A man suspected of raping a woman at knife point after hours on the El Molino High School campus was to be released from jail Thursday after prosecutors said they found evidence that may clear him of the assault.
Sheriff’s officials initially said a masked David J. Kocalis, 24, of Guerneville sneaked up behind the woman Aug. 30, held a knife to her and raped her near the Forestville school’s tennis courts.
He was arrested the next day on charges carrying a possible life sentence after the woman identified a prominent tattoo, and the car he was driving was captured on videotape.
But prosecutor Brian Staebell said Thursday investigators have since uncovered evidence that may point to his innocence. A judge allowed Kocalis, who had been held on $1.2 million bail, to be released on his own recognizance.
His lawyer, Evan Zelig, said a review of cellphone records showed Kocalis and the 18-year-old woman knew each other. Earlier in the day, she sent him a text message inviting Kocalis for sex, Zelig said.
Their tryst began inside his borrowed Porsche SUV but moved to a spot near the tennis courts because the car’s alarm kept going off, Zelig said.
After it was over, Kocalis drove the woman home, the lawyer said. She fabricated a story about being raped because she missed her curfew and Kocalis refused to lend her $20, Zelig said.
“It was determined her story was not credible whatsoever,” Zelig said outside court. “It was completely made up.”

It is indeed a disgusting story. It reminds me of a recent story about a man expelled from a college in California because a girl accused him of sexual harassment, and even though there was no proof whatsoever they threw him out. A feminist psychologist at the college pushed for having him expelled. She writes books about rape on campus, harassment etc and was on a crusade for targets.
The California senate voted this year to approve Senate Bill 967 about “Student safety: sexual assault” which forces universities and colleges to follow new laws, where a man can be expelled for rape without even being prosecuted in court. If he can’t prove that she gave “affirmative consent” he is a “rapist”. Every step of the way the girl must give express consent, and he must prove this.
The bill says: “Lack of protest or resistance does not mean consent, nor does silence mean consent.” So if she is simply saying nothing during sex, he is a rapist. Even if the two are a couple: “The existence of a dating relationship between the persons involved, or the fact of past sexual relations between them, should never by itself be assumed to be an indicator of consent.”
How much will this law be used? This is one of those leftist “rubber laws” that can be bent every which way, so no one can say when it should be applied. For a historical note, Stalin favored this kind of laws as they made sure everyone in the Soviet Union was guilty of a crime if he so wished it.
This highlights a difference between the Right and Left when it comes to laws and rules. The Right sees them as safeguards for society that must be handled with care. They must be clear and precise so you know exactly what they say. The Left uses them as just another tool, something to attack their political targets with. Once again the difference is clear: the Right is about building, the Left is about attacking.

You can start tailoring your responses to your “AMOG.” Like, the dickbag response is for the unconscious AMOG who says it because he’s obviously threatened and will react. You know, I haven’t even seen any racism while gaming in the last year and a half of going out. Have you witnessed anything super racist? I feel like I get good responses wherever I go.
This is part of why it annoys me. I feel like most minorities who complain about race just have old baggage that isn’t relevant anymore. I see myself as an individual, first and foremost. Race lol.. This is sad.
Yesterday I heared a story, my uncle told me, something that happened 15 years back. A man he knew from the same street as him killed him self because he had been accused of touching two 12 year old girls. The girls accused him, and there was no evidence, he was shamed. By the time the case would have reached court it would have concluded he was innocent, because there was NO evidence, just two girls word against his. But he was so traumatized the poor man hanged himself.

I just checked with my father about that time, and he said yes he also knew the man, it happened and the guy was a good man.
He has also remembered some other innocent men who were accused of it also. He was accused by a ten year old girl, and the man was a family man 70 years old, well respected and fought two wars.
And just last year my neice went to a high school party with a group of girls, (she was 14 years old.), and one of the girls in he class was drunk out side the school and accused a 20 year old guy of raping her. He allegedly drive past and took her and raped her in the fields and took her back.
She went to hospital, there was no sign of forced entry, and when she was sober she said she changed the story.
This is all sad because some people genuinaly get raped, and it is like the story of boy who cried wolf, if many girls are falsley accusing innocent men, the really abused will suffer. And innocent men will go to prison, or be so socially stigmatized.

Men also need to be so careful. Recently I was in my neighbors garden and there was children playing and trying to come in his garden gate. I had been fixing something in his garden and had given some water to some of the children because they were thirsty, and asked me. (They usually play by my garden gate.)
My neighbor came and shooed them away. I said please, relax they are just children, they just wanted some water. (I thought my neighbor is being grumpy). But he said no, because when you are not here and children just walk in my garden gate, it looks strange and people will talk. (Basically he is afraid he could be accused of something). It clicked that he was right, so I had to send them away.
I think especially with bad parenting, children are likely to make these stories up, they want attention. You can not be too careful. A accusation against a innocent man can be life destroying. Even if there is no evidence for it to go to court, it is a social stigma that such a claim is even made against a man, because there will always be some people who believe he did it.
White men are socially stigmatized for a ACCUSATION with out evidence. While the Rotherham men it was covered up, because they are ethnic minorities. (The people high up admitted it). Insanity.

Do that. And unless you are very verbally fluid in those situations, and you feel very confident, do not stray from your rehearsed talking points.

The Daily Show, The O’Reilly Factor, and Generic Cable News Opinion Program are all agenda-driven entertainment and parts of a propaganda scrum. So it’s unsurprising that these pre-show huddles concentrate on something other than fair play.
I like PA’s Presidential debate tactics in the context of game, though. I should try that — have a few general talking points for every social situation. Something slightly less ad hoc.

I sometimes send a text to a woman the day after I first fuck her. It’s somewhat beta, but it does the trick and gives me peace of mind: Something along the lines of “Holy shit, that was fun last night.” I do this because I tend to meet up with younger and slightly crazy women (mainly because I am older but I hate the saggy, wrinkly flesh of women that aren’t at least 15 years my junior). Crazy is fun for a while, but it’s dangerous too.
Usually, I don’t have to send anything, as they text me first, as a rule, but if I don’t hear from them within 24 hours, I text. In my business, better safe than 100% alpha. So far they have all responded positively, and I immediately re-establish the right frame (if I intend to keep seeing her).

CH, prosecutors in the military are trained in understanding “counter-intuitive victim behavior” to help explain away to the jury inconvenient facts like why a rape victim would continue a relationship with her rapist. I’m from that area of sonoma county where the “alleged” rape took place. No surprise the poor fellow was accused as that area might be one of the largest area of leftists in the whole fucking country. Some of the grateful dead have homes in that area.

The SJW’s thought they were being ===so=== clever with inventing “waiting periods” for purchase of a firearm…. and then eventually, were not able to argue against “waiting periods” for abortion.
So it will be with false-rape charges. They actually do cause a tort. Torts can ALWAYS be addressed in the courts.

Firearms and abortions are not comparable though. Your body won’t be forced to go through an uncomfortable, publicly visible, body-altering process that culminates in your genitals and whole body going through extreme, torturous, flesh-rending, incontinence-inducing pain for several hours, after which you’ll be forced to being a parent in case you fail to purchase a firearm within a certain timeframe.
The gun won’t change, your life or body won’t change in any way no matter how long you wait. It’s different.
Granted, I’m not from the US and don’t know exactly what the deal with the waiting periods are, just wanted to point out that a physical object and a medical procedure are different things

So are you actually telling me that in cases like this, the US justice system does nothing? When someone lies to the police or the law officials with malicious intent to harm an innocent person, taking up public resources, making a fool of the law and also tries to destroy someone else through libel, which is also illegal in my understanding? No consequences? Ridiculing the law and blatantly, intentionally lying to the officials, lol nothing?
I don’t understand how your legal system could allow that shit to go on, it’s dangerous and sets a dangerous example of how you can easily lie and manipulate the legal system for your own ends.

What needs to happen is for the man to file a civil lawsuit against the girl and make it publicly known so other women don’t dare to file false rape charges.
Young girls in their teens and early twenties are more entitled in certain ways than their older sisters. They’re still in that princess phase where they will summon an older white knight/parental figure type to bring the hammer down on whoever fucked and discarded them.
This is especially the case if they are younger and the girl feels afterward the man is beneath him. This is what happened to Jameis Winston. A pretty white southern princess summoned the dogs against a negro interloper who pumped and dumped her.
