So, as HR department got loaded up (80% or more, in most companies) with leftist, feminist women, they started using their power to filter out new hires, and push management to be more diverse, inclusive, etc. all under the false impression that it was not only morally necessary, but necessary to meet the requirements “of the law”. HR departments are at the forefront of destroying corporations, and that is the same type of attitude the women would have if they ran the government (e.g., Sweden). HR departments are part of the problem…a big part of the problem.
