That’s the first thing I noticed as well. Dead, lifeless eyes are normal among white girls who go to school and socialize with lots of blacks. Drive through any racially mixed neighborhood, and the result is always the same. None of the white kids seem actually happy. Instead, they look angry, sullen and/or lost. This is another reason why real estate prices are through the roof in areas that are predominantly white. Anybody that can afford to live in an area free from diversity, will do so, and be quite willing to pay ridiculous prices for a house, so that their kids can go to school with other white kids.

I dare say it is different here in Britain, the whitest areas like the North east of England and the north and east midlands are much cheaper than non white regions like south London and central Manchester and big towns such as Luton and High Wycombe just to the north west of London, it must be quite different in the states.

In the States if one wants to have any career ambitions whatsoever, one has to get his arse to one of the metropolitan areas that has some kind of sustainable competitive economic activity.
Entire industries and regions and cities have been completely decoupled from the global productive economy. The only jobs one’s going to find in these places are the ones for alimenting the local population… many of whom are dependent on public support. In these places the biggest and often the only significant employers are in retail, healthcare, “education,” and social services that are ultimately funded FedGov and taxpayers who reside elsewhere working in industries that can offer something of value to the rest of the world.
These “loser” towns with the hollowed out economies are zombies still walking only thanks to the kindness of strangers, taxpayers. Their original entire reason for existence in many cases… gone and forgotten… Now their reason for existence? Warehousing, reproducing and caring for tax eaters.
Sad that once proud productive places populated by good people have been transformed into something so worthless and degenerate. It might be unpopular to assert, but the very many European-Americans one will find in these zombie places are just as worthless and dysfunctional as any other race or ethnicity discussed in these dark corners of contemporary public commentary. The forces are familiar. Welfare transfer payments, no matter how generous, can never substitute for loss of employment, livelihood, purpose, identity, dignity… Especially in the long run, all these do is enable dependency and despair… And it almost always ends up in the long run, because the “good jobs” with which one could support a family with pride. They don’t come back. These places have been shaped by a depressing adverse selection. The promising young ones leave to go someplace where their potential has an opportunity to unfold. Especially the young women are drawn to the cities. Their promise can be fulfilled by either what they can achieve or simply getting the attention of some promising fellow…
What remains are only the most hopeless and worthless cases, as well as a few who might return to be nurses or teachers out of some old-fashioned almost forgotten sense of loyalty to place or kin. Even if these places technically could still be called predominantly ethnically “White” you’d still never want to raise your kids there among all that dysfunction, despair and, what’s increasingly in our awareness, their drug addiction epidemic.
I’ve dreamt of fleeing the big city full of rootless pretentious phonies for a fantasy of small town idyll, but the people I talk to who come from these kind of places warn me that these are the last place any sane person with anything going for themselves would want to be and are terrible places to have families or raise children. Sure the towns might be all White, but it’s definitely not all Right. The stories these folks tell of the addiction, the violence crime, the unwholesome sleaze, it sounds kind of like the television series “The Wire” but with white trash. Of course not EVERY small town has been hollowed out by dysfunction and despair, like with the Black Plague that burned across Europe there were stories of an isolated town here or there that managed to avoid the fate of that scourge. Even if one can find one of these places that are as if they have been preserved in amber, they won’t offer very many or different kinds of opportunities for one to earn his livelihood.
The fantasy might be hard to resist, but it’s probably futile to try to chase it. Sure the booming big cities are full of squalor, but at least among the big city squalor, there’s some hope… especially brought by all promising the ones who fled those fading small places where all there is is squalor and despair.
So here you can see why the real estate in the booming places is so dear. There are people from all over flooding in. Once they get here, they are smart to demand and find a way to afford “one of the good & safe neighborhoods.” This of courses drives up the prices. But at least there more potential jobs that pay enough that one might still dream of someday being able to afford a home even no matter how expensive.
In the small places, the homes may still look relatively inexpensive, but it doesn’t matter how cheap they are, jobs are so rare and poorly paid. In this case cheap still doesn’t mean affordable. Furthermore even though the small places might be populated mostly by Whites, the dysfunction is still so bad among these that it isn’t all that much of an improvement or any more wholesome than being in a diverse ‘hood in or near the big cities.
Would be interested to learn how the smaller provincial places in the UK are and if they’ve been hit so hard by the post-industrial hollowing-out.

Yes, the skyrocketing prices in White suburban areas, due to White flight from vibrant areas, is nothing short of theft of our hard earned money. We keep paying more and more to get away from them, and they get to buy our former houses at fire-sale prices . Apart from welfare and other social services, this is why blacks and browns who work can can afford to have more babies, and work at lower-paying jobs, because their houses cost less, they don’t have a long commute to work, and they have an overall lower cost of living. Even though we can talk about it and intellectual agree that it makes sense, it’s very, very hard for the people engulfed in the trends to grasp them and appreciate the consequences on a visceral emotional level. Very much like that allegory of the slowly boiling frog…
White Americans in the some of the nations most popular and booming places of course won’t notice anything’s amiss. Of course not. They don’t have any kids. And if they do, there in a few economically segregated “good” Whiteopia school districts in the posh parts of town. What they can’t see, ‘cuz they’re not watching, is that all the other schools are overcrowded and teeming with “diversity.” People who can’t and probably won’t bother learning English or any other useful skills. Soon these folks won’t even be useful as Uber drivers when the AI bots and algorithms take even those jobs.
Don’t worry, the young pupils of Little Mogadishu Elementary might at least learning skills that will be valuable to them later (if not at all to society at large). Their indoctrination is preparing them to join the rewarding field of Civil Rights Extortion, with good secure jobs as Public Faces of Diversity, Professional Aggrieved Victims, Activists & Community Organizers. For the time being the tribes that currently contribute the “spokesmen” and “leadership” for the People of Color Coalition can at least breath easy that Somalis won’t pose much of a challenge to their position. They probably won’t not bringing the requisite natural erudition and gift of gab.
But we need to keep importing more, more, more of America’s Most Worthless & Troublesome Immigrants. If we don’t keep sponsoring and importing these and then train them that America is nothing but injustice and their sponsors (hiya taxpayers) horrible oppressive racists, who else will there be to finally enlighten us and eventually liberate us from our privilege?
For those brave enough, look at Little Mogadishu Elementary. Meet the Somalis who already make up 30% – 60% of the class. Just wait until they’re all grown up. That is your city. That is your future. These will be the tax-payers and the voters who decide on your pension, your healthcare or perhaps just recycling your haram bodies into dogfood. No one is removing whites. Some whites, mostly retirees, may be relocating overseas where living costs are cheaper. Of course, due to the massive amount of guns in this country, about 14,000 people are gunned down each year. But that number includes all races.

So basically at first it was exciting the Venz was a ZFG bad boy who made her feel excited about life.

There is a Somali cab driver in our county with three wives and (at last count) 10 kids. They live in 4 section 8 apartments, all in the same complex. I know the housing inspector for the county and it drove him crazy. One of the scams they run is that, depending on the month, one wife will request a translator and the husband is on approved translator list. Nice work if you can get it.

Rick, there is nothing illegal about an outright ban on all Somalis, or all Muslims for that matter, no matter what a few Leftist federal district judges may opine. The President has the absolute right to keep out anyone that he believes poses a threat to the USA (and he does NOT have to justify it to anyone to be legal and binding), and Congress could always amend, or do away with, the 1965 Immigration Reform Act travesty altogether. I would rather ban ALL immigration, than to keep letting any of this shit-stains in the Nation. I’ve been watching periscopes from a guy living in sparsley populated North Dakota for over a year now. The winters are incredibly brutal there, yet he points out the benefits of virtually 0 crime and low housing costs. If there ever are crimes committed, it’s never hard to figure out who the culprit is, just look at who’s new in the area when they began.
It always makes me sad though, thinking about how many of our politicians, of either party, who would love nothing better than to suddenly dump 10,000 Syrians/Somali’s in the middle of ND, in the dead of winter, demanding the local residents “take care of them”. Very sad.
