The Drudge Report is the number two news source online, after MSN. That’s a lot of eyeballs. As an aggregator of right-of-center news stories, Drudge is an indispensable alternative to the leftoid legacy media (LLM), but he’s just a ripple in their ocean of Narrative dominance. We need twenty more Drudges on various platforms to come close to evening the playing field.
That full spectrum LLM dominance isn’t stopping shitlib media from acts of sabotage to reduce Drudge’s influence. I’ve noticed lately when I click on a Right-leaning headline at Drudge, it leads to a story that, just under the header, is full of liberal boilerplate news reporting. What libs are doing is enticing Drudge to link to their articles with Right-sounding headlines, then tricking ensnared Drudge readers to read their libshit effluvium.
Drudge is responsible for protecting his brand. He probably has a skeleton staff that rapidly scans headlines of news stories and links to the ones that appeal most to his readership, without bothering to read further and vet the stories for Realtalk as opposed to Shitlibsnark. Maybe Drudge could institute a flagging system that allows his readers to warn others if any of his site’s links lead to articles with misleading headlines that are nothing more than leftoid narrative enforcement.
The leftoid media can never, ever, allow another voice to gain dominance. Obviously, it’s no surprise if you’re right. The hive-mind cannot exist without strict adherence to collective thought processes. In that vein, they go after, and subsequently, try to destroy anyone who is a challenge. They did it to Milo, Napolitano (several times), and will do it to anyone else who dares to challenge their hegemony.
The reason is simple, they obviously realize that they’re losing market share! Back in the 90s, Fox News did what they wish they did, corner the market on half of the population’s thought by starting a conservative network that actually pandered to those opinions. They were left, no pun intended, with the splitting up of their captive audience between them making them compete to be the most rabid leftist news site.
They have learned their lessons, somewhat. So they are doing everything they can to take down Breitbart, Drudge, 8chan, and the like.
Having difference of opinion is intolerable, and considered an assault on a leftist. Because they so strongly identify with their beliefs.

8chan (NB! not the french one, .pl) got shoah’ed last week. Google is slapping almost anyone around recently. For instance a resolutely harmless brit property forum got taken aside by the (((Masters))) and had to deep-six a load of long-running and utterly banal offtopic threads because muh islamofoby.and the like; i.e. “these bastards are slaughtering us in the streets wtf is going on?”=instant ban, dire warnings.

google is going to begin changing their algorithm which sorts pages so that conservative content is punished in search results. I would recommend using either yandex or duckduckgo.

Either way, I just found an emerging alternative to YouTube (Google), called Vidme.
It’s pretty small so far, so was YouTube way back when…..

I have not looked at Drudge much but there is a sock puppet site drudge.com that panders left-wing propaganda and looks like drudgereport.com the actual site. Similar concept to my parody site thegoodniggumsproject.com.

Vox Day’s Infogalactic News is a new one, but doesn’t update often enough yet.
The Comments section following his Vox Popoli site is loaded with stuff too.
Instapundit is filled with current RELEVANT stuff too, and his comments are loaded with two other useful things: raw data, and mocking jokes at the expense of the Left. Good for morale.
Breitbart is another site with new News, but they seem to be entertaining Leftie stuff lately, which is odd given how they made their name.

So what you are finally noticing is that Drudge Report is full of click bait, leading to stories put up by liberals. I’ve recognized this about Drudge for at least two years and it makes me hesitate to even go to his site anymore, when I do I am disappointed. Breitbart is not any better. Go to Pundita for mideast news or Sic Semper Tyrannis. Zero Hedge is another phony site filled with doom and gloom for the last 8 years. Vox Populi is good also.

The Drudge page has only a few interesting links on any given day. I believe Drudge is a homo (not that there is anything wrong with that), and I know he is a jew, but the shekel is what counts at the end of the day.
