There’s always an ambulance chaser to be found, and the plaintiff in civil suits often has to fork over some dough for a lawyer’s prelim work, since said lawyer is probably filling his haid with ideas of “million dollar settlements”.

This is one of the ongoing concerns with self-defense law, especially when firearms are involved.
Part of any castle doctrine, with teeth, has to include a stipulation that, if no criminal charges are filed, then no civil suits can be attempted.
But good luck getting lawyers in Congress to pass that one.

In addition to having the system on their side, naggers have literally nothing to lose. If you’re a stand up White guy with a business or income these are your potential outcomes:
A) kick nig’s ass. Get sued, imprisoned or both.
B) you get your ass kicked. Get sued, imprisoned or both.
In any nog infested city, guys tend to learn the art of standing your ground while de-escalating.
After a race riot in my city, I had to deal with this twice. Simple lesson I learned was in recognizing and avoiding potentially dangerous scenarios.
Don’t want any of my bros imprisoned or buried in legal fees.

Some states have “mutual combat” exclusions to assault for situations like this.
I was fortunate DC called me about my warrant; my buddies in MPD told me that the file was marked with “martial arts expert, presume armed and dangerous” and shit like this. I asked what was gonna happen if I ignored this warrant and my friend told me they will come get you. I’m in VA’s system with a CCW, which gives me headaches at several traffic stops I’ve had…it would have been filed as a high risk warrant and I would have gotten my door smashed in and the entire flashbang bullshit and likely have been shot because I would have been going for my weapons at the first sign of trouble.
My son’s former friends got into some shit in VA where some punks waved a gun around and a kid got beat down over some bs, and he then ratted. They pulled the two brothers who brought a gun out of their house with SWAT. It doesn’t take much for them to go this route on you…big tough guy like that proud boy if they come for him, they’re bringing force.
You wanna get in some scraps fine, keep it off the internet and stay anonymous like antifa does. Nothing to be gained by having a tac team destroy your place and shoot your dog at 3a

As far as this proud boy goes, thus far his luck seems to be holding out because after viewing the video, the police saw that he was hit with a baton (deadly weapon) before striking back, so he was released without being charged… YET.
Because as trav says, if someone in the DA’s office wants to make an example of you for even BEING on the street when you knew antifa would be there too, they can still make your life miserable, or at least bleed you dry in defense fees.

Lived in the southwest for 30 years in predominantly Hispanic neighborhoods. Also having roots in Mexican and Spanish culture am largely sympathetic to them. But you are correct, Sir. You are correct. Dated a Hispanic girl once and she would tell me about how her family, her grandmother in particular, judged people solely by the lightness of their skin. The darker the skin, the more she despised them. Those attitudes filter down generation. The European explorers with a couple hundred soldiers (and thousands of miles from home) easily conquered the Incas, Aztecs etc who outnumbered them 100s to 1. People remember.

Watched an interesting video on youtube about some South African fossil hunters who stumbled on a cave with priceless early hominid fossils. They were your typical good old boys who liked to spelunk and a professor they teamed with to manage the find. The next phase of the video was a global search for women with advanced degrees in anthropology who were small enough to fit into the cave and retrieve the fossils. The rest of the video profiled the various Team Leader cunts who were assembled for the task and their career aspirations, and some female researchers in their labs making important discoveries from the bone fragments. Back to the cave. The video then centers on the exploits of the women going into the hole (not on the fossils mind you). But off to the side you had the original spelunkers acting as “safety guides” for the women as they scratched in the dirt for bones, as if those guys couldn’t have done it in the first place without all the drama. But then, NatGeo wouldn’t have provided funding for the dig if women weren’t headlined.

On a good news, I was just at the local airsoft range this weekend. It was completely white, with a handful Asians. This was probably one of the few events where dark skinned people are completely absent. One of the army vehicles there even had SS runes graffiti-ed.
There was also this teenage girl there that was ridiculous good. I don’t think she got hit once and she was wearing regular street clothes and jeans. And she had insane gun skills. She told me this was like her 4th time playing. She was super cute too. Her dad looked like a beta though, somehow.

I think it’s the ‘perceived’ increase in SMV due to not only the academic achievements, but the financial success which bolsters their perceived superiority over their partners. From observation, attractive successful dominant women seem to lock onto betas who are more successful than themselves to have children with, whilst most bright submissive women are just content being direct reports, end up on just average salaries which suits both parties of comparable intelligence. I’ve seen bright submissives love average/lower IQ jerk boys with that being their only weakness.
As the population goes, most women are dominant and most men are betas; The problem seems to be too many ambitious dominant go girls and too many content betas who aren’t aligning naturally in the normal hypergamous fashion like the the successful Dominant and the even more successful Beta.
