An incredible news story (via the Daily Stormer) about the CDC redefining the normal range of testosterone to a lower range. (which is referred to in the study as “harmonized reference ranges” — Mewlspeak). The DS author, Zeiger, adequately explains the major flaws of the study.
Mother fucking yahweh, this is a declaration of war against masculinity. The ruling class wants a compliant and pacified herd of puppy dogs in place of the White men who could pose a threat to their ill-gotten and corrupted sinecures.
The soyfatted manboobed weepy feminist nümale is not a meme. It’s real! Soy Nation is here, and your government is helping create it.
Think about the implications. Are you a high T man who’s within the formerly normal range of male serum testosterone level? Guess what, you’re now suffering from pathologically high testosterone. Report to your nearest feminization camp for the requisite T-lowering Mazeltov cocktail of beta blockers, SSRIs, estrogen, dissolved birth control pills drawn from the local tap, and opioids.
There is a Western-wide War on Men, because the effete low T Globohomo taintlickers that have somehow wormed their way into power and laugh at the plebs assaulted by Diversity™ from behind their gated communities know…they KNOW fam…that testosterone is the elixir of the god emperors, and a million god emperors whose veins flow with the power of T and whose hearts are opened to ethereal channels of connection to their mighty warrior ancestors through their shared high T heritage are the ONLY FOE WITH THE FORCE OF WILL to oust the degenerate elite from their plush sanctums.
Pull the Goylent feeding tube from your soulgut and reclaim your rightful place in the pantheon of powerful White men as heir to a noble race of warrior poets. Sup from the bowl of Swole, the flagon of MAGA, the chalice of Chadness, the canteen of Preen…and when you are flush with the lifeblood of manhood and your brimming balls wrest songs from you of once and future conquests, summon your Inner Shitlord. He’ll have been waiting a long time for this moment, and he’ll feel like an old friend who never left your side.
***
This institutional effort to classify lower T as normal in men is similar to the CDC changes to their weight tables, which have been subjected to “girth inflation” and the normal weight range for Americans adjusted upward to accommodate the numerical explosion of fatties.
Our government is evil. It wants to pathologize masculine men and normalize fat women. The bureaucratic machine and its elite operators assault the very notion of Truth and Beauty, which they want replaced with Lies and Ugliness. This is our generation’s war, and I can’t think of a nobler reason to fight than the nature of our enemy…a globalist swarm of soulless atomized grubby usurers with no attachment to anything but their continued power.

5/3/1 is really effective. To keep it simple, set up the workouts in Excel and try the boring but big template (fewer exercises but more volume in the big lifts).

Boring but big is effective, but with most of Wendler’s programs, you gotta stick with it yearly.
I’ve been doing the moderate-high weight, high rep protocol, mixing that in on certain days with heavy mass lifting. Essentially just listening to the body and what it wants and what type of “lifting mood” its in.
Had to switch up (and lower the weight) on my squats when I realized I wasn’t getting down far enough. Even with just the short time I made that adjustment, I’m reaping the benefits.
Oh, and hack squats is you wanna pack on the mass, especially in the front quads.

Yes, really effective at causing debilitating arthritis. Muscles can certainly handle it, but joints cannot over the medium to long-term. It’s not worth it.

Guys we all should study Intermittent Fasting (IF)as a diet combined with a reverse pyramid (RP) style program. RP is basically the inverse of how we all learned to Lift… i.e. Doing the heaviest, most demanding compound lifts FIRST and working down in weight (and up in reps) from there INSTEAD of starting with lighter weights and trying to work up in weight through the sets).
So basically 3 sets would look like 1/3/5 not 5/3/1.
Im not an expert on RP yet, but the IF Diet is wayyyy easier to adhere to long term than a crazy 6 or 7 or 17 meal a day diet.
There’s a ton of literature on IF, but I recommend starting here: http://Www.leangains.com

Make sure you get plenty of sun for D3 or take supplements. The desirable dAily level for D3 intake is at least ten times higher than our overlords want us to consume.
“Vitamin D refers to a group of fat-soluble secosteroids responsible for increasing intestinal absorption of calcium, magnesium, phosphate, and zinc and multiple other biological effects.” (Wikipedia)
D3 is not in fact a vitamin. It is a prohormone that is involved in the regulation of thousands of bodily processes, including testosterone production.
From http://www.medscapedotcom/viewarticle/880957
Vitamin D Supplements May Raise Sex Hormone Levels in Men
LISBON, Portugal — Vitamin D supplementation leads to a significant increase of estradiol levels and a significant decrease of sex-steroid-hormone–binding globulin (SHBG) in middle-aged men with normal testosterone levels, according to the results of a randomized controlled trial presented here at the European Congress of Endocrinology (ECE) 2017.
Be a real man. Get out of that cubicle and get a tan!
LikeLike
The increase in estradiol sounds bad (bcs its ratio to test is the important thing, more than absolute numbers) but the decrease in SHBG means that more testosterone is released into the bloodstream as so-called “free testosterone”. So you get the increase in T yet don’t unbalance your ratio of T to E. This is important.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Good thing you talked about the SHBG. It’s often overlooked in the quest to raise one’s T but plays an important role, as you mentioned, with regards to “free” testosterone. That’s what we’re all after.
Also, an enlarged SHBG leads to high estrogen levels and can cause prostate issues.

With regard to tv/films I have made the point before that “treatment” – the blocking out of the scene, who is sitting, who is standing, who is in front, who is behind, direction and steadiness of gaze, the physical postures that characters adopt – all of these things are VASTLY more important in their message and in their influence on the emotions of audiences than ANYTHING else in the story: themes, dialogue, anything.
Put another way, to humans, APPEARANCES ARE KING. And STRENGTH is the most important appearance of all. Words and ideas are secondary.
So *look strong*. It matters. (Though that doesn’t have to mean “look swole”.)
I hope not to be a bore, but consider again this clip I posted the other day from the 1957 movie Crime of Passion, which despite this scene, this is in fact a Communist feminist propaganda film.
The body language and blocking here – a strong indignant woman (Barbara Stanwyck) standing against strong self-assured men, weak men on the side of the strong woman – are very powerful and tell the entire story.
LikeLike
Note that Stanwyck’s high-chested posture and physical attitude as she approaches the men is similar to that of revolutionary women as portrayed the “social realist” style of art that was popular in Communist China at about the same time.

These things are overlooked because they operate on a subliminal level and form the framework for evaluating the other elements of the story that seem to matter more. You must have had some film study courses.

Interesting point about strong versus swole.
I saw a Les Miserables special awhile back (I’m cultured so sue me), that featured Jean Valjeans from all over the world, you got to see what “strong” looks like from country to country. Valjean is a physically powerful dude, its integral to his character. In some countries he was tall, sometimes more “strongman” looking, sometimes wiry. They all came across as strong even when they weren’t swole. Staging and stage presence told the story.

yep, and animal fat drippings are by far the superior choice. think of how much processing is involved to extract oils from vegetables but how little is involved when acquiring meat drippings or butter.
if something takes a lot of processing in order for the body to use it, it’s probably not meant to be consumed often or at all. it’s always better to consume things that are closest to their natural state in nature.

Long distance running is mostly virtue signalling, not exercise nor sport. Look at all the smug mobiles with “26.2” stickers versus any vehicles with stickers celebrating somebody 1 rep max in the deadlift (a ratio of infinity, as far as I know).
LikeLiked by 1 person
Distance running has enormous health benefits, but only of not overdone. A graph showing the benefits on the “y” axis and amount of running on the “x” looks like a bell curve. The sweet spot at the top of the curve is two to three sessions a week, between one and 2.5 hours total, and not more than an hour in any given session. Any more than that, and you get declining net benefits and eventual net harm.
Incidentally, I myself am currently training for a marathon, just for the hell of it, but I hate those stupid fucking “26.2” stickers (and the “13.1.”) I also strength train, but not with weights, with calisthenics. (Calisthenics are easier on the joints of older guys like me and I figure if they’re good enough for the Marine Corps, they’re good enough for me.)

He told me how he ran daily for over 20 years — in the 70’s and 80’s.
Now his knee cartilage is gone and he has an artificial knee. He told me he wished he’d have done other things for fitness and told me nobody should be a jogger no matter what the short term health benefits might be.

Scratch the surface of a ‘cardio guy’ and you’ll likely find low T, nice guyism, liberalism, and dating/married to a femcunt, or an INCEL. (I was most of those things at one time).
The cardioguys I know now fit that bill to a T. They can’t lift their own bodyweight and their cumulative T level is less than a healthy man.
I agree with the poster here who said that advocating strength training to these types (by walking the walk) is fundamental to changing their mindsets. EVen Ghandi said “be the change you want to see” and I think that is an effective persuasion technique.
Once you start lifting and eating better, an internal transformation happens due to increasing T. It happened to me just as described. And I believe that any man who starts lifting and eating right will go through similar changes, both internally and externally.
You don’t find many liberal men in the weight room, nor do you find many masculine men in the cardio machine area, running marathons or those faggoty ‘spartan runs’ which would be more accurately called “betan runs”.

Moderate distance running is beneficial to health and builds mental toughness. Coupled with some sort of strength training regimen it will not make you look like a stick figure. In 1959, that was underwear (t-shirt/wife beater and boxers/briefs), a dress shirt, pants, coat, tie, shoes and possibly a vest (for men). That’s pretty close to 5 pounds which is what the extra 1″ category adds.

It isn’t just men. Fish are having issues with all the hormones from birth control pills getting flushed and peed down the pipes.
I wonder if the CDC will study the effects on men?

The big thing about swimming [in cold water] is that it sucks all of the calories out of your body [because you’re a mammal, and your Krebs cycle is working desperately to keep you near 98.6F], and so you get ravenously hungry afterwards, and you need to exercise supreme caution not to overdo the calorie intake at your first meal s/p swimming.
BTW, this is even more true for scuba-diving in icy cold water – the hungriest I’ve ever been in my life was after cold-water scuba in a rock quarry.
[CH: yeah i’ve read that shivering (to keep the body warm) burns a ton of calories.]

Indeed. I swim overall about 5km a week and after each session I can eat an entire pig. You fell relaxed and “good” kind of tiredness. Like an intense body massage.
However I was rather thinking about it being a sport that exhausts you. Sort of opposite to “low rep, high intensity “. Unless you do just sprints, which is not normally the case when swimming with a group. And if so I wonder whether it could low your T.

Shivering from such cold temperatures releases and helps you burn what’s know as brown fat.

I took a swimming class at the local university when I was 50. Frolicking in the pool with the nubiles certainly spiked my T.

And insurance won’t pay for testosterone replacement therapy if a man’s testosterone is within the “normal” range. And domestic pharmaceutical testosterone costs an arm and a leg, well more than most men can afford to pay out of pocket. And, it was made a controlled substance back in the ’80s because a bunch of worthless, overpaid jocks abused it so much. Which means even if you have a valid prescription, you can’t order it from a Canadian pharmacy (where it’s way, way cheaper) because it’s against the law even if you have a valid prescription because it’s now a controlled substance–all controlled substance scrips must be filled domestically.
This is essentially going to deny millions of men needed medical treatment.
Fuck. This. Shit.

Even when I was 20 this stuff gave a noticeable boost. Tolerance builds quickly though. I’m 25 now and I only use it before a date/booty call. Second and third rounds come much quicker.

When it comes to herbs such as those, it’s always best to cycle them because your body adapts and their benefits aren’t as pronounced as before. And, just good to give the body a break.
Good rule of thumb is to run them 8 weeks and take off 4 weeks. Tweak as necessary.

It’s easy to despair about the asexualizing of whites, but since being a parent in the past four years, I can give you cause for hope: the HWHCE. Healthy, White, Homeschooling, Christian, Expatriates.
This is a highly-fertile, white, Christian sub-culture who have spiritually emigrated from the USA. You rarely see them because, as I said, they’re expatriates. They homeschool. They grow their own food. They’re fully dismissive of modern medicine and SCIENCE! generally. The most important thing in their lives is their families and their church.
And the craziest thing? This has been going on for a generation, now. In my computer field, the younger generational elite is OVERWHELMINGLY homeschooled Christians. I’ll be talking with a 25 year-old programmer and here his three kids babbling away in the background.
How’s that possible? Homeschoolers are 3% of the kids in America, yet they’re at least 25% of the best young minds I deal with? I’d always thought our best and brightest went to elite private schools.
They don’t anymore, or that private school caste has been surpassed by the HWHCEs (they don’t have the trust funds and inheritances, but they do have their virility and functioning cocks: I’ll take the latter). Things changed.
This might sound fringe, but the reality of how massive these communities are is the thing that gives me such optimism: they’re FAR more numerous than a city-dwelling white stumbling into his studio apartment to catch ‘The Colbert Report’ after blowing $100 at some nightclub would ever imagine. I deal with them regularly. For example, There’s a mid-sized city nearby which, amazingly, has kept its NAM-numbers down, its church-membership high, and as much as 20% of its population homeschools. These are tens of thousands of healthy, beautiful, robust white kids. They’ve made my choices as a father easier.

This is how I am going to raise my children too. I will be fully retired. I am looking for land when I go back and will live exactly as you describe. I have a lot of relatives in the area I am settling in and would also like to include some of the brighter kids into a small troop of boys. I would like to educate them in lots of maths and sciences, history, philosophy, Catholic moral teachings, with animal husbandry, survival training, homesteading skills, agriculture and cool adventure training mixed in. I am looking at raising bamboo to create materials for them to work with and owning enough land to run IPSC competitions and 3G competitions. Great ideas are always welcome.

Huntsville, Alabama has a really good community like this. Chances are high you will have a NASA PhD teaching your kids physics and chemistry. UAH is also a great well kept secret. They have lots of internships for their engineering grads because of all the defense contractors in the area. I’d venture to say the top 50% all walk away earning 65k or better.

I keep wondering who they are testing. I only see effete numales at coffee shops in Seattle. But the “rest of America” does not appear to be suffering from all this “low T”.
Could this be some means of placating boomers? They are getting older and hence all those low T boomers (with their rotten health habits) would drive the averages down. But as usual, since they are such gods, instead of accepting they have low T, they will lower what low T is.

You’re wondering who they tested?
You are nowhere cynical enough. They didn’t test any-fucking-one! That’s the point. The numbers are goal-seeked. It’s propaganda! Like statements about inflation or the unemployment rate. There is no/very little science any more.
We are now ruled by the Lords of Lies. It’s all lies. Black is not white. Up is not down. 2 + 2 does not = 5. No matter what they say. Absorb that into your thinking. And act accordingly.

CH, get the app Strongur for iphag. It has all sorts of plans to choose from, or if you powerlifting like me (huh, these guys had it right the whole time? Who knew…) you can put in your own stuff.
After dropping in your goals, and measurements, it’ll chart where you need to be against your frame capability, and other weight lifters.
This is a heavy app for heavy weights, no Crossfit here.
I went from only lifting the bar, to over three hundred in the big 3 in two years, and thats with a bad back.

5/3/1 is good, but I prefer the old school Buckeye Bench routine which is a percentage-based 8/6/4/3/2/1/4 . It hasn’t gotten stale for me (when combined with a lighter secondary chest/Tris day) and I have been using it for a decade.
It hits a good balance of fast-paced and slow-twitch muscle fibers. I’m a 40-something and well over 400 in the bench.

I’m working in biology. You have got the news completely wrong. As the matter of fact the amount of testosteron is decreasing from 1900-s. They just trying to fix bad data. Mainly it caused by usage of plastics (environmental estrogens) and cheap food with low percentage of proteins. So called “Food Pyramid” that was originally invented for prisons and assylums to lower the rates of agressions. And maybe it is consequences of Green Revolution because productiin of meat costs a lot of energy.

Read Kali Yuga a while back. Most of it was trash sci-fi, but it has it’s moments. There is a mandatory channel that everyone has to watch. The channel has a PSA in which a man lifting weights stops and beats a woman for no reason. It then goes on to say that testosterone is the most dangerous drug in the world. I lold.
Later, the main character is denied treatment at an emergency room because he is white. They tell him the only thing they can give him is an injection of test blockers and then throw him out. Another lulzy moment.

Have been arguing this for years now. All this transgender-promotion is more than just cultural white-anting. We are witnessing the normalization of actual cellular pathology, because in dietary and environmental terms that which causes the pathology is cheaper to manage by ignoring it and pretending it isn’t what it is. In a couple of generations this will all be a given.

The way we do things is expected to be cautious and responsible – we’re a nuclear armed society where workmen wear helmets – and what we do is talk and write blogs. Testosterone fits into this where?
Maybe we should go back to making steam engines out of pig iron, that would actually be less banal than spending all day in the gym believing this indicates a gritty life on the never never.

We should all go and live in the ghetto what we need is an ever-present sense of dread. Or no. Is no one grateful that they grew up in the opposite of a warzone? To somehow feel victimised by living in a green and pleasant land. Is there any length our people won’t go to feel hard done by? You’re as bad as the Left.
