The first half of this response is good. But you should’ve stopped there. When you spell out the reason for your demand, it loses potency. Telling a girl you “need respect” is borderline mewling. If you have to ask for it, you don’t deserve it, and you’re not getting it.
Because I believe respect is something a guy earns, not demand and calling a girl out on this may even make her feel even less respectful for you.

Exactly, you verbalized the reality of her disrespect, validating it in her mind. Instead of causing her to reconsider treating you shittily, she’ll double down in the reconfirmed belief that you’re not worth her feminine respect.
What you should do is call her out when she disrespects you, but without airing demands for more “respect” that you feel you “aren’t getting”, which will almost always sound like the butthurt pleas of a lower value man. Just tell her to cut the bullshit, and if she keeps it up, kick her out (or kick yourself out).
If she’s disrespecting you as a shit test of your character because you’ve acted too beta of late for her taste, then slapping her with the verbal pimp hand and walking out if she doesn’t comply will encourage her to reassess your alpha cred, and she’ll likely come back to you full of apology and begging for a reconciliation bang.
If, otoh, she’s disrespecting you because she has lost that loving feeling and is just fishing for a way out, then walking yourself out of her life will give her the denouement she wants while preserving your masculine dignity. Either way, you win.
This is the short-term solution. Long-term, you’ll want to apply some patented CH Dread Game to permanently reorient her behavior towards a more respectful tone. There are only so many times you can tell a girl to cut the shit before her excessive need to be dominated and told to shut up soils your spirit. What is a bit telling imo about this, is if the issue is indirect, something like – “don’t bring that shithead girlfriend of yours round here. I don’t ever abide by disrespect upon myself” – that works, but if it’s a direct matter, and you say – “Cut the shit. That attitude don’t cut it round here. I don’t ever abide by disrespect upon myself” – you have said too much, you gotta leave it at “Cut the shit. That attitude don’t cut it round here”, because if you add the reason when it involves her directly, it implies you are giving her an out (like she didn’t really know what she was doing, covert-like, with her shit behavior, ….. you know just excusing it as general brattiness), but since she know what she was doing, that comes across as weakness (like a signal that you aren’t seeing it all). There is an exception to all this stuff about never demanding respect, and that would be when your relationship is established. At that point, it’s worthwhile to explain that you need respect from her more than you need love.

this is what i’ve tried to express countless times on here but could never say in a way that wouldn’t end up with people replying that all girls are the same, you just need to game them better, etc.
some girls will take more game than others from the get go because they are naturally bitchy, have walls up or whatever. that is a fact and we all know it.
these are the girls that usually need you to be in top form passing endless shit tests every stinking day forever to keep them in line.
then there are other girls who are easier to get along with using very little game from day one. and they don’t need constant diligence to keep them in line and happy.

Yeah, either you’ve never been in a serious LTR (spanning several years or longer) or you’re not remembering stuff, but every single fucking girl I’ve met or kept on required the pimp hand from time to time. It’s like taming a wild beast. Every single one of them craves disciplining from time to time.
With my life it’s like every two to four months I gotta discipline her. Physically by spanking her, or verbally berating her. I gotta let loose of the control, or she does. And she’s not the only one. I’ve had three LTRs before I got married, and it was like this with every single one of them.

while i agree that all girls will test you from time to time and you have to maintain control, there are different levels of that depending on the girl.
i’ve been with some real shitty women who i had to keep under control in the ways you mention or they would get out of control. have not once had to physically or verbally berate my current girl.
minimal shit tests in the beginning that required only that i show my displeasure with her and nothing more. now that’s a very rare occurrence. maybe once or year or every couple years.
there are some comfort tests for sure but that’s a totally different thing and requires a different reaction on my end.

That’ll really get her hamster revving and have her wondering “changed his mind about what? Surely he hasn’t changed his mind about ME?!?”
That’ll put you in the drivers seat. From there, I can’t say for sure if she’ll reach out to you again, but if she does… no contact. Stick to your guns. Ignore any pleas she makes for clarity like “are you talking about me? or us? What do you mean you changed your mind?” Your lack or responses will slowly bring the answer to light in her mind.
After a week or two she’ll prob try again, at which point, you can talk to her if you’re feeling inclined.
Proving to yourself that you can move past this girl and search for bigger and better things will do WAY more for your game than stringing her along just because you can.

Yeah i didn’t see the name ‘recovering beta’. I would suggest something tangential – boost your testosterone over the long run. Maca root, lifting will change the way you think and you won’t feel as helpless or liable to have women put you in these situations.
For now:
1. If you are with any girls even platonically over the next few days, put pictures up on facebook for social proof.
2. Try to do a hobby or socialise and not think about the situation. if youre with friends, don’t turn it into group therapy. The more you obsess about it, the worse youll get.

A few thoughts from an old man, who has been through this a few times, and done it wrong and done it right.
1. Hard fact: Right now she thinks she has an option with you–keep you or not. That you will come running back if she says she wants you. She has no attachment to you whatsoever. Hate to say it, but a woman is like a monkey in this sense–most don’t release a vine (or a guy) unless she has another in her grasp.
2. You have to make hard fact not true in your own mind–you have to believe that you have options. First, you must go lift. Deadlift and squat with every ounce of force and anger you can muster. Go to failure.Make sure you have nothing left. Go for a bike ride that challenges your limits.
3. She is dead to you. Go out and find someone else. Find more than one. Get them in to bed if you can, but more important, show yourself that you are capable of gaming and getting sexual attention from other girls.
4. If she texts you, let it sit AT LEAST 24 hours. 48 would be fine. You’re a busy guy with a lot going on, not least your new and very intense workout schedule. If you respond quickly, what you have shown her, and yourself, is that you will jump entirely on her whim. This will breed her contempt, and more ugly scenes. She will lose respect for you.
How do I know? Because I have been warm and friendly in similar situations and welcomed the girl back with open arms. Big, and painful mistake. I have also let it sit and gone on with my life. Say “active” because the ex will instantly conclude she’s hot. Your words will not have the same force as her imagination if you slightly understate things. I told my ex the new one was a graphic artist and part time yoga instructor [I made up the yoga part, but she was in great shape]. Did that feel good?

i have an example to go along with this. i work long hours and travel sometimes for work.
i had one ex who broke up with me and another who cheated. both claimed it was because i wasn’t giving them the attention they needed, didn’t take them out enough, support them in their lives, etc
in both cases i took them back. i won’t go into detail but both relationships got much worse before they finally ended. there was no salvaging them even though i tried my hardest thinking all the responsibility for fixing things/making it better was on me.
fast forward to my girl now, i still have to travel and work long hours sometimes but she doesn’t complain, she doesn’t go out trying to get attention from other men, she doesn’t try to make me feel shitty when i’m busy with things or spending time with buddies or on hobbies.
instead she entertains herself with her own hobbies if i’m not there. she tells me she misses me, sends me nice text messages when i’m out of town, she’s always home and eager for our nightly phone call before bed.
most of all, she tries to be as pleasant and fun as possible when i’m around so i’ll want to be there. after 10+ years she’s still excited to see me when i walk in the door. whether it’s the average day during the workweek or after i’ve been out of town for days. it’s the same every time.
that’s the opposite of the way it was with the others. pretty much routinely it was a bitch fest/complaint session, nagging, complaining about how tough their lives were, that they needed more of this or more of that, etc. it was so emotionally draining that i actually went on anti-depressants for awhile.
life shouldn’t be like that. a woman should add joy to your life, support you, make life easier. if all she does is make you feel like crap and everything is your fault, she’s not a keeper and there’s no point wasting time on her.

Yes – telling someone they need to respect you is really fucked-up syntax, even man on man, even if you are implying that as a show of dominance (like – “you need to respect me or else”), because if that’s your intention, then don’t be pussy about it, just dominate then.
But one nuance here, with respect to man to man interactions. You can have a conversation with another guy questioning whether he is intending to disrespect you with a series of flippant comments directed your way – something like “you disrespecting me buddy?” – sometimes it is good to clear the air – reset the situation that way, hopefully towards a modicum of mutual respect, but if the guy doubles down, then it’s – “I don’t abide by no disrespect upon myself” and then let the chips falls where they may.

Your second assumption (lifting the lid off hypergamy encouraging women to engage in endless shit testing) seems, from my purely anecdotal observations, to be correct.
I’ve known a rather exceptional number of older people for someone my age, people who were young before this ultramodern blather or at the time when it was just getting rolling (and were still carrying on the older culture at that point).
The sample size is necessarily limited, but the idea of “constant shit testing” seems as alien to the world they lived in as electing a groid to the Presidency would have been.

Actually, Ishiguro is a fine author who deserves it.
What is pathetic is the Japanese media claiming him as one of their own despite the fact that he left his birth country at age five and speaks English as his mother tongue. He’s about as Japanese as haggis.

While Ishiguro is a respectable writer (we probably all know of “Remains of the Day”), his literary abilities are neither here nor there to the awarders of the prize.
He has been selected as the winner bcs it fits in with the globalists’ race-mixing agenda. And *for no other reason*.
As for being as “Japanese as haggis”, he is in fact as Japanese as his DNA.
