it’s not about the type of weapon. it’s about getting a toe in the door towards total disarmament. once they successfully ban ARs, and they’re not longer the weapon of choice for mass shootings, then they’ll go after semi auto pistols. once those are banned they’ll move on to the next most deadly weapon, and so on, until the only remaining weapons with which the population can defend itself are brooms and ping pong paddles.

I like my hunting rifle. It looks very harmless — hard to tell it from a 10/22 when they’re sitting next to each other – both with stock magazines installed.
Never mind those 20 and 30 round magazines over there… It’s brown, not black so it’s ok see?
Disclaimer: I know it’s less accurate than the AR but it fit my budget, always goes bang, and I happen to be a fan of the Garand/M14 style action on the rifle.
The newer tactical models are quite a bit more costly than the old Ranch rifles but are more accurate due to changes in the barrel design mainly.

I’m not sure I follow you, here.
The “AR” in “AR-15” stands for “Armalite,” the company that the design originally came from. It has nothing to do with what caliber it’s chambered in. There are ARs chambered in calibers other than 5.56 NATO (in fact the AR-10, chambered in 7.62 NATO, came first) and there are 5.56 NATO detachable magazine-fed semiautomatic rifles that are not ARs–and SIG makes at least one of those that I’m aware of, the SIG556.

Sig makes great AR and AR based rifles. Highly recommended. Their .22 ARs are also excellent practice rifles. BTW, .22 LR is lethal last 400 meters. It Drops about 12″ at that range but it will cleanly penetrate 1/2″ ply Wood.

@Some Guy. You’re sort of correct. Sig actually makes four models that can be chambered in 5.56/.223; the 556xi, 516, M400 and MCX (the one used by Omar). AR does stand for Armalite Rifle, but Sig’s own website describes the various models as AR-based designs. Interestingly, the 556xi isn’t technically an AR-based unit because it features swappable receivers that can re-chamber the weapon as 7.62×39 AK by switching out like 3 parts.
The AR-based designation has less to do with caliber and more with how the system functions internally. The MCX he used is neat because it’s designed to be added on to any pre-existing AR-model lower receiver to create an integrated-suppressed weapon.

I have never, until this very day, heard of any rifle being called an “AR” unless at least the lower was of Gene Stoner’s AR design. Yes, there are many rifles not made by Armalite which are ARs, but not every semiautomatic, military pattern rifle chambered for 5.56 is an AR–which is what you seemed to be suggesting. An AK101, for example, sure as shit isn’t an AR, even though it fires 5.56. (SIG may be billing their SIG556 line as “ARs,” but they’re not actually ARs, at least as far as I know.)

The Muslims, the neegroes, the LGBT, the Latinos, and the whatever, are all just tools for the (((Eskimos))) to use in their quest to denigrate the US, and by proxy, the west.
Many people mistakenly believe Muslims hate the (((Eskimos))) because of (((them))) being (((Eskimos))), but this is not correct. The main issue Muslims have with (((them))) is that they control a land that used to be under Islamic rule, and this is an unacceptable condition for Muslims. If tomorrow they regained control of the holy land, they’d just let (((them))) go on living (((their))) lives as before, with the only requirement being that of paying a special tax.
Having said that, what’s “great” about the Muslims is that they are aggressive religious fanatics, and because of it are veering off the (((Eskimo))) destruction script, and therefore have created a problem that can only be resolved by the (hated) Christian white.
Going forward, if the Muslims get kicked out, and especially if it will take a war to accomplish it, the next in line to be targeted for expurgation will be the (((Eskimos))). White people WILL remember who the champion of Muslim immigration into their lands was. This, (((they))) know it, and fear it, and hence why they keep on doubling down on Islamic propaganda. (((Their))) boy in the white house is failing them at keeping the agenda for change and “progress” (lol), going.
To get a better understanding of who “The We” are, one should be aware of certain categories of people:
– The leftist (((intellectuals))) – The brains behind the ideologies
– The committed leftist ideologues – The (useful, often dangerous, preferably stupid and easily brainwashed, idiot) foot soldiers for pushing the agenda – School teachers, Public agitators, BLM, La Raza, NGO’s, SJW, etc.
– Cuckservatives – The controlled opposition
