I am increasingly becoming frustrated with the left. On the one hand, they reduce anyone with conservative thoughts to some sort of horrific combination of ignorance, nazism, sexual repression, and various inexplicable phobias and hatreds, and on the other hand, if you try to debate with such wise and reasoned individuals and make a valid point, they go after your appearance, background (white male), relationship status, or other personal attributes. I am really not sure what the solution or end-game of conservatives for dealing with the left is anymore. For americans, I am sure they believe that Trump will be the ultimate solution if he wins but what then in a few years time? I don’t see the left going anywhere anytime soon.

I’m loving this. It reminds of a fisherman who has no awareness of the tides, who’s boat is left high and dry on the mudflats, and blames the guy who sold him the boat.

Trump may be every bit as egominiacal. I don’t know him and have never met him but from what I’ve seen and read, he doesn’t give off the ‘phony’ vibe. He may very well be just as inauthentic but if so, he is much, much better at concealing it. And when it’s all said and done, that’s why he will be the next President.
