One oft-ignored or unremarked upon consequence of proximal Diversity™ is the feedback loop it establishes with rootlessness. If neighborhood churn is too high and demographic transitions from White to non-White are the norm across America rather than isolated trends, there will be a White generational retreat from home-buying because no one wants to invest in a neighborhood that may turn to shit in ten years time. Occurring alongside this retreat will be an increase in the numbers of Whites willing to roam the country and temporarily settle far away from friends and family for the promise of affordable rents and glimmers of a past homeland unfractured by racial shock waves.
So what happens in a Diversitopia is an increase in the White rate of renting and in the years spent renting before buying, negative trends which an obstinately pro-diversity, open borders government will try (and fail: cf 2008 housing crash) to artificially reverse. Juvenilia, urban coccooning, ideological cuckery, and arrested psychological development can be seen as ego-stroking accommodations to expanding diversity and the disincentive it creates to home-buying. If age of first home purchase and age of first marriage and first child are delayed, then a suite of emotionally regressive adaptations to the changed reality will help Whites rationalize their lowering living standards.
As the native White share of America’s total population dips below 50% in the coming decades, expect the juvenalization trend to accelerate.
White buy into, and bid up the prices on suburban homes because the higher the price the more likely the neighborhood is to “have good schools” which is the lie whites tell themselves to keep from feeling racist for paying to live away from vibrancy. So you might expect the opposite – as greater diversity the higher the premium for white areas.
So what of the white working class that can’t so easily buy its way out of vibrant areas? Expect them to move to places that require higher levels of agency to be comfortable. That is towns that are more rural and with fewer services ( e.g places where you have to plow a lot of snow and rake a lot of leaves, drive your own trash to the dump, no mass transit, and that have strict bylaws on grass height etc. ) That is to say places that are a real pain in the ass for the vibrants to settle in.
That is already the strategy in a lot of gated white developments. The anal persnicketty bylaws are to keep the zone more huwhite.

Even for the non-gated developments, this is one reason HOAs came into existence. While I used to scoff at the idea of them and their dues, which can sometimes be outrageous, I soon began to understand their purpose.

There’s one such place nearby, it’s not quite a country club, but they pay the county’s 2nd highest non-commercial, non-governmental water bill (a true country club being no. 1), and they’re basically a walled fortress 1 city block square.
It’s a relatively new development, built sometime in the 90s, filled up in the 00s, and I do sometimes wonder if the people who moved in there knew beforehand what the neighborhood surrounding their modern day castle was like.
This almost-country club is bordered by the intersections of Hooker Central & Hypodermic Alley on one side, Gangland & Walmart on the other……..
Good thing their walls are pretty high, so your average drunk’n’high shirtless tattoo freak can’t just toss ‘;em a few used condoms into the yard without leaning way back.

Heartiste has talked about ‘Good Schools’ and other hidden taxes on whites, like the above examples of regulations and HOAs.
He’s also commented on how these taxes drive down “affordable family formation” by significantly raising the costs to have kids.
All of this relates to how boomers handled desegregation.
The California/Western approach was Racial Covenants, but the govt outlawed this (example: two future presidents lived in all white Compton, CA in 1947, blocks away from the beach and 6 miles from downtown or 5 miles to the port, but, by 1987, Compton is the most famous ghetto in America.)
The Sothern Approach was to live in the same neighborhood but have segregated facilities (similar to today’s Northern Ireland). This was struck down by courts (famous example, Selma AL was turned from a prosperous nice working city into an impoverished hellhole).
The Northern & Midwest Example was for whites to live in and sell to their own ethnic groups informally and extralegally. A city might have a little Italy and a little Germany and a little Poland. And some of this approach survives today in places like Madison, WI. But, The government mostly crushed this with school bussing, part of the Johnson and Nixon administration’s attempt to crush the power of ethnic whites within the Democrat party. (White people fled bussing, their ethnic neighborhoods didn’t re form, and midwestern cities like Detroit, or more recently Milwaukee, became shitholes).
The last legal was to discriminate was to the Puritan method (found almost exclusively in cities founded by former Puritans). Simply make everything so expensive that the diversity can’t come. To this day, San Francisco, Boston, Portland, Seattle, are all relatively peaceful and prosperous. It’s the only currently legal way to prevent diversity. But this costly model isn’t affordable or sustainable. White fertility is such places nears zero.
And cities everywhere are now trying to copy the Puritan approach, which is making the bigger problem (low white fertility due to high costs and the destruction of the white lower and middle classes) even worse. Moreover, those whites who are able to buy their way out of diversity by paying hidden taxes coalition with the Democrat party to preserve their way of life from all of the diversity that free enterprise will inflict on them. And this coalition prevents any honest discussion of race in America.

As a former long-time resident of Japan, I would say Japanese women perhaps beat American women when it comes to having horrible personalities. There is a significant minority of Japanese women who actively seek out American husbands because of their reputation for being spineless doormats.

In the UK some of the biggest supporters of the anti immigration brexit vote where those who were priced out of London because rents have increased so much because of immigration from Africa, Asia and eastern Europe, what we see now is that those areas where Londoners have gone to settle are now as expensive as London itself so that will mean that Londoners will possibly now have to move to the opposite ends of the country to find affordable housing, what is not likely however is that the rural areas near London will become “less English” this is because they are still too remote for your average immigrant to feel comfortable living there, they like the vibrancy that a big city has to offer.

You need to understand that achieving the “American Dream” has become almost synonymous with home ownership. This lie has been promoted for one reason: to ensnare Whites in debt slavery. Prior to WWII, White men did not buy their first home immediately after graduating High School or College. They rented and saved up enough money to pay cash for a home. This did not take but 5 to 10 years because neighborhoods were homogenous and did not have a “diversity tax”. A tax to avoid “diversity”. The demand was not as it is today, where women expect a 3 to 4 bedroom nest as their birthright. Renting was also common sense since a mortgage ended up costing 3 times as much as paying cash. Not only that, land prices were not as inflated as they are when a few square miles is converted to quarter acre lots, which are more expensive per acre than if you buy the land, develop it yourself, and build your own house. The absolute only advantage to owning a house was the write-off for the mortgage interest on your income tax. A tax that did not exist in wiser time. But, since the drawbacks to debt slavery far outweigh maybe a savings of 2 to 3 thousand on your income tax, it is good to see many Whites being forced to do what they should by choice.

I’d quibble and say that the push for home ownership was a result of America going on vacation in 1945 as a reward for winning the war. They deserved the good life, don’t you see? So everyone got a house, TVs, and cars. It probably would have worked but at some point we decided to extend the franchise to blacks and minorities, and it has been down hill since.
PS i’ve been thinking about the folks in the so called greatest generation who decided to give blacks a fair shake. With all the progress the negros made in America until 1960, perhaps the GG can be forgiven for thinking blacks could be civilized. All the advances towards acting like civilized people that the African American made under the firm hand of white men must have seemed like a miracle that would continue apace. Little did the GG know that that miracle would find a ceiling. Just a hypothesis i’ve been pondering.

Forever? You are talking about growth necessary in the current situation we find ourselves. Once the collapse hits, we will essentially be starting over. Then how long would growth take? What kind of growth do you want to see? The kind of growth you are talking about is unsustainable. The one thing I didn’t see in the article is the fact that housing prices are still greatly inflated. The correction that should have came in 2008 never really materialized. Renting makes sense if the plan is to snatch a home up at a more fair market value than at today’s fiat inflated globalhomo (((banker))) prices.

This is the driver of the child rape epidemic there. One can be (at least somewhat, in Africa) more certain that a child is still a virgin. But as this practice spreads, the victims have been getting younger and younger in order to assure virginity. IIRC there have been reports of the rape of infants there.

Think about how much wealth is never created because of renting. I’m not even talking about the money you piss away with a monthly rent check. I’m talking about the lack of incentice renters have to improve or beautify. This means people don’t invest anything, in fact it feels like a big nation of renters.

One theory that makes sense to me is that HUD (or whatever) specifically targets White suburbs for Section 8 housing in order to move the Googles out of the city. That frees up mega-valuable urban real estate for gentrified development. Much, much money is made.
Just dump the Googles in lower income white areas where there’s no public transportation. Everyone wins!

This one strikes close to home. I have rented and moved with the money for the past 15 years. I am currently in the process of building enough automated income to be able to move to some small, nearly all white town in the PNW. It is slow, and I work 16 hours some days, but I’ll be damned if i let my children grow up surrounded by orks in some steaming shithole like Houston. If my sons ever see this place, I hope it’s by my side as part of an army pushing the trash world tide back down the drain.

Houston didn’t use to be this way man. It’s sad. I’m making my cash here then as soon as I have my first kid moving to a nice white small town for lower COL even if we take a big paycut.

The urban sprawl is unbelievable here as people try to move further and further away from the city to escape crime and expensive homes/taxes. That leads to more paving which leads to more impervious area which leads to more flooding…
