well, the way I’ve seen it work is like this, high end firms suck the diversity straight out of college. They grab all the nonwhites they can leaving no diversity for smaller firms to hire. So the medium firms have to get bindi rock for brains on h1-b. Small firms have to go get non-diverse workforces. The big firm’s never fire their diversity either. But the lateral movement for diversity is kind of hard because they’re just stuck in do nothing jobs which, to be honest, anyone can do.
So, once goolag needs their top new showpiece CEO…what can they do?

Women in the Service in anything approaching a combat role is total BS, but I suppose this had to be tried to tick the box It was ALWAYS destined to fail, 99.999% of men would fail BUDS after week one if everyone was allowed to try out, that’s why initial selection is so tough.
