Well, I’m White and generally wear weather appropriate clothing. I’m in the SW US though, so there aren’t really too many surprises. Living in NE though, we had a mud room and strategically placed umbrellas, etc. The desert can be difficult because mornings are chilly, but once you leave your car in the parking lot for an hour, it’s suddenly 100• in the car. Generally, light materials will do and the weather forecasts are infinitely more accurate than NE corridor weather. But if your point is that low IQ minorities can’t seem to plan for changes in the weather, can’t argue.

After my first one got stolen I only put the sign up at night when I’m around to keep an eye on it, so I’d have to see what sort of low-light options are out there for webcams. I have the sign illuminated but otherwise it’s really dark on the street and the lawn.
