It sounds to me like Trump is saying they could protest, march or even sue, or maybe the second amendment people know something he doesn’t…Trump is far from saying they should murder Hillary.
Maybe all Trump was alluding to is that if a million or two million gun owners showed up at the white house – not to shoot anyone – but just to show they intend on fighting the Hillary dictatorship it would have been, maybe this would have worked and Hillary would have changed her mind?

Whereas Hillary (mis)calculated that demographics had changed enough that she could shit on White men with impunity, and ran her campaign accordingly.
