Look, an individual victim doesn’t get to choose whether a person gets prosecuted for a crime. The STATE does. There are plenty of circumstances where a state will press charges against a person though the victim doesn’t want it done, and might even not want to testify.
The STATE brings charges because the crime is legislated by the STATE and the STATE ostensibly feels the crime hurts all of society.
Think about it like this: can the victim of murder bring charges? No, because they are dead. The state brings the charges.
The only way what she is saying makes sense is if she meant: (1) I didn’t report it to the police; or (2) I didn’t sue him civilly. But in either way, her story loses credibility.

When Americans were more self policing in general, this included African Americans too…and during those times, we had a better marriage rate than European Americans, less single motherhood, and less crime. The key thing to understand is they are lying. All of this rape bullshit comes from lying. Women don’t actually think like this. The Western woman’s attitude towards sex is more careless than at at any other point in history, to suggest that sex occuring at a party or after a first date would be traumatizing to them is ridiculous at best.
Any man who has spent time with Western women, and has set the right frame, knows how they actually think. The reason that there are so many beta males in the West is because what women say publicly, due to social shame, and what they actually think in their minds, could not be more utterly opposed. The Western woman is far more red-pill than she would have the public believe. She understands her own sexuality well, including things like rape fantasies and the dom/sub nature of sex. Pure and simple. There is no “convincing herself”, or anything of the like. She knows exactly what she did.
