Breeding is one thing. Selectively reproducing plants and animals within their own genetic neighborhood to get certain pronounced features is normal.
Splicing genes from totally different, of fully synthetic, origins into something else is a totally different ball of wax….that could have disastrous unintended consequences.
And even if it was totally risk free….the entire point of most GMO crops isn’t to be better versions of themselves, its to resist powerful poisons so they can be sprayed with higher and higher quantities of them. I don’t want any part of that shit.

American men *are* stuffed full of estrogens from water and other sources, and it’s virtually impossible to avoid eating soy unless you’re really careful about what you put in your mouth. It’s a bit harder to make sense of the manjaw, though. In any case, it’s amazing how my view on women has changed in 2 short years. I used to be a rose-and-rapier pedestaller who thought womanhood walked on water. I am now to the point that my misogyny indicator is bordering the red part of the dial. This could very well be yet another attempt by man to escape God’s punishment on the human race. We were cursed to toil & suffer for our food, and this happened from the time Adam was expelled from the Garden of Eden until just a few decades ago when factory farming, technology, GMO modified Frankenfood, etc came about. There are no more famines, at least none that are due to a lack of food (famine now is due to forced starvation, or a disruption in logistics). We have plenty of food, albeit full of shitty carbs & chemicals, but it’s bountiful. As a society we don’t even think or worry about where our next meal will come from. That is a luxury that would be unheard of to previous generations of man.
But God will not be mocked.
So with this abundance of food at the hands of our technology & science, we’re suddenly cursed with obesity, cancers, Alzheimer’s, infertility, ugliness, allergies, sedentary lifestyles, etc etc etc. All can be attributed in some way to our ‘new’ food that keeps almost all of us from having to actually sweat & work for it.

There is no need to get into any kind of natural VS unnatural argument. That gets us nowhere.
Some foods are healthier than others and “natural” can be seen as existing along a continuum.
The more contact our food has with “food production” facilities, the less “natural ” or healthy it usually is.
For example, factory-produced foods are famously heavy in Omega 6 fatty acids and low in Omega 3. This is because Omega 3 – as I understand it – has a poor shelf life.
An unbalanced Omega 6-heavy diet will produce an inflammatory reaction in many people, causing a very large range of illnesses.
In that sense, we can say that modern foods do not have a “natural” balance that is required for good human health.
I hope this comment has not spoiled an opportunity for you to rant and rage and tell everyone they are idiots.

Nor is grafting apple branches to root stock. On the other hand, inserting bacteria genes into corn is what GMO means, for example.
Google “BT corn”. Then eat some doritos. Lots and lots of fritos, doritos, canned corn, corn on the cob, anything with HFCS, corn oil, et al.

Our identity as a people has been neutered. We are the world now — everyone is an American as soon as they move here. White America ‘has no culture’ they say. My ancestor who pioneered, fought Indians, and who’s grandsons fought in the War of Northern Aggression, had 11 kids. I have 2. I’m an only child I never lived in the lands that sired generations of my ancestors and who’s blood soaked that ground. That is wrong.
Think about it how important an identity grounded in ancestors and in a place is for a man. In order to care about something sufficiently to fight and die for it, you have to have an investment in it. You have to identify with it.
In my case, I’m an 8th generation Heritage American and I didn’t even know it till a few years ago. Because nobody in my family ever talked about it, and my father moved away from the ancestral homeland (of 6 generations), as did my mother from hers, so I ended up growing up far away from either large family, barely knowing my kin.
Now, neither of those families exist as units because they’ve scattered, divorced, died off, had only 1 or 2 kids etc.
That a common story in America. Much our identity as Americans has been destroyed. I believe the (((destruction))) was quite deliberate.
The remedy is to re-establish that identity in our own kids and grandkids. Make sure they know your family’s history. Make damn sure they know why they’re here and who did what to make sure that happened.

Dude, you get a higher radiation dose from the FLIGHT than you do from the scanner! A 6-hour flight gives you a rad dose like 200x that of a scan. The majority of the xrays from a backscatter scan were absorbed in the skin. It was a tiny dose, immensely short duration, and low intensity.
Clearly you do not understand backscatter; it relies on reflected photons that were emitted from the source and were scattered by the target.
I’m no friend of TSA but at least tell the fuckin truth. Next you will say that they are poisoning us with radiation by flying in the stratosphere

Kids are fun to exercise with. Every morning I turn on some GNR or AC/DC and do jumping jacks pushups crunches and stretching with the kids before I go to work. Their favorite thing is when I put them in a fireman carry and do squats. It only takes about 15 minutes but starts the day off on a good note.

Spine roll-out
If you sit a lot, get a basketball out a couple of times a day, put a towel on it and roll out your spine from your cervical spine to your butt.
Try to keep just your heels on the ground as you do it so that your entire spine is not supported and each vertebra is put one at a time into traction. Put your hands on your hips or lower stomach. Feel the lower stomach stretch out. This is kind of a “delicious pain” exercise, if you know what i mean.
The spine has a very poor blood circulation and brings nutrition and removes wastes by virtue of its movement (I suppose the process is hydraulic).
If you sit all day and don’t get that spine moving, it will eventually lose range of movement.
So we all need this exercise. After doing it, drink a big glass of water.
To open the spine in the other direction, do the yoga position, “the plow”.
All of this will take 5 minutes.

Also tried the kids’ tube-metal holds-on-by-friction overdoor pullup bar once, the sodding thing came right off at max elev. and walloped a hole in the top of my head. Connecting bolts left long, and just fannied up with plastic caps which split on impact. Gallons of gore! As a family we like to make our own entertainment.
