Unelected Jewish judges and Jewish lawyers across the country are having the words of state constitutions, approved by the people of the states, declared “unconstitutional,” thereby unilaterally telling Americans what their laws SHOULD be. I ask you, how can the words of a constitution themselves be unconstitutional? Answer: they cannot be, as long as the words were put there using proper process, according to any Saxon/non-Oriental/non-crazy-jewish interpretation of law and logic.

By the way, the Jews doing this have absolutely no colorable argument that would survive 5 seconds under the “laugh test” to any third rate constitutional law student. To clarify, these judicial activists are having state CONSTITUTIONS (not statutes) declared “unconstitutional” under the FEDERAL constitution. But the 9th and 10th Amendments to the federal constitution very very very very clearly reserve such matters to the power of the states. The federal government is (supposed to be) a very very limited government, having only those powers specifically given to it by the U.S. Constitution, and all other powers are reserved to the states, both under the original Constitution and the 9th and 10th Amendments. Quite clearly the U.S. Constitution does not say that the federal judicial branch gets to decide the gay marriage issue. And obviously gay marriage was not allowed in 1789. One need not even be Scalia to see that this argument is unassailable. There are zero arguments even close to credible for arguing that an individual state’s CONSTITUTION, which is the supreme first-level law of the land, enacted by direct 2/3 approval of the people (usually), can be “unconstitutional.” It IS the constitution!!! Period. We are supposed to have a system that still reserves most matters to the states, not an all-powerful federal government, which we have, which bears NO resemblance to the government the Founders envisioned.
By the way, on a related but slightly off-angled note: this is also generally seen throughout the practice of law in the United States now as COMPLETELY dominated by Jews and their anti-Saxon/anti-common law thinking: some things (to Saxon, normal, good lawyers) are, indeed, simple. Two plus two equals four. The very reason lawyers have so much business is directly, to be blunt, the Jewish takeover of law and the corresponding annihilation of “common sense” in the law. Oliver Wendall Holmes is spinning in his grave. In every area of law, not just constitutional, a lawyer never knows the answer and a lawyer can always find a case (or three) to support any argument. Wade) when it doesn’t fit the Tribal agenda (and that is exactly what has happened since 1954 and Brown v. Board of Education), or THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE, THE MAJORITY OF THEM, WHO EITHER IN THE STATE CONSTITUTION OR IN THE LEGISLATION THROUGH THEIR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES, STATE WHAT THE LAW IS FOR THOSE PEOPLE IN THEIR STATE?
The answer is crystal clear under the 9th and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The power to determine if gays can marry is reserved to the states, and if a state, using due process, puts IN ITS CONSTITUTION that marriage is between a man and a woman, the idea that an unelected Article III federal U.S. District Court (or the United States Supreme Court) can declare that “unconstitutional” under the federal constitution is nothing short of laughable.

Ho, I do not think anyone is implying you are “dangerous to the West” or support what is happening. But Muslims need to be condemning it more. If this truley does not represent your Religion, why are we not seeing uproar in Muslim communities across Europe? After all, it is their communities that are breeding these jihadists. We should have a warrior religion like Islam. It isn’t religion that’s the problem, it’s Arabs, Kurds and Africans. You have the Catholic faction in Front National saying “immigration is okay as long as it’s not Islamists”, and condemning “extremists” in the party, who they try to seek out and target, threatening to go to the media if the “extremists” are not thrown out. This is what Christians and leftists do when they join nationalist parties all over Western Europe. So we are led into a safe pen, where you are only allowed to talk about religion, not immigration as such.
This leads to absurdities like approving of Blacks in the U.S. and Mexican immigration to the U.S., since “they are not Muslims”. You are not allowed to publish American crime stats in nationalist parties in Europe. That’s racist.
This attack at Charlie Hebdo will be used to push “anti-Islamism” in nationalist parties even more. Immigrants are okay – as long as they are not Islamists!
Israel and its tentacles in the West will be pleased. This is EXACTLY their agenda. Not surprisingly many of the anti-Islamists in nationalist parties are Jews.

What you don’t realize: most people around the world don’t believe in free speech. This includes non muslims like Europeans.
It is misleading to pretend that this is evidence of Muslims really being as evil as some say. It’s more proof how unique America is with it’s attitude towards speech.
For example, they would also agree that anyone who insults Jesus, Moses or Buddha deserve jailtime of maybe more. That’s because that’s how they roll: holy and sacred things are that. Holy and sacred. I used to think that way for a long time. However, I had the same attitude towards other religions, like those dickhead Taliban that destroyed that ancient Buddha statue in Afghanistan.
