Lactose Tolerance: The Last Stand Of Implicit White Identity

February 5, 2017 by CH

The Milk Zone:

Some offerings from the CH #MilkTwitter feed:

roses are red
barack is half-black
if you can’t drink milk
you have to go back

***

lactose tolerance is a virtue

***

Milk does a White body good

***

A haiku:
cows’ milk calories
fueled White civilization
non-adopters REEEEEE

***

I think that I shall never see
a milk moustache on a rapefugee

a calorie source that feeds the West
and adds a roundness to White breasts

Fresh milk that’s poured from God’s own hand
proves Europe is His chosen land

A glass of milk in summer quenches
and gives a luster to hair of wenches

Imbibe this milk for bigly gains
of muscle and of aryan brain

Lactose propelled Nord supremacy
leaving behind men of the wheat

This photo still is from Shitlib LePoofter’s #HWNDU (he will not divide us) livestream in New York. A subversive army of chads and shitlords has crashed the HWNDU hugbox and made it their bitch.

Raise your gallons of whole milk, and make America whole White again!

I think it must be something specific to cow’s milk that causes the intolerance. Never heard of an Asiatic getting the runs from kumis.

When I was a kid, growing up below the Mason-Dixon line, everyone ate peanuts. All the time. It was a staple of your diet. The idea of someone being allergic to peanuts was simply ludicrous. Then (((YKW))) moved to town, and suddenly (((all the children))) were at risk of anaphylactic shock if they were even just in the same room as a peanut.

Which reminds me, the first milk allergy I ever saw was in Grad School, and there was this (((NYC Skype-ish chick))) who had to ask about all the ingredients in the mess hall, and whether anything had milk in it. I remember thinking at the time: “We’re friggin mammals, aren’t we? How can a mammal be allergic to milk? That’s insanity!!!”

(((She))) was a real w!tch BTW – an early data point in what eventually became a lengthy as-yet-never-interrupted pattern of the same dadgum data points repeating themselves, over and over and over again.

Per this and the comments on children’s health below, CO, the skypeess stalker who once tried to get me horny by blabbing the story of the youth director at her synagogue keeping a blackmailed “an*l s*x slave” was an elementary school teacher who worked with mentally disabled kids and was obsessed with the potential presence of asbestos in the school buildings.

Even without the gossip on the synagogue’s plumbing, I thought she was pretty flakey to be trusted around kids. I may have even hinted to her whether she saw any conflict between her alleged concern for children’s welfare with her amusement at the plight of the A.S.S., who surely should provoke some ethical scruples too.

Anyway, isn’t pediatrics a profession often pursued by Jewish chicks? If you’re looking at a nexus of cockamamie hypochondria on the one hand, debilitating mass poisoning on the other, and a morass of Moloch-worshipping sex insanity on top, that would explain a lot.

read an article about peanut allergies recently.

it said that mom’s should go back to letting their babies have peanuts/peanut butter when they are young like they used to do with everything. mom’s used to feed their babies whatever they were feeding the rest of the family and it helped them build up a tolerance for those foods.

for the last decade or so, doctors have been advising mom’s not to give their babies certain foods until they hit this age or that. and there are more food allergies than ever.

makes sense. i know i start to develop an intolerance for milk if i go without it for awhile. makes me queasy for awhile when i start drinking it again. then my body adjusts and i have no problems.

people are just turning themselves and their kids into pussies by being so restrictive with all this lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, food allergy bs.
feed your kids what you eat when they are babies (within reason) and their bodies will be able to have it for the rest of their lives. wait until later and it may be too late for them to be able to eat it without problems.

Then of course there is a lot of virtue signalling derived from victim mentality. You know, it’s somehow cool to have a special affliction, whether it’s affinity to pillow-biting, a rare allergy to peanuts/hens/milk or being a 1/128-th Native…

Food allergies are becoming more prevalent because our environmental exposure to disease has lessened. In the absence of actual pathogens to fight, the immune system starts targeting other things, such as food, that would not normally be an issue.

Food sensitiivties and intolerances go beyond that, though. Over-exposure and over-indulgence is a huge problem as well. Think of the variety of food people have at their disposal these days. A hundred years ago, grocery options were much more limited in terms of affordability and availability, so you didn’t consume so much. A handful of soybeans once a week probably won’t hurt you, but eating a block of tofu every day can lead to massive estrogen imbalances. And so on.

It may be too that eating 50 or 60 different things in a week, instead of a few repeated food types, causes issues regardless of what type of food you’re eating. The funny thing about diets that cut out gluten or milk is that they’re so onerous, they simulate those old diets. They tend to cut out 95% of processed food, especially those with bizarre additives, eliminate most baked goods, and force you to cook from scratch. It’s a better way to eat.

Personally, I’ve got celiac’s (gene-tested, biopsy confirmed), and it’s a very real problem. I would agree that most of the allergy issues these days are preventable, if not overblown, but food problems go beyond that. We’ve got a medical community that would rather give you a pill to deal with symptoms than address the root cause of an issue. A lot of modern health problems start with food.

Dirt turns out to be an excellent immune booster. Expose kids to lots of dirt.

Additionally, give up the carb filled food pyramid and go unprocessed high fat VLCARB type diets. This means milk, milk products, whole grains, meats, eggs, fish, lots of veggies, whole fruits, etc. But no sugar, no wheat, etc.

But lots and lots of fat. The transformation is amazing.

Add localism. You not going to be allergic to stuff your ancestors have been eating for a hundred generations. Europeans eat hazelnuts and walnuts just fine; peanuts are new thing. These days our diet is flown in from around the world and we move a lot as well. You’re not eating like your ancestors did.

For 10,000 years or less as farmers, viruses and bacteria became the main microbe challenge, with parasites still lurking.

At one point, worried about my excessive milk intake, my mother tried to get me to drink a substitute like powdered milk [wtf?!], which of course I rejected.

Yep, that’s one of what they call the “Mormon four”: powdered milk, whole wheat berries, honey and salt. All of them last pretty much forever and, eked out with a little bit of bartered or foraged vegetables and fruits, they provide a completely balanced diet.

I get about 48 grams of protein a day from milk. I can easily drink 36 ounces after a workout. It’s delicious and perfect.

6 eggs and 3 glasses of milk for dinner. That’s 72 grams of protein. No need for protein shakes.

Regular milk tastes like ice cream to me. No need for added sugar.

The only thing to be careful is milk consumption with simple carbs. Milk is an Insulin multiplier, so you’ll store whatever sugars you do eat as fat at a faster rate. Great if you live in Northern Europe and need the additional fat. Not so much for the average desk monkey.

I’m still hoping for the day when Danger can give me a big, fat “Told ya so!”

Well all my Hungarian friends who are really patriotic and read a lot of the subject either subscribe to the Turkic theory or that we’re Hunno/Scythian/Sumerian. I’m not an anthropologist I just know our language has a lot of similarities with Turkish so I tend to go with what they say. I believe we’re definitely related to Huns but the whole Sumerian thing seem far fetched to me. As for the Finno-Ugric crap that was made up by the Austrians and Skypes to bring us down.

I’m not an anthropologist I just know our language has a lot of similarities with Turkish so I tend to go with what they say…”

Glad you didn’t take my remark the wrong way.

The turkic theory is based exactly on that – language. And over the centuries our peoples have “interacted” with turkic tribes extensively. We’ve been all over the place for a long long time – from South-East Asia to Western Europe and we kicked ass. We picked some turkic words along the way.

A tend to agree with the thesis we’re Huns. The genealogy of our kings points directly to Irnik, third son of Attila, from the Dulo klan. So even if Hungarians are from a different branch of the tribe, we are most probably related. Plus, the facial structure/complexion similarities are striking even today.

Here is a genetic study of contemporary Bulgarians that disproves the Soviet-science claim of turkic origin.

“Haplogroups C, N and Q, distinctive for Altaic and Central Asian Turkic-speaking populations, occur at the negligible frequency of only 1.5%.”

        http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0056779

BTW, are there any recent genetic studies on Hungarians? It would be an interesting read.

For over two decades I’ve been saying I’m a milkaholic. Even used to have a tradition where, after purchasing the week’s groceries, I’d crack one of my gallons of milk and take a chug as I was loading it into the trunk.

Used to drink a gallon every two days. Have to tone it down a little as I approach middle age, but I still can’t resist the siren call of an ice cold gallon raised to the lips at least once a day.

It amuses me to see this map, considering that I, my wife, and even the cat (NFC) are all Norwegian in ancestry.

the genetic mutation that produced the enzyme lactase occurred between 5-10,000 years ago. a blink of an eye in evolutionary timescales. it likely arose in multiple locations spontaneously. digestive systems are one of the more adaptable because of its interdependence with microbes. maybe Ponce can fill in the gaps here.

lactose tolerance is not a good predictor for crackerness, which is many tens of thousands of years older, if not hundreds of thousands, depending on which humanoid subspecies contributed to our distinct genetic qualities. but it’s still funny/interesting.

I guess I still get to make my usual Beach Boys comment, using them as a metaphor and tie-in to the classic American experience, which is rapidly disappearing. From “The Night Was So Young,” 1977:

“It’s three o’clock I go to my sink
I pour some MILK and I start to think
Is she asleep or is she awake
And does she think of the love we could make”

There’s also a mention of a “malted” in “Bull Session With Big Daddy” from 1965. Milk. It does a Beach Boy good. RIP Carl Wilson, who died 19 years ago today.

I was drinking whole milk for years.

Recently cut it out and cut way back on wheat products as much as possible.

Been drinking almond milk w/ whey protein. Lots of meat and veggies. Some fruits in the morning.

With lifting 3 to 5 per week been getting chizzled out and lean.

I think the biggest problem with milk is the mass processed sh1t. Might as well be eating velvetta cheese.

Well my mom is Scotch-Irish and raised on a rural farm so milk was always an unquestioned part of our diet. In the army I noticed the black fellows never drank it and preferred kool-aid with every meal.

After traveling to SE Asia and not consuming dairy I got whopping sinus congestion when I returned and started using it again. Eliminated dairy and it went away. For many people milk is an antigen. If you have been using it all your life try abstaining for awhile and see if you notice a health difference.

Furthermore I suspect that grocery store milk is laced with the hormones farmers freely administer to their cattle to fatten them up. Could be a factor behind your man-boobs, if that is a problem for you.

Lactose tolerance was born in the middle east and some parts of africa, than brought to western europe by the middle eastern expansion (agriculture).

The exetion would be pro baltoslavik population which did not have influence of the middle easterners as much as western europeans:

You just wonder why a company does that…spend 15 million on a 90 second commercial to take a political stance.

I drank a shload of milk as a boy and teenager.

Then I saw the documentary “Food, Inc.” where you see what these farmers pump into their cows to unnaturally produce more milk and red meat.

Nature would have it that a cow only produces milk for a certain period of time after a calf is born. But the steroids that are pumped into them make them produce at a high rate year-round, even without a calf in tow. You’re putting that into your body. So be mindful of what kind of milk you’re drinking, but please please please don’t drink liquid estrogen aka soy milk.

Same goes for chicken. They grow to full maturity in near half the time as they did 50 years ago, and are twice the weight. They’re pumped full of steroids, as well, and you’re putting that into your body.

These unfortunate farmers are essentially slaves to big companies that are nothing more than monopolies. A shame.

not in the European milk cow. and I think in mammals, in general, once they start lactating, as long as you have teat stimulation the milk production goes on (on account of the oxytocin cycle).

they did on my grandparents’ farm, anyway.

Or his eggs with a baker in Frampol? Or chicken with a distributor in Kolozsvar? And milk with the Szatmar garrison supplier?
