I am very strict with what I eat and the results have been amazing. I turned around decades of serious illness. I don’t lift. I have never liked it. Instead I do bodyweight. No equipment needed, although I have some gymnastic rings. Time under tension, lads.
Anyone who is interested in the basic theory and practice of bodyweight calisthenics might read “Convict Conditioning”. You can download it all over the net.
And on Youtube there is a great guy whose channel is called Red Delta Project. He has it all covered on proper form, getting max tension, exercise safety and injury avoidance, exercise progressions and variations, and so on.

This is true for the most part, but it’s not true for me. And I come from solid if not aristocratic stock: the furthest back my patrimonial line can trace (1210) was an esquire, and my father is an attorney – funny that.
The smartest man I know, and my spiritual mentor is a converted Catholic of founding stock (think a name similar to Hamilton) with four children. The ingredients are out there, and if you search hard enough, you can even find these small pockets in big cities. It’s like a secret society – no one involved will talk about it openly unless you earn their trust. I suggest everyone who has come to this blog search it out. It’s worth it.

Fair enough, Lick-It-Off, but she’s one tiny example. Understand, most of the Studies Majors of Humanities of all sorts (Women’ studies, all the varieties of Sexual Studies, African American Studies, LGBTA-Z studies) indoctrinate women against men in every aspect of human relationships in the workplace, rape culture, politics, the courts, just for starters. These women wind up on judicial benches and family courts. They’re the police, they’re prosecutors, they’re the magistrates that issue restraining orders on the whim of any woman. They teach your children from K-12 and beyond. They staff HR positions that then discriminate against (mostly White) men. The three most severe female man-haters that ever were sit on the Supreme Court, obvious EEOC placeholders, and not a one has ever written a thoughtful opinion or dissent. These are the media, these are the dopes that script all the miscogenation commercials we see every minute, Black men shopping mattresses with White women, etc. The damage goes on in so many directions I couldn’t list them all.
Suzana Walters is a grain of salt in a big, BIG desert.
