Finland never surrendered to (((them))).
Granted, they got some material help from Der Fuhrer at the height [or depth] of the War, but the Finns stood their ground and were never conquered by (((the Bolsheviks))).
Plus they make the SAKO 85 in .338 Lapua, which many feel to be the best platform of its kind in the world.
Mildly O/T, but I’ve been reading that Iceland refused to bail out their banks during the crash, and now their economy has come roaring back to life lately. Anyone know anything about Iceland?

Reading about the Finnish civil war is entertaining and heartening. Men were literally murdering their friends, neighbors, and relatives, without warning, for declaring that they were going to join the communists.

I wouldn’t say roaring back but yes, them not bailing out the banks wasn’t the end of the world for them.
Iceland was a bit behind the cuck curve for a bit but they’re catching up. Still a good sense of national and cultural pride there.

Not only did they refuse to bail them out, they sent some bankers to jail (granted a Scandi prison is like a 4 star hotel here, but still). Iceland is one of the safest places in the world to live – they recently had a murder of a young woman that rocked the entire country because it had been so long since they had one. I believe the guy who did it was an Inuit from Greenland though. Unfortunately like most of Scandinavia, it’s a pretty godless nation with a lot of single moms. Their geographical isolation has probably spared them from going down the same path as Sweden.

re: Iceland. Yep, they stood outside their parilament holding burning flares. The implication being that if you bail out these banks, we burn it down,. All of it.

We’ve discussed Brevik’s action innumerable times at the chateau… the fact that he chose his given target, the children of shitlibs being groomed at one of their “getaway camps” (read: indoctrination centers) was an act of foresight and true wartime strategy, well beyond any of the usual impotent random acts of violence by the proverbial “lone nut”.
I believe some called it the first strategic victory in the hot war that has yet to be declared… a more suitable name I cannot imagine.

Every Phil I’ve known was an antisocial jackass. In HS one was semi-red-pilled from having seen his dad get divorce-raped, but it also screwed him up pretty bad (showed up every day with in a hungover stupor).
