She will merge seamlessly and unsentimentally into a new Weltanshauung, shedding the Globohomo Diversitopia “””culture””” like winter fleece in the springtime.
A shared, earthy, kin-based, geographically delineated, and humanistic culture informed by generations of wisdom, ritual, and tradition is never so cavalierly discarded with the arrival of life stage milestones. A culture that isn’t a superficial pastiche of ironic postures, political slogans, and corporate brands will travel with a person through every major life change, providing a base of support to hurdle challenges, withstand defeats, and celebrate in non-ironic fashion victories and loves.
