I taught in a High School in a well-known suburb east of Cleveland, Ohio for over twenty years and watched the school gradually shift from white to majority black as the years went by. You would NOT believe the stuff I saw and lived through. I found shit on the bathroom walls, dealt with assaults (even rapes!) during the school day, found the hallways packed with screaming animals every 50 minutes all day every day, heard “F### You!” And “N####R!” screeched hundreds of times a week, passed by one chaotic classroom after another as I walked through the school, shook my head over the mindless destruction of school property, hopelessly tried to teach mathematics to students who could not read and who could not reason, ran toward fights in the halls which immediately escalated every time into the most horrific scenes out of darkest Africa, comforted broken white teachers who were sobbing in the staff lounge…. it was a nightmare that never ended. I was paid very well, so I hung in there and finally earned my retirement, but it scarred my soul for sure. I came to the district a starry-eyed liberal and left 23 years later an extremely hardened race realist. Make no mistake, negroes are NOTHING like the rest of us.
The worst part of red pill awareness is realizing that our overlords shoving Diversity down our throats KNOW FULL WELL the miseries they are imposing on America. And they don’t care….
….or it’s part of their plan.
I would favor a law targeting liberal-democrats specifically — and only them — to boost quotas for white students in minority neighborhoods.
In fact, they should pay for extra buses to shuttle them there, medical treatment for their kids’ abuse, and any funeral expenses that might arise along the way.

They have a Jaime Escalante math building at Garfield High School now, but their actual graduation rate when I last checked was 10%. 1800+ 9th graders (input) and 180+ kids pass the high school exit exam (output). The probability is that most of those 180 actual graduates are capable of junior college work at best.

I taught in an all-dindu school when I was younger. I had gone to a similar school when I was younger, so I had no illusions about their dysfunction. The pay was good and I had learned how to appease dindus grown by up, so I was better equipped than the teacher in the video most likely.
It’s manageable as long as you don’t try to teach them anything, or enforce any serious standard of behavior.
I just let them do what they wanted, provided that it didn’t complicate things for me. First of all, you shouldn’t correct or show any disapproval whatsoever to a dindu, unless you’re willing to go all the way, because they can’t take the slightest remonstrance, and will have to be checked physically. Secondly, 80% are utterly incapable of learning the material, so “teaching” them is impossible even if you poor your heart and soul into it.
I would move the two or three interested students in every class (who were Asian the vast majority of the time) to the front, and let the others hang out in the back, provided no one left the room without a pass, and it never became so loud an administrator would come.
The only thing I would discipline them for was fighting, since they could get very dangerous (when I first started I tried to break up a fight between two gigantic obese female dindus, and once I got in the middle of it, I almost caught a razor blade across the face, which was meant for the other female daughter bud thankfully). The school’s policy was to have the campus cops arrest any student who was fighting at all, so I had to do very little myself in that scenario. The other big violation, which was students having sex in the bathrooms between classes, was so common and the process for punishing them so tedious that I simply stopped checking. I’m sure some chillins were born on my watch. Mea culpa. My only regret from being an “educator” there.
A funny story- there was a Teach for America kid just out of undergrad who was certain that all the little chocolate blessings needed was a non-racist teacher. Someone who understood their struggle. I was only two years older than this kid so I tried to watch out for him. He boasted about teaching them Shakespeare, citing a story on NPR where prison inmates put on Macbeth.
When I went to his classroom to check on him, he was sitting at his desk, staring at the floor, despondent, while a diminutive but hyperactive dindu was jumping up and down on his desk. He didn’t remain the entire semester.

No restructure it, we need educated citizens. How about everyone gets 12 years. You complete realistic High School requirements in 10 years, great we give you 2 years college. You get expelled or something we pay for some night school after you become an adult until the 12 years is used up. This way education has some value yet you can spend or waste that value how you want. Make it super easy to remove discipline problems. But it probably wouldn’t do to let there be a market for education rights or we’d get parents selling their childrens education years for drugs. Maybe adults who didn’t use all their years could sell some to affluent families who value education?

It’s happening here- gentrification is relentless in some areas. DC especially. It went from the murder capital to minority black just since I’ve lived here, 25 years or so. It’s now west portland. New York did the same.
The economy has been so hollowed out that even white liberals can no longer bear the cost and burden of exurban living. These kids are so debt- and rent-saddled that they in many cases cannot afford a car. Companies like Uber have done more to clean up cities than 1000 Rudy Giulianis.
There is talk about the ills of gentrification and all of that, but this is a different generation now in the cities.

In my city, Vancouver, there is a section called “Downtown Eastside.” (Google it.) It’s a cesspool of out-in-the-open homelessness, drug addiction and prostitution, right next door to the towering luxe condos and office buildings of the Main Downtown. This area is “protected” by liberals of the city because if it were bought up and redeveloped, it would drive out the dysfunctional misfit losers from the core. But if you, the developer, will set aside millions of dollars, they will allow you to trade profit for subsidized housing for those who contribute nothing to the economy. In others, build 100 units, give 20 to those who produce nothing for society.
When I start my corporation, I’ll end up segueing into real estate from media, and I’ll either make a deal with the progressives …
… or fuck them over, in whatever way I can.

I grew up in vancouver in the 70s and 80s. The area back then was rough but nothing like now. My parents and grandparents generation would dress up on the weekend to shop in that area.
The filth has spread to Granville street where business was good back in the 80s. There was one bum on the corner who played a flute for cash. Now the place is dirty and filled with homeless and dogs. The smell of weed everywhere.
I moved my family out to the valley 14 years ago.
The amount of weird looking Africans and Muslims has pretty much quadrupled over that time. No way these fuckers work. Living on my dime and hanging at the empty mall all day.

It’s a tradeoff. You lose the big money jobs (unless you’re medical or government worker) and you lose most of the diversity and all the related issues that goes with it. I should also mention the lack of traffic, overcrowding, and attractive women.

And he has written extensively on the primary need for human beings to have a shared sense of belonging. A home, recognisably their own, where they feel relaxed and at peace. In fact, I wonder what, if anything, you’ve read of his other than the piece you cited. Roger literally coined the term Oikophilia such is his love and defence of people having a ‘home’.

Good Lord, that’s nothing. I taught in a High School in a well-known suburb east of Cleveland, Ohio for over twenty years and watched the school gradually shift from white to majority black as the years went by. You would NOT believe the stuff I saw and lived through. I found shit on the bathroom walls, dealt with assaults (even rapes!) during the school day, found the hallways packed with screaming animals every 50 minutes all day every day, heard “F### You!” And “N####R!” screeched hundreds of times a week, passed by one chaotic classroom after another as I walked through the school, shook my head over the mindless destruction of school property, hopelessly tried to teach mathematics to students who could not read and who could not reason, ran toward fights in the halls which immediately escalated every time into the most horrific scenes out of darkest Africa, comforted broken white teachers who were sobbing in the staff lounge…. it was a nightmare that never ended. I was paid very well, so I hung in there and finally earned my retirement, but it scarred my soul for sure. I came to the district a starry-eyed liberal and left 23 years later an extremely hardened race realist. Make no mistake, negroes are NOTHING like the rest of us.

In 1979 I started the 6th grade at a new school, it was half groid. I’d been in an all White school prior. I had no idea school could be the way it was with them in attendance. Pretty sure most of them just came to get their free lunch. The noise, the fights, I could go on and on, I learned very quickly if you’re going to be around them you have to be ready to fight – got jumped at my locker. One interesting thing that I’ve always remembered all these years later, we were in a class taught by my only black teacher, don’t remember the subject, he showed a film on africa, showed the natives, half naked with bones in their noses, et al. And finally the groids shut the F up. They were embarrassed.

Obviously it’s not a severe offense compared to the rapes and beat downs, but it’s kind of amazing if you compare it to the standards we have for our own children. If multiple white or Asian kids cussed habitually and cussed teachers repeatedly, there’d be an intervention with parents. In the ghetto schools we just completely ignore it. We’ve had to completely give up that standard of behavior, or at least that was how it was in my high school growing up and how it was in the school I taught at for a few years.

I’m in Western Canada. Blacks here, 30-years ago, were predominately Caribbean. Now more and more-so predominately from various parts of Africa. But I have experienced American blacks up here in Canada as well.
American blacks – really really big ole chip on the shoulder there, for many of them.
Caribbean blacks – well not so much a chip on shoulder, but do have a proclivity for the wilding (but so do quite a few white boyz here – but the Caribbeans more-so per capita for sure). Stellar sprinters though. I do respect that (I’m real good at that myself, – 60m, 100m, 200m).

That is somewhat true in part, but it is more complicated than that – yes?. Because it depends which Irish (from which part and from which time frame) – right? For example, the part of my Irish ancestry that hails from ancient (and renowned) Celtic clans, were from a clan that was more-so predominant in western Ireland. This group came to NYC in the 1840’s (the family lore, which there is every reason to believe, goes – both parents died on the voyage, and the 12 children dispersed into Manhattan Island’s Irish gangland. The 2nd youngest became a nun, and sheltered her youngest brother (my great-great grandfather) from the influence, by way of getting him into a Catholic orphanage, and wouldn’t allow him any contact with the other 10. We don’t know anything about what happened, descendants-wise, for the other 10.
But then the other part of my Irish ancestry, that heralded from the eastern part of the Island, – it was my grandfather (who died before I was born) trained as an architect at Trinity College in Dublin, then came to Canada all by his lonesome in the early 1900’s, to make a life for himself (the family back home owned fertile lands not so far from Dublin – and still hold this land to this day). The potato famine in the 1840’s did not strike the eastern portions of the island with the same ferocity as the western parts (population explosion in the western parts leading up to that time had a lot to do with it too, and a lot to do with the feral state of many of the western Irish of that time period).

It’s a matter of numbers and type of immigration, Canada is much stricter with who they accept or not and many immigrants are from the educated classes.
In England or France there are much higher numbers of African and Caribbean immigrants and although they are not as bad as African Americans you can see their society starting to deteriorate towards this direction.
You also have to note that most African Americans are from a certain area in west Africa while the immigration to Canada consists of people from all over the continent, there is a huge difference between east to west Africa.
Another factor is strong families which is more of the norm in Africa.
So all those differences affect the outcome but don’t worry, it will get worst.

Hashed – yes – you got it pretty much right about what I see in western Canada, as per my perspective. I got a longish comment in mod from earlier today that I posted below that says much the same, with a bunch more anecdotal evidence (just one guy’s views and experiences inclusive of what it was like growing up in the mostly mixed western and eastern European demographic back at that time). I didn’t mention it, but I agree with what you have said here, that for the most part, the new non-European immigrants here don’t particularly seem like a bunch of ill-bred dummies at all – there are some smart ones, some not so smart, but among any that are real useless dummies (not many), it often turns out these are people that came in refugee-status-wise. I have always assumed that given what I heard about the worsening migrant conditions in Europe, and tensions in the U.S., that the difference in the quality of immigrant experience in Canada is partly due to Canada’s immigration policies (going for the more ambitious types) + less but better blacks (probably because it’s cold here and not attractive to blacks), than has occurred in other places in the western world.

When blacks are a very small minority (as they are here) there definitely are differences between American blacks, Caribbean blacks, and African blacks. Why this is is an open to speculation. Is it at least partly because Caribbean blacks and African blacks, where I am, have not reached the 12 – 14% share of total population like American blacks have in the U.S, and the few American blacks in western Canada are muchly influenced by their native (black American) culture ? That may well be. This is an open question imo.

it isnt just publick screwel. the kids went to a private christian school. a few blacks attended, gee, the school didnt want to be ray-cissss. the blacks didnt pull that stuff shown above, but, yes, they got more trips to the principal’s office than other kids (there were also some habitual white troublemakers). after a few years, a black parent became the lead fundraiser. didnt see any real effects other than there were some apparent funding issues (but the school always begged for money all the time anyway). and oh yeah, attendance started to slip… the son has told of one black boy in the 8-9 year old range who would react poorly to requests/direction to stfu by rolling around on the floor and screaming like a freakin autist. just prepping for his time in publick screwel i guess…

This is why in some private AA schools they are the most brutal disciplinarians you will ever see in America. What the VP of Discipline (yes that is a position in most private AA private schools) would do to that girl who threw papers at a teacher would NEVER EVER occur in any other school in America. I can’t even fathom what she would be going through right now. If you think a few smacks with a paddle would be the beginning and end of it you would be wrong. That would just be the very tip of the beginning.
You ask any traditional, conservative AA (yes they are out there and probably 4-5% of the AA population) what they think about disciplining the young and you get the real stuff kind of answer. They run the tightest ships. Expect absolute compliance (more then a military officer). Demand respect from their children. And will brutally correct bad behavior. I have never seen a kid as scared as one who violated a family rule his father laid down. Basically he swore at a dinner I was attending (and I truly do think it was a slip of the tongue). His father immediately sent him to his room and you could just see the dread in the kids face. He calmly finished dinner then announced that he was going to deal with his son. About five minutes later the kid came down, he was, shaking at this point, and delivered an apology while quivering. His dad said, “and you know you are gonna get the belt too now, right?” And the kid just shook his head yes. Over in the next room a minute later you could hear three cracks. The dad came immediately back to the dining room for dessert and apologized for the interruption but also said “kids these days….you can’t give ’em an inch”. The kid came downstairs after about ten minutes. You could tell he had been crying. FWIW, this was about ten years ago and I have since heard that the kid graduated college and is now a mid-level professional at a mid-sized accounting firm. Just to clear up a few misconceptions. This is a school in South Africa, not a private school in the US. Also, expect a an increase of this type of behavior there , as the groids are “empowered” by the new government, which has already passed laws to take land away from whatever white farmers are left. I believe that the confiscations wont stop there, and eventually all white owned property will be confiscated. The president also has a history of making remarks about killing off “whiteness” and killing the “Boer” . The following is a comment I made here a few days ago that is still in moderation. It is no big deal, but I wanted to see if I could make a post here.
So, …
I teach in a mixed race private, religious, pre-K to 8th grade school. We are about 50% white, 30% Spanish descended, and 20% Black.
We get the Blacks that are from the right hand side of the IQ distribution. They are from about 90-IQ up. I guess the average would be around 100 IQ points. We try to weed out the ones that can’t conform or can’t do the work.
And yet, if you walk into a room and ask the teacher which kids are struggling or will under preform on the big national tests, she would point to the black kids most often.
What I have learned is that all kids can be taught, but all kids can not be taught academic subjects as if they were going to college and then on to working in a corporate environment.
I think the lower level kids of all kinds would do much better if MOST of them were trained in valuable skills. Train them up in the trades with just enough arithmetic to do the job and live life. Oh, and do away with the welfare state so that they know they need to work.
