My guess is we are far from being capable of that stage yet, unfortunately. The Eskimo hope is that, through a combination of fear, brainwashing and a baby-bust deficit of young men, we will never return to that stage.

You’re wrong about violence – it’s a vital and inevitable aspect of humanity that will eventually be used against any group that’s not prepared to use it too. Beneath the surface of all civilization lies the constant threat, and occasional demonstration, of violence. Caesar governed by violence and was defeated by violence, and it is no different now.
Nevertheless, I advocate nothing specific – what I just wrote is political reality as discerned by many political theorists for centuries. Time and place are everything.

OT but I get spammed on youtube by this site http://www.stopthebadirandeal.com/heitkamp/ run by http://www.secureamericanow.org/about telling me to call my senator and tell her I oppose the deal. This site doesn’t give that much detail about itself, especially the front site, and makes obvious false and misleading statements. The Iranians/Persians are an indo-european people I have a great degree of respect for. They are dignified. I called my senator with the link it gave and told her I supported her and how I got her number also. I suggest spamming this site. I wonder what CH’s take on this is- I consider it blatant propaganda. I havne’t actually read the treaty (who has time!) and I don’t have a crystal ball. My idea though is they are not a threat to the US- how could they really be! Not to our country per se. And Israel they may theoretically be, but that’s not our 51st state or protectorate. It’s independent and sovereign. I don’t have a crystal ball but it’s amazing how the people here in my home country presume so much about me- that for example I oppose Putin and hate him, hate Iran, hate all things about their system, even while I’m expected to complain about the federal bureaucracy and all sorts of things. Still, regardless of how much I am to bitch about Washington, DC, I am to regard America (sic) as superior. I’m sure CH feels the same way about this drive by these sites, and hostility to Iran. It is one Obama thing I do not feel is that bad- though again I have not read any details. I am only presuming due to time and other constraints.
Power arises from the ability to be yourself without being evicted from a given environment, the ability to radiate peace of mind and happiness without caving in to given thoughtforms. In such way, you can influence others. If nothing else, you retain your integrity. You challenge stereotypes by your very being, your very example. Now if you can thus being, gravitate to inward places of power (not that farms are not awesome places to live and work), so much more is the effect, until your presence exists in the highest offices of the land and sets the right tone and example. Do not cave and be realistic and reality-accepting but not negative or embittered. IOW have game. Have it unconsciously, because game is something you are above. Your subconscious figures out all the game moves, while you are consciously free to enjoy the show- and attend to the courtiers who come to you with petitions
