifies much more than leftism.

LOL. Shakespeare is FICTION. There isn’t anything natural about it. What is natural, perhaps, is teenage male groaning when subjected to Romeo and Juliet, amidst female swooning at such cad tactics. Perhaps we ought introduce these classics as poon instructions for teenage males. Extra-credit: bag a 14-year-old hottie whose father already hates you. Double extra credit: make her father hate you, then bag the hottie. Check local age-related rape laws and father’s penchant for bloodletting before proceeding.

        > “such cad tactics”

        Hamlet “murdered” Ophelia’s father, Polonius.

Or at least he stabbed him to death, behind the curtain, without knowing exactly who he was stabbing.

Then he proceeded to treat Ophelia so horribly that he drove her to self-murder.

When Ophelia’s brother, Laertes, finally got Hamlet in his sights, he immediately challenged Hamlet to a duel to the death.

        Which, of course, Hamlet won.

I never saw anything whatsoever which was noble or worthy or sympathetic about Hamlet’s character.

I always felt like Laertes was the only halfway decent character in the entire play.

Shakespeare was such an odious nihilist on so many different levels – both textual and semantic.

But I guess it’s that sociopathic nihilism which gets them ginaz to tinglinzzzz.

        Hamlet was pointless.

        Like everything that Shakespeare wrote.

Shakespeare was a complete nihilist – at least from the standard Stratfordian point of view.

Which is actually part of the allure of the Oxfordian point of view – and especially Prince Tudor theory – that it offers some hope for proving the existence of a human core at the heart of the corpus.

That there were actually subtexts [or supertexts] to the works which flew right over everyone’s head [except for the handful of people at the time who were in on the secret].

Ophelia was a slut who killed herself because she was despondent over the child she aborted, among other things.

“There’s rue for you, and here’s some for me; we
may call it herb of grace o’Sundays. You must wear
        your rue with a difference.”

Tragic, yes. Nihilistic, no. These deaths are all lamentable. And they can’t all be laid at Hamlet’s feet. He didn’t kill Ophelia any more than he killed poor Yorick. He’s the conscience of the play, not its sole agent of death.

There’s a theme on this blog, and elsewhere, like Free Northerner et al, that “Game” is real, but it’s a tool of developed by evil. An allternative theory, also promulgated here and elsewhere, is that “Game” is a method evolved in, or “natural” to, men that has been repressed among the good and traditional (those not necessarily being one and the same). It appears folks are beginning to grapple with this conundrum.

Arbiter, there’s a possibility that he’s merely been convinced by Joe Sobran’s take on the Oxfordian theory of authorship. To wit: many of the sonnets are addressed to a young man in very familiar terms. Those with the right mindset will presume a homosexual affection. Others see it as a father writing to an unacknowledged and unacknowledgeable son.

Shakespeare is fiction, not natural, as tteclod points out. As for natural alphas, are you one? Only a small minority of men are natural alphas. The rest have two choices. They can keep living as betas if that’s their thing, sometimes going for a year or more without sex in their twenties – or they can learn the techniques they don’t do naturally.

Much like when your mother taught you not to speak with your mouth open and to sit up straight, you learned to improve in a way that didn’t come natural to you.

It is as artifial as makeup, high heels and giggling to the jokes told by an alpha.

The current state is artificial, only maintained by massive public U.S. debt. That can’t go on forever. For one thing, China can’t keep lending money to the U.S. forever. Chinese business magazines host discussions between economists on what to do when U.S. consumption inevitably declines. At the same time, new technology is making it easier to trade in other currencies without having to use the dollar as a middleman – which takes away the advantage the U.S. has, being able to print and borrow money to spend abroad without a lowered currency, driving up the prices for everyone else.

When the U.S. turns into another Greece, the dollar falls and prices triple in Walmart, you’ll see some interesting effects. No wonder Homeland “Security” is stocking up on roadblocks, riot gear, tear gas and military vehicles.

Reminds me of when we were reading something in a college lit. class and I used an idea we had learned in one context over in another context in a way I knew was politically incorrect. I just knew I was being disobedient by doing this.

And sure enough the prof. just replied that I had “misused” the idea, and went on. No explanation of how the idea should be modified or its domain of application defined. Just “you misused it.”

I went to the registrar and switched to a music class, where one is not accused of misusing things because political content is always vague. I wasn’t sure I could behave for the rest of the lit. class.

        Reminds me of this:

“Mixing different peoples in the same country has no negative effects whatsoever on the West.”

“Europeans are responsible for all the wars in Africa because they drew the borders so that different tribes ended up in the same country.”

Socialist teachers say both of these. Use the assumption about Africa on Western countries, however, and you are “misusing” the idea.

Sidenote 1: Were there fewer wars between African tribes before Westerners gave them countries with roads, hospitals and other ills? Before that they didn’t have anything at all separating them, now at least they have borders against some of the surrounding tribes.

Sidenote 2: How would you draw up countries so that each African tribe got its own country? There are thousands of them. Not to mention that they have sold even their own tribesmen as slaves, and taken slaves from related tribes. In Europe and other human regions small tribes coalesced into countries.

Shakespeare knew how to write about controlling women–Taming of the Shrew is an excellent example of how to take a bitch and turn her into your bitch.

Except he couldn’t follow through in real life. His wife, an older broad, trapped him into a marriage by getting pregnant, and nagging the shit out of him till he spent all his time away from her in London porking hookers. His only revenge was his passive-aggressive will which left her his “second-best” bed, not the first-best.

Let that be a lesson, boys; it’s all well to write as if you’re an alpha stud, but also follow through on it in the real world as well.

Check him out. His first novel, Whatever, opened my eyes and pretty much introduced me to the Alpha/Beta/SMV concepts in the early ’90s. Here’s a key quote from that book:

It’s a fact, I mused to myself, that in societies like ours, sex truly represents a second system of differentiation, completely independent of money; and as a system of differentiation it functions just as mercilessly. … Just like unrestrained economic liberalism, and for similar reasons, sexual liberalism produces phenomena of absolute pauperization. Some men make love every day; others five or six times in their life, or never. …It’s what’s known as “the law of the market.” In an economic system where unfair dismissal is prohibited, every person more or less manages to find their place. In a sexual system where adultery is prohibited, every person more or less manages to find their bed mate. In a totally liberal economic system, certain people accumulate considerable fortunes; others stagnate in unemployment and misery. In a totally liberal sexual system certain people have a varied and exciting erotic life; others are reduced to masturbation and solitude.

Sidenote: I’ve always thought that conflict in Romeo & Juliet really came from the fact that Romeo didn’t love Juliet, but Juliet loved Romeo.

Ya see, the story opens with people complaining that Romeo’s always falling in worthless love with some girl he can’t have and going emo-mopey. Juliet represents the ultimate look-but-can’t-have chick: the daughter of a family that wants to kill him. So trying to woo her is like walking into the sea– perfect for a tragedy-loving, depressed guy like Romeo.

Except it works. She falls for him. In fat, she sets up a perfect escape plan: she’ll fake her death, meet him in exile, they’ll be married, and, in a few years, with grandkids, all will be forgiven. Everyone is pulling for them to do it.

Except, somehow, in a way that’s never well explained, the message about her fake death, so shows up at her grave, and just as she’s sputtering awake from the fake death serum, he decides to off himself. It’s all too perfect for an emo-hipster like Romeo: he gets tragic-love and tragic-death.

If you look at Romeo as a detached, suicidal, drama-loving emo, then his actions make perfect sense. Heck, it even makes his wooing make sense; he’s so not in love with the 13-year-old Juliet that he basically analytically games her, like a truly detached player would.

It does make some sense. The mindsets behind worrying about BMI and WS are not exactly that far away, as this blog proves day by day

News from across the pond: drunk London woman has a fight with her bf, then ends up giving a blowjob to one of the police officers who was called to the fight. The next day she gets buyers remorse and sues for rape.

She gets $11000 awarded for psychological damages, the policeman lost his job and has his face plastered over the tabloids…

Would love to see analysis of Iago & the Dark Triad. Henry IV Part I had some legit moments, as I recall. Hotspur & his wife from a sex point of view, and Hal and his wingman Falstaff in terms of applying his charisma to take care of business.

        Shakespeare,
Bronte’s, Austen, Dickens etc etc much of it is about Race and Class.

Shakespeare was a race realist most certainly.

      Richard II=Beta
      Henry IV:=lesser alpha/greater beta
      Henry V=Super-alpha
Henry VI=no one ever reads these 3 plays.

Note that I’m only going on the play, not the historical person.

      Rape.

Richard was actually a very good and effective soldier.

He was basically out manouvred in a marriage alliance. These shitty things happen. He was pretty good King. The concept of bail and a timely trial are his contributions to Common law.

Usually gammas don’t get the girl. Especially if they’re hunchbacks with mangled hands who killed her husband and father. And even if they did get the girl, they’d be clingy as hell. Richard has his bitch killed to prepare for another one.

Nor do gammas succeed so spectacularly in life, like taking the royal crown and having all rivals killed off through third party hands, leaving him blameless and innocent.

Plus, Richard owns the fact that he’s an unrepentant dickhead. A gamma would be more likely to have delusions of nobility, a nice guy and white knight.

Richard III is what gammas wish they could be with their intellect and cunning. While he ultimately lost his ass, he did win for a while, and he did it while others (mostly women) called him a conniving piece of shit to which he laughed and didn’t give a fuck.

It would be more accurate to call him a sigma, a man who goes against the grain and is very competent at doing so.

Pol Pot had neither. He was just mad because he was brown and all the light skinned Cambodians in college made fun of him for being short and dark skinned.

People try to come up with all kinds of sophisticated political theories and explanations to account for Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge but its really quite simple.

If I recall correctly, Dante portrayed Cleopatra and Mark Antony in the second circle of hell which is devoted to punishing the lustful. Medieval Game knew the score: make your mission, not your woman, your priority.

Who was it that came up with “emotional pornography?” Was it CH? It’s just like a romantic comedy. Men want physical intimacy, women want emotional intimacy. So don’t be too generous with your feelings.

    Amen to that…

Just this past weekend I was at a gig and one woman (easy on the eyes with a nice rack) was babbling incessantly and after she was done she turned to me and said, “What do you think?” I looked at her and said, “I stopped listening 20 minutes ago, I’ve just been enjoying the view.” While looking pointedly at her, and the other girl’s breasts. That got laughs from the other women that were there, and she was rather clingy till we went back to the room. Women’s mouths are best used for other things, but as I told one – you talk to give your mouth something to do between blow-jobs, everything else is extraneous. Then I put her to work. Women love knowing that is their only use to you – as long as they can make you happy. That is why we keep them around…

Of course they will bitch and moan and deny it – but every man knows to keep a woman happy, you have to always keep her competing for his attention. As long as she see that you have options, she will keep wanting you. As soon as she knows that she has won, she will move on to the next prize. It may not be pretty, but that’s life.

I was going to submit this for the beta of the month/year (whatever it was) thing, but that thing has gotten so big it crashed my computer!

    http://robertmagill.wordpress.com/2014/03/17/women-of-the-world-summit/

The link is to a submission for a sort of science fiction contest for a peak oil site, where the post-oil future (any time period) is imagined. It’s a great site with a lot of very smart people … who, unfortunately, have thoroughly imbibed the ethno-masochist/pathological altruist koolaid. They – some of them – HATE “white males” (we are not white males – what are we convicts? – we are white MEN, god dammit!

This guy needs a bit of man training. I hope I’m not remembering incorrectly, but I believe he is a professor. Hard to believe that anybody could think such a thing is publishable. (winners will be published … in an actual book, fer christsake!) To the credit of the editor, the submission was rejected straightaway.

I’m sure he would love some comments. 😉
