HOWEVER, that being said, yes a grown ass man w/ a 13 year old is going to fuck her up majorly. But there is a lot of gray area in the late teens. As pointed out age of consent is still as young as 15 in many places. Also some of this is a reflection on our society. Universal military service is a good start. limited suffrage that all can attain if they work at it is another. Our society was doing well until the diaspora. I think the franchise should have a lot of specific requirements to meet such as children, military service, passing a difficult citizenships exam all come to mind. A requirement to learn a trade and work at it for five or more years before university would be another.

However, a 500 cal/day deficit loses you but one pound per week. It’s a slow, grinding, arduous process that never caters to your innate biological drive to get fat for the winter. Fats and sugars are rare in nature, so it’s typical to gorge on them.

Credentialism is a excellent topic to cover. As a physician I have taken 5 professional licensing exams from medical school until I became board certified in my specialty. Four 8 hour long exams and an oral board exam! 5 tests that ranged from $600 to $2500, not including study materials. But wait, I have to re-certify every 10 year for my boards and repeat official hospital credentialing every 2 years (which requires 50 continuing medical education credits every year). All just bullshit hoops to jump through.
Oh and when people flunk it means nothing. They just repeat the exam until they pass. If they are terrible doctors, the just jump through the hoops and it is all good.

I used to lift all the time, yeah I have a great strength/weight ratio but military my bw for one rep was something I did routinely. I stopped using barbells after shoulder pain and would rep 70s on a seated bench without trouble. When I was unable to train a few years ago due to ACL recon I went back to lifting and was back to 100s on flat dumbbell press on a bench usually for like 6 or so. On the smith rack I’d military 185, 190, 205, in that range. I weighed 182.
It isn’t olympian level to military your bw, it’s what I call “strong.” You wanna be strong shoot for that. My bench max in highschool was 205 at a bw of 125lbs; i just don’t think benching your bw for a rep is what someone should aim for. Certainly if you can’t bench your own bw, you’re fuckin weak and that’s that. Change it.
I used to do bodyweight headstand dips as warmup for BJJ…my PR was 35 of them. I think the max for the rest of the class maybe was 6 or 10? Most people cannot do even one…people are in general just weak. For a man i find that unacceptable.
This dude on the wrestling team in college tho, man…142 lbs benched 285 for one. Motherfucker he was strong. In s/w ratio one of the strongest guys I’ve ever been around. Nobody ever fucked with that guy

You say tomato, I say tomahto… a lot of men are very strong, but once you get past 175lbs or so, being able to PRESS your weight above yo’ haid, military-style, is, as I said, bordering on Olympian-level fitness, and can usually only be done by those who are young (let’s say under 45 before the shoulders and rotator tendons start to protest) and who train fiercely on a weekly basis because they’re into physical sports as an occupation or intense hobby.
Most mortal men with a job and family but who stay fit and lift 3 to 4 times a week will be able to bench their weight ten times or more, and do a good number of pull-ups and such… but trying to military press weights beyond what you can do at least 5 times is a recipe for shoulder disaster, and them shoulders don’t seem to recover like other body parts, once damage occurs..
[CH: anyone who’s spent a day in the gym knows the military press is much tougher than the bench press. i doubt most untrained men could shoulder press more than sixty pounds. btw, i have come back from a shoulder injury. the key is to take it REALLY SLOWLY on the rehab leg of the journey, using extremely light weights and going up by increments of 2 lbs per workout. absolute perfection in form is a must, and your negatives should be slower than the lifting part of the rep. also, paleo diet for the joint lubrication.]

That makes a bit more sense, since on a smith or leverage machine, you’re not really controlling the whole of the equivalent of your body weight on those ancillary/stabilizer muscles, which are the areas which tend to fail and cause tendon and ligament damage when one tries to push the envelope.
Anyone wants to see the difference, get on a smith machine and then try the same weight on free weights… make sure you have a spotter.

One last note, I like leverage and cable-driven weight stack machines since I’ve gotten older, but even when I was young I always thought every smith machine in the world should be melted down to build something useful. 😉

true, the smith is much more stable. I could do the bw for one on a free military press to the front, with smith I could rep it and then some.
At my peak I could smith squat 500×6 at a bw of 190 something. Free squat I think I did like 405 for around the same amount. I decided that all the stepping and stuff in a free squat wasn’t worth it…i torched a lumbar disk or something when I was like 18 warming up with 235 on a free squat and i couldn’t touch my feet for a week. Smith machines are way way better than cable BS or other machinery. Sometimes, or often, you have to lift heavy without a spotter…smith is for that.
I’m a classic ectomorph too, what I wouldn’t have given to be a meso…gotta play the hand ur dealt.

So here I will try to summarise the situation for you as presented by q anon. I believe it and so maybe I am a clown. But here is the story so far:
The NSA has for some time had possession of all of the Deep State communications (bcs they have everything) but – for legal and political reasons – have been unable to put this information before an uncorrupted court.
So their first job has been to clear out the upper echelons of the FBI and the DOJ and to corral some of the more odious judges.
Astonishingly, this has been done by via a number of ruses, including the Mueller investigation.
Mueller is a long-time creature of the Clintons – he was involved in the Whitewater cover-up! – but he was turned a year ago and has been cooperating ever since. The purpose of the Mueller investigation has been to go down various rabbit holes, supposedly investigating “Trump and Russian collusion” but the actual purpose has been to establish firm legal bases to introduce all kinds of evidence that is fatal to the Deep State if revealed.
Examples of this kind of evidence that should never have been forced into the open are the Strzok emails and the huge web of Deep State and foreign nationals who had access to Hillary’s private server and who and used Gmail draft messages in an attempt to communicate while avoiding NSA surveillance.
They did this by – as I understand it – sharing a Gmail account and writing draft messages to each other, saving them to the draft folder, and not sending them. Other conspirators could open the draft, read, add comments, etc.
They mistakenly believed that the NSA did not have access to their communications unless they were sent.
WRONG. The NSA has it all. And Hillary thinks she Bleachbit it,smashed it with hammers, or disappeared the servers

Why the cryptic format for Q?
Fair question. Here is my answer, which might be dumb.
If Q is indeed a counter-intelligence operation, it may in fact be illegal to share intel directly with unauthorized groups (like the entire Internet), so this format provides some plausible deniability where they don’t provide actual specific intelligence.
Yeh, pretty weak.
Alternative or additional explanation, obviously they couldn’t come out and give the whole game away12 months ago but they have wanted to put pressure on different groups with these releases over time.
Remember, they can’t get this stuff covered in the MSM at all. Consider the recent Trump triumphs re: Korea. He should be on every front page and TV 24-7 as the greatest peacemaker in centuries.
Instead, crickets.
So for these reasons -like the way Trump uses Twitter to troll the media – the Q group (and the White House) has used the follower base in various meme and Internet-profile-raising operations like “release the memos”. The current push is to force Congress to “release (all of) the (unredacted) (Strzok) emails” – which appear to be the worst kind of poison to the Deep State.
Just my speculation.
As to the Youtube dicks who are on youtube speculating about this stuff, some are very annoying and stupid and I also can’t watch them, The only one I can stand is Praying Medic. He has a couple of oddities, but he doesn’t go off the deep end. He keeps it pretty calm, which is how I like it.
Downside of him is he is always 24 hours behind – bcs he actually thinks and does some research before he starts flapping his gums.

Hillary would not need a private email server so people could use gmail. Gmail is available through the web.
Anyone who wants actually encrypted email would use something like Protonmail or any of a number of solutions outside the USA. I don’t buy this explanation unless the people involved were terminally stupid.
Hillary ran her own server so she could send and receive things that were not subjected to federal records retention rules.

I find this, coming from the Chicago Tribune, an interesting summary that’s been allowed to see the light of day.
tl,dr; – by indicting Flynn for “lying to the FBI”, the Deep State stepped on their own dick because everyone else from Hillary to Comey to McCabe to Clapper to Brennan to Huma have likewise lied to Congress and/or fed investigators.
The article says this is a tale of two trains heading for a collision, with the oncoming train somewhat slower, but a helluva lot larger.

Credentialism in the workplace is out of control. I am a professional with 15+ years of experience in my field. Recently applied for a job and was at the top end of their qualifications requirements. Now I have a few certifications but never wasted my time getting worthless “cash for credit” type graduate degrees. When I was at the interview the hiring manager kept on asking me why I didn’t have this degree or this certification. My answer was that I didn’t need it because I already had vast experience in that area while citing various examples.
A few months later find out I didn’t get the job. No big deal. Then I see on Linkedin that the person who got a job was a woman who had every worthless degree and certification the hiring manager was demanded of me. But, she has less then half the professional experience since she had spent so many years in school obtaining said worthless degrees. Her being about 10-12 years younger then me I had half the mind to demand HR provide a reason for my non-hire that would counter an age discrimination and/or gender discrimination claim. I let it go but this post reminded me of the experience and just how worthless our society was quickly becoming when obtaining fake diplomas is valued more then real life work experience.

On that note, ever go to an interview and have some woman or curry “engineer” pump you with a lot of questions, often very specific and technical related to a very narrow issue?
That’s a game they play too… free consulting in the guise of a job interview, when they’re not really looking to hire, but they’re looking for a solution to one of their project issues.

Just had something similar happen unfortunately. And my experience is similar to yours. I was shot down left and right for jobs I was very qualified for. This is a very alien experience for me as I generally put out a dozen or so resumes and get several interviews.
I don’t feel as bad now at least since this apparently is just another symptom of clown world and not about me personally. But either way, its a fucking drag that this is where we exist at today. Maybe I’ll just bounce overseas which I’ve been threatening to do for years anyways.

I’ve been to Kazakhstan fairly extensively.
The people are basically a bunch of Tartars (stocky steppe gooks) with some Russians as second-class citizens.
The landscape; most of it is flat, with stunted trees, grassland, incredibly searing heat in the summer (I almost died there in the summer, and almost died again after I escaped to the USA, only saved by prompt hospitalization). Life threatening heat stroke is a real risk if you’re not acclimated to extremely hot climates.
The water smells and tastes faintly of DDT. The roads are a mix of crumbling pavement and immensely pocked dirt. There are large packs of feral dogs running loose, though they generally don’t bother people and skirmish noisily with each other, especially at night. The smell of various industrial chemicals is ubiquitous in the provincial cities.
However, the old capital of Almaty is nice, as long as you watch out for the innumerable rip-off artists. It’s in the foothills of the Tien Shan mountains so it looks nicer and has a better climate than the plains, has decent amenities, and has an American consulate. Astana, the new capital, is in the heat-baked plains, but is pretty new so it’s relatively pleasant other than the climate.

Speaking of credentialism, it is particularly bad in education, where the degrees can be had by having a professional essay writer crank out all of the required papers.
If you have the money you can be dumb as a stump and still get an M.S. or even Ed.D with this strategy, and double your take-home pay. Of course, there is the odd chance that an ethical professor might call BS on the whole thing and stop the corruption in its tracks but given the perverse incentives and disincentives in the higher education system very few are willing to do this.

Men of honor want to be treated fairly for the work they were forced to do. Millennials side with the left largely because they’re more respectful towards educational accomplishment, while the right just uses the schools as a dumping ground without meaning.
Except for a tiny homeschool minority, the right is worthless largely because it doesn’t distribute nice careers in exchange for good grades as effectively as the left, which is so embarrassing because the left actually likes identity politics the most. The left somehow still offers better meritocracy opportunities in spite of not actually valuing it the most. The right valued “entrepreneurship”, which translates into “sod off” and they won’t give you a job based on your merit.
You can end credentialism as soon as you learn to treat the people who have already gone through the system fairly. Same with social security and every other welfare state program. Capitalism doesn’t provide fair information to students in school, so it’s a stupid system. Traditionalist Catholics call it usury…

The left used to be that way, sort of… but it has descended into farce. Not just because of their relentless promotion of otherwise worthless minorities. PhDs are now worth significantly less than master’s degrees, and it’s much harder to get a job any more with a PhD, and you’re far more likely to have to move across the country. I’m so glad I never got one.
The right definitely relies more on “who you know” than “what you know” than the left does. But it’s likely a function of the fact the left is comprised more of socially atomized cosmopolitans who have to live in cities. Big surprise — it’s why leftists don’t give a sh!t about their home countries, while right-wingers do. But it’s also why social skills are absolutely essential for survival on the right. Leftists can survive being losers… right-wingers absolutely cannot.

Just one example from the feminised moderin working world: I work with far too many womyn. Surveying a sea of offices and cubicles filed with girlz, many wearing problem glasses, is just gross.
For womyn, the measure of a man (or person, I suppose) in the professional world is “niceness.” When is discussing a new hire, a manager (or manageress) in a branch office, or someone up in finance, they often say “he’s nice.”
Not competent. Not professional. Not hard working. Not even smart.
Nice.
an organization that prioritizes niceness over the ability to get the job done is one in its death throes.
An aside, I distinctly remember when I was entering the workforce in the early 2000s, overhearing womyn, on numerous occasions, saying things like, “he’s such a nice guy.” And not in derogatory terms. They meant it. Sometimes it was a boss, sometimes a male colleague. We know women hate, on a visceral level, nice guys, so why would this mean so much to them?
1. If it’s a male boss, the niceness it’s a warm reaction to beta male provisioning. The nice boss lets them take time off work, is flexible on productivity (lol), and is emotionally available to these womyn (they can come into his office and speak to him like a peer). There’s zero sexual attraction in the womynS’ part.
2. Other nice guys. That’s a more difficult one to figure out. If it’s my 40 year old single cat lady downtown condo dwelling (nice body, yoga, but there’s darkness around her eyes and soul), she has been used, abused, and pummelled by so many cocks over the past 20 years that she now craves a nice, meaning will stay, will not disappear come morning, guy.
A hot, young girl who professes affection for nice guys? That one I don’t really buy. Sure, if questioned, she will say she likes and wants a nice guy. Do they really? I doubt it. So why do they lie? Part of it is the social stigma of admitting that they like bad boys. Part of it is propagating the ruse that men need to be nice *to them* in order to get access to sex. They love the compliments, the Facebook likes, and the free frappuccino. It inflates their ego and self worth. If those activities of niceness vanished, so too would their self worth. But they don’t bang those guys.
Take my administrative assistcunt, a sexy girl in a thot kind of way, 22, nice bum, wears tight, black, high-waisted pants (I guess they all do now), ankle boots, silky, rose coloured blouses that expose the breasts from a side view, bleached blonde hair, and metric tonnes of makeup. Most of the men are “sooo” nice to her. I’m the opposite. impudent, authoritative, a bit of a jerk. Indifferent. It’s a fine line between being a dick/rude and being a sexy jerk. She was raised well, or as well as one can be raised year days, has good manners, and akshuwally seems a nice girl. But many a beta male has been burned by the seemingly nice girl who refuses his polite entreaties and is found with a bad boy.
All I know is that since I stopped being a nice guy, despite female platitudes to the contrary, I’ve gotten a lot more poosy.

(I know, I know, very few here like that yellow journalistic rag, but read the article and look at the pics and bear with me…) The article mentions Nike’s headquarters in Beaverton, OR.
At least some of the buildings Nike uses in Beaverton, OR belong(ed?) to Tektronix ( http://www.oregonlive.com/business/index.ssf/2010/09/nike_leases_2_buildings_at_tek.html ). Tektronix, aka “Tek,” was one of the crown jewels of American ingenuity. They made the world’s best oscilloscopes and other fine instrumentation. Not any more!
Tek came to an agreement with the state or OR, promising to create more jobs (note: jobs that actually made something) in exchange for a tax abatement. After Tek got its tax abatement, Tek shut down most of its operations in OR, moved shop and most jobs to China, and rented (perhaps sold later?) those once-glorious buildings to Nike’s fake-economy operations. Buildings where formerly instrumentation which was truly world class was manufactured now serve as Nike warehouses, for stuff probably made in third world sweatshops and sold at US prices. So much for Tek bringing jobs to OR. No word about it in the article above.

I once read a business book that analyzed and profiled the differences between people who were millionaires and those who weren’t and one of the main conclusions was that millionaires tend to be achievement oriented while less affluent were status oriented. Substitute achievement for hierarchy and you have pretty good idea how this dynamic plays out writ large.
There are a lot of people who spend an enormous amount of resources trying to impress others (street cred for the less affluent) whereas people who are successful don’t really care so much about what people think, just themselves. The result is that the status oriented were working less and spending much more on ostentatious things like cars, jewelry, clothing, etc. while the achievement oriented where reinvesting and working.
This probably plays out between men and women because women flower for a much shorter period of time then men and will tend to go for more ephemeral things because there is not much point in saving for when you are old (and past the wall). This is double true when looking at r selected behavior because only the upper strata s of society are investing in their children whereas the mud sharks and skanks are living from day to day. Do that for a lifetime and the results are inevitable.

These are all secondary effects of what i call the female reproductive obsolescence.
Female obsolescence is the shock no one recognizes and began as man made inventions, medicine, agriculture, culture, technology enabled a world wide population explosion by lowering the child mortality to a fraction, even in (or now dominantly in) underdeveloped areas like africa/india.
This man-made progress effectively made a new environment for the females, even in underdeveloped countries, which multiplied their reproductive power several times.
In developed countries this reproductive power is ostracized since a long time now so these are plagued with female-overvaluation-bubble, immigration and ethnic replacement from countries still having unleashed and now boosted female reproduction.
This _is_ the shock, the (obsolete) female reproduction shock, all that we see is a consequence of the maladapted female biology for the new man-made environment.
Females are biologically made to be a baby-machine, they had to be, but the demand for that significantly reduced and all we see with feminism, gynocentrism, etc. is wrecking afflicted societies and frustrating their females even more while they are being sold the man as projection scapegoat by the “elite” which profits of the wreckage.
There is just a lot less demand for baby-machines when nearly every baby can make it to a old age, and everything else men can do better, just as they always did.
Because what men are made for is to provide. Provide for their society/their family, at the end provide for women so they can reproduce, so they are more universally useful for a society.
