I took one of those tourist tours of the White House in ’88 and was struck by how small the place really is.
It’s basically just a house, a very nice, sort of plantation-type house, but…just a house.
It’s not a palace or anything.

That lame, political hack of a judge already had his order drafted (by the ADL, I am guessing) before the oral arguments even took place, as his 43-page decision was issued with 2-hours of the arguments on the matter. You cannot draft a 43-page decision with 2-hours of anything! Anyone familiar with the legal process knows that such a lengthy decision would have taken several days to draft (and most likely, here, a good 10 days). Within two hours, the most that would be drafted is one paragraph denying or granting the requested relief, with very little discussion of the merits. Therefore, the entire thing was a nothing but a dog and pony show…the mere illusion of procedural due process.

It has been clearly established that the U.S. Constitution, in particular the set of rights and protections granted to individuals under the constitution, does not apply to foreigners outside of the jurisdiction of the United States. The constitution protects the rights of citizens, and provides certain protections to foreigners within the boundaries and jurisdiction of the United States.
The recent federal court decisions staying Trump’s executive orders on immigration are jaw-dropping examples of judicial conceit and disdain for the sovereign rights of the American people.
What these judges did to reach their conclusion was to say that, while discrimination against a class of foreigners does not violate the constitutional rights of those foreigners (because they have no constitutional rights), discriminating against a class of foreigners violates the constitutional rights of “Americans” who consider themselves to belong to that same class. Thus, their theory goes, we cannot refuse immigration or entry of foreign Muslims, because that would violate the constitutional rights of Muslims who are already here. By the same logic, we cannot refuse immigration or entry of Africans because it would violate the constitutional rights of Africans already here, etc.
This is a breathtaking destruction of American sovereignty and right to self-determination. Under such a law, we are now a nation full of Trojan horses, special “classes” of people who can override our sovereign and democratic right to make our own laws and enforce our own borders and defend our land and our families, and have a “right” to force more of their own kind into our lands — because it would violate their “rights” if we said no more of their kind are welcome. This logic sets the stage for the wholesale overrunning of what’s left of the historic American Nation.
Setting aside the judicial hubris in stating that they can discern “biased” intent behind facially unbiased executive orders; setting aside whether these watered down executive orders are anything at all like a “Muslim ban” (which I desperately want to see); setting aside the clear statutory language that permits the president to deny entry to any class or people for ANY reason … setting all that aside, the most egregious aspect of these judicial orders is the insidious attempt to force us to recognize “constitutional rights” of the exploding brown horde of third worlders by way of Trojan horse footholds established here to date.
What these traitors learn in law school is the truth: “the law” is whatever some asshat in a black robe says it is (or a majority of them, when a case is before more than one judge). And time and time again, those who believe themselves to be our “betters” twist the words of the laws and the very constitution of our nation to man whatever the fuck they want it to mean.
But this time they have taken the final step and gone beyond telling us how we must live inside our own nation. Now they have said our lands and our nation does not even belong to us anymore.

I’m not disagreeing that this judge might be a shill, but appellate court oral argument rarely has an impact on the ultimate decision. In most cases, the judge (or one of his clerks) has drafted a tentative opinion based on the completed briefing well in advance of oral argument, which is really just legal theater for the clients and any proles who might be watching. Attorneys in the 3rd DCA in California, where I have appeared as counsel, frequently waive oral argument because they know how useless it typically is.

It’s not that they’re dumb. White really do, deep down inside, want to see everyone succeed. We measure our success by how well everyone is doing. We feel guilty when we’re successful and our neighbor is starving.
All other races are different. Shame and fear will keep masses in line with the “law”, but when measuring success, the non-whites need to see that their neighbors are doing worse than they are, that they can feel successful. They don’t feel guilty over a starving neighbor; they feel pride at winning.
The non-whites can’t beat the whites because the whites will, naturally and without compulsion, help each other up. This makes for less poor people poooping in the street, and less starvation nextdoor to success. There’s still vast differences between rich and poor, but the baseline minimum is moved up. Non-whites feel no guilt over their neighbor dying. Non-whites aren’t going to jump in that river to save that child. Non-whites don’t have that basic “humanity” that whites consider normal for all humans.
And that’s your difference. The people voting in these elections can’t even imagine that the non-whites they’re voting to help want to see the whites made poor, sad, and broken, because while they’re left alone, they’ll always be made more successful by their own hands.
Whites think we’ll all help each other.
Non-whites will hurt everyone to create the contrast that proves their own success.
Whites deny this, because it’s inhuman.

I read CW2 on advice here. I was surprised because I thought it would be novel, Covington-style.
In general the analysis is good, especially as to the goals (a race-divided empire) and how it is being brought about (e.g., these kinds of court decisions).
As to how the war will progress in general, I think he makes a very big mistake in thinking that the are will be fought using heavy weapons (artillery) or mobile units.
He is wrong on this for the simple fact that – even putting aside depletion issues – under Civil War conditions there will neither adequate amounts of diesel imported to run big war engines – the dollar would lose all of its value and be useless of for international trade – nor ongoing oil production in the Permian, etc.
Beaners and blacks could not possibly work such an incredibly sophisticated industry as fracking. Im-poss-ible.
Nor would there be continued production in the Mexican oil zones. Even as we read this, vast amounts of Mexican production is being stolen out of pipelines by the Zetas to the point that the producers are even now finding it hard to continue production.
No, any such Civil War would be as local as hell. And would look very much like it.

While there’s been lots of talk about winning and 4-D chess, I sincerely hope Trump has an ace he’s waiting to play on the travel ban game with the courts. As soon as he issues them, they are shot down. Will he win at the SCROTUS? Will he pack the court like FDR did? Will he come back with a blanket shutdown of ALL immigration and say, “well, the courts said the order was discriminatory, so in order not to discriminate we’ve got a big beautiful ban on all immigration.” Seems the only tangible immigration restriction on deck is the wall. Perhaps he can force congress to repeal/replace Hart-Cellar to avoid the EO route and get it settled once and for all.

1. What emergency powers does the President have? They seem vague and unenumerated.
2. What are the odds – and I want an actual number here – that President Trump declares some form of martial law?

I mentioned the other day I’m rereading Conquest of New Spain. there are some great parallels not just between Cortes and Trump, but also between society then and now.
in one scene Cortes is meeting with the chiefs of a recently-conquered rival tribe of the hegemon Aztecs when some Aztec tax collectors show up to collect tribute. the chiefs of the defeated tribe go on kvetching about how powerless they are. Cortes directs them to arrest to tax collectors and hold them as prisoners. the chiefs were astounded that he would suggest such a thing. a small band of warriors from a far away country, telling a small tribe to arrest govt agents of a superpower. but they followed his orders, and afterwards proceeded to call Cortes and his men Gods, since only gods were capable of completely inverting reality in such a way.
it’s a much longer story and that was just the beginning of a long battle, but it’s a story worth reading now, as we’re witnessing a similar conquest taking place before our eyes.
ultimately this about WILL, not laws. and I expect that before this is over we’ll be seeing some traitorous judges get the Tower of London spa treatment.

This is a point I try to drill home in my fighting videos. Of course we have to have certain co-ordinations, reflexes and strategies, but none of them are any good unless we have “will” or what I call INTENT.
Lack of intent will cancel out everything else you have.
An interesting study in INTENT is the serial killer “Ice Man”, Richard Kuklinksi. He killed hundreds of men. His greatest weapon was his 1) total lack of empathy 2) lack of any need to justify what he did.
Obviously, the Ice Man is no role model, but many of our enemies are very much closer to him than we are and this can be a great advantage to them.
A commenter on Unz recently noted something along the lines that the cultural battle may be between “the emotionally coddled” and the “emotionally deadened”.
I don’t believe that, but I do think that they are the two extremes of the culture wars and BOTH are our enemies.

A couple weeks ago, a relative of mine was telling me that because Trump was friend with someone ( I think it was some business man in Russia) this was a conflict of interest, and Trump could not do a good job as President because his being friends with certain people will affect how he makes decisions.
So I told her that Justin Trudeau just spent his vacation at the house of the top imam of India, that Canada has been giving hundreds of millions of dollars to the fundation of that Imam in India , and that this a conflict of interest as much or more than the Trump thing.

Yes. Many people forget that all the dictatorships and banana republics in Africa have written constitutions and laws, but they simply are ignored in many circumstances, because those things are foreign concepts to such people (many of whom never had a written language). The power of words on paper, and their sacred (shared) meaning to the people, is meaningless to them. It is not coincidence that all major modern civilization developed north of the equator, including written languages.

When the early colonists [especially in New England] circa the 17th/18th centuries were drawing up burrough & town & city & colony-wide “Constitutions”, the word was understood to mean a declaration of that which CONSTITUTED them. They were to speak freely because they could be trusted not to spread lies, they were to bear arms because they could be trusted not to murd3r one another, they were to serve on juries because they could be trusted to seek out the truth at trial, they were to worship freely because they could be trusted not to worship S@tan, etc etc etc.

The Constitution has worked for 245 years because the American people (i.e. those of European ancestry) believe in rule of law and respect it. This is rare among the world’s peoples. It helps to live in the developing world for a while to appreciate this.
Reminds me of that scene in season 1 of “Game of Thrones.” After King Robert’s death Ned Stark confronts Cersei with his piece of paper with dead King Robert’s order naming Stark as steward. Cersei snorts with derision – “A piece of paper? All you have is a piece of paper?” then arrests Stark who ends up disgraced and without his head. That scene contains more life truth per second than anything ever filmed. Power is power.

Experienced Father, it started well before Roe v. Wade, and really hit its stride during the so-called Civil Rights movement when Congress was used by our enemies to conduct all-out racial war against White America – actually invoked the Commerce clause of the Constitution (you know…no State shall have the power to regulate interstate commerce, because they may create unfair tariffs to protect its local businesses from competition – as they did in many states at the time) to support laws making it illegal for businesses to refuse to sell goods or services to non-Whites (under the theory that it negatively effects interstate commerce because blacks from up north could not eat at certain places in the South, etc.). Terribly weak arguments by Congress to support these illegal statutes, with only a tenuous, at best, connection to the Commerce Clause’s purpose, but that was overlooked by the packed, left-leaning Supreme Court.
From there, it was just a slippery slope, using salami tactics, to force integration of schools, to force people not to racially discriminate in the sale of their houses (in order to protect the very important desires of neighborhood homogeneity and safety), and forcing businesses (past a certain size) to hire ‘qualified’ minorities. Of course, those foundation decisions, combined with expanding Equal Protection and Due Process arguments, were later greatly expanded to such things as forcing you to not discriminate homosexuals and other deviants.

Bullshit. From the 2nd century to the 18th century, the average white woman had 7 or 8 kids (if she survived). Most of her kids survived (if there was no plague, which happen once every 70 years). The average white woman saw one cock her whole life -her husband’s cock. And the men fucked them good. The same is true for East Asians.
From the 2nd century to 18th century the average negro/Arab mama had 8 or 9 kids but 6 of them died before they reached puberty.

Interestingly, my family is a good example of this. I’ve traced the paternal line back to a chap who arrived in the New World with his wife in the 1630s (even had the last name I still have). The smallest number of kids in any of the families was 4, up to World War II; my grandfather, in fact, who fought in the Pacific in WW2, was the fourth of 9 kids, and was born in 1923.
So as recently as the 20s, the clan was cranking out up to 9 per generation. It was seldom lower than 6 — the only one with 4 was back at the start of the 19th century, when the husband died young.
Since WW2, the number of kids per generation has been 2. But I have absolute hordes of relatives anyway, due to successful 6-9 kid families in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Yes, this is the truth. White women had quite high birth rate in the past. Although this is because they had no control over anything – no pills, and were under the control of their husbands. Feminism, the pill and female independence dropped the birth rate below replacement levels.
Btw women in the past were not dysgenic too – in other words, smart women had more kids than dumb women back then. This is because the kids of the poor were dying, while rich women lived good, which led to more surviving kids, plus they were unable to escape their motherly duties due to lack of contraceptives and feminism.
Now it is the other way around – the welfare state helps dumb women to have children, while rich and educated women are now free to reject motherhood in favor of a career. Therefore dysgenic behavior was caused by two things – the welfare state and feminism.

Now this is particularly cynical because they are acting like they are just doing the same thing men are. But men who purchase a sex doll are using it to replace women and these women who are proud of being a slut, and proud of how mannish they are in their sexuality don’t need the sex dolls as they can easily just get sex from men anyways. That’s what funny about the ‘pro slut’ movement isn’t it. The women in it are all young. Does anyone care about old sluts? No, old women don’t have a following of men that comment on their instagram that they are sexy and independent. The young pro slut movement relies on men to have any legs at all because it’s just a cynical form of pornography and attention whoring under the guise of being some sort of movement.
