Years ago, When I was young(er), I had to work day labor through a labor hall. Down the street every morning, about 100 feet away, there were a bunch of wets standing around waiting to be picked up. The contractors wouldn’t pick non-Hispanics up off the street because we knew our rights under the law and they don’t want to deal with that when you’re being employed by them illegally, off the books. So I had to go through the labor hall which probably took half of what the contractors paid them for our labor and paid us minimum wage, which, at that time, was $40.00 for an eight-hour day. The wets, because they were dealing directly with the contractors, presumably got the whole $80.00. The wets also were not covered by workers’ comp insurance, which meant that if they got hurt, the taxpayers, like me, would be on the hook for everything.
American workers have not abandoned these economic sectors, they’ve been forced out.
I’d say it’s way, way past time to break out the zykon.

it will be interesting to see what happens when the deportations start in earnest. so many illegals are in the work force that at a certain point it isn’t even a matter of who wants to do what jobs, for how much. it’s a matter of number of bodies.
if we take a modest number of 15 million illegals in the work force, and 150 million total workforce, that’s 10% of the labor force potentially being sent home.
it will take years to birth, raise up and train the 15 million white replacements, and/or get all the couch potatoes, basement dwellers and soy boys toughened up enough to be able to work a shovel. a short term labor shortage seems inevitable. what happens when business lobbies push back with “we can’t find enough soyboys to clean the toilets!”

This isn’t copypasta, this actually happened over the past year at my company. Several other companies in the area are experiencing similar issues with their visas.
I’m an IT guy, a developer to be exact. I’ve been around the H1B issue for about 20 years and things have always gotten worse, never better. Despite Trump’s fantastic rhetoric during the campaign, I didn’t believe he’d make any real changes or fix anything. However, what I’ve seen over the past year demonstrates this is definitely not true.
My development team is probably 90 percent indian. The manager of our department is indian and the hiring managers are all indian and they have all stated pretty openly that they prefer hiring indians. Whenever there are layoffs, non-indians get cut. Whenever there is hiring, more indians get brought on board. They get paid about 40k a year less than I do, they work hard and they don’t complain. I think they produce garbage quality work for the most part, but I don’t think the managers care. It’s slowly rotting away the quality of the software but again, they don’t care.
Anyway, the typical scenario is that every year, a stack of visas goes in for renewal and about a week later they come back stamped [APPROVED]. Very easy. At the start of this year, instead of coming back approved, each application came back with a huge list of questions and requests for documentation about why the applicants were being paid so little. The lawyers were confused and assembled a huge pile of documentation for each applicant and sent it back. Every single application then came back with either more questions or a denial. EVERY SINGLE ONE is either in limbo or denied (you must go back!). I’ve heard this from multiple sources, including several who had their visas held up.
As a result of this, our company’s HR department has quietly decided (I heard this through the grapevine talking to several department heads) to no longer hire employees that need sponsorship. I’ve talked with recruiters and with people I know in several other companies in the area and I’ve heard similar stories everywhere. Pretty much unless you’re making 120k a year on a visa, you’re going to get yanked. The guys like WIPRO and INFOSYS must be shitting their pants over this.
And salaries for developers are already rising as a result. Salaries have been stagnant for several years but in Q4 2017, they started going up noticeably in this area. Trump is truly making IT great again.

Security stopped by my office one Monday to say that over the weekend, they’d found the Paki dying his hair in the men’s room sink … Hair dye. In the Sink … I handed them my file and told them to speak with HR. I’d documented every infraction of company policy – but didn’t have time for nonexistent ones.
And – While this slow extraction was taking place – the Paki confided in me that he hates America. Assimilating required he give up too much of his culture and he held ours in contempt. We were godless, spoiled cry-babies. He wanted to ride the gravy train then go home and run the phone company.
I’m of the opinion that once H1B Charity Cases are dispatched whence forth they came – that Corporate productivity is going to soar. Wall Street seems to agree – however, there’s a reckoning coming.
Those Corporations that prop’d their earnings on low wages will have too many vacancies to function and will loose opportunities to those who saw the long view and trained up their domestic workers. There’ll be a very ugly correction and some big Corporations are going to devalued … Just as they discounted their workforce by importing it on the cheap.
Then I hope, Corporations turn their ire on the Universities – and the lickspittle professors who have preached liberal nonsense at $50K a semester get whats coming to them. Start pulling that grant money – and watch practical education come roaring back.
The whole rotten edifice will collapses with one hard kick.

The only deal I’d take on DACA:
– mandatory E-Verify (with mandatory prison terms for employers violating)
– by law, a complete and total moratorium on ALL immigration except for (a) exceptional cases fewer than 10K/year based on merit (by law, not policy, requiring Congress pass legislation in the future to modify or lift the moratorium) and (b) foreign spouses and (c) documentable minor children of U.S. citizens.
– it’s encapulated by the preceding, but to be clear, by law an explicit prohibition on “diversity” lottery immigration and by law, an end to chain migration of family members other than spouses and kids as mentioned above
– complete federal defunding of sanctuary cities/states for education, law enforcement, health, highway, welfare, and other federal benefits (anything to which a colorable tie to illegal immigration can be established); the feds were able to force every state to make the drinking age 21, the same tactic can be used to insist on enforcement of existing federal immigration law
– building the wall, all of it
– ending birthright citizenship
– deportation of ALL other illegal immigrants besides the 800K DACAs; deportation now, deportation now, deportation tomorrow, deportation forever
Allowing DACAs to remain in exchange for anything less than this is a first-order cuck and Trump is a one term failure.
Of course, Dems will never go for the above deal. So, DACA should wither on the vine. Trump can focus on enforcing the fucking laws we already have on the books and deploy the military to the southern border for wall building duties based on his inherent power as commander in chief. Call the Congress critters out on their impeachment bluff.

The Alt-Right is an ideology like any other. I’m not saying it’s not better. It is, by far, the most superior. But it has a set of precepts and pre-conditions, and it points to a world we would like to see inhabited. (My definition.) That alone makes it an ideology.
If you agree with the A-R, that’s great, but don’t say it’s not an ideology. It’s one ideological vision contesting with at least 20 others in this best-of-all-possible-worlds of ours.
