- He’s grabbing at her purse (subtle reminder that the money is still his)
- His posture is straight and true, and he’s looking at the camera rather than cloyingly into her eyes while she looks at the camera

This requires some analysis. He is breaking the ‘divide your age in half and add 7 years’ rule. Adams is 61. His gf is 30 this month. The relationship is doomed. Full disclosure: my opinion is only based on my own personal experience. My ex wife is 29, and I am 48. Ultimately it became a father/daughter dynamic. This doesn’t work long term. I’m now seeing a 31 year old ( half my age plus seven), and life is good. I know, it’s only a two year difference between my ex and my current gf, but it seems a world of difference. I don’t feel like I’m dating my daughter.
Also, he could be self-conscious that he’s bald and wears glasses. Those are two possible scenarios playing out in his interior frame. For these reasons I say it’s a beta posture.

Watching people sperg out with “betahhh!” because of camera angle makes me chuckle. A picture is a reflection of the exact picosecond it was taken and nothing else. A man can be slightly leaning by accident one picosecond and upright the next.

Tellingly, even Windows Server 2016 (the business-level SKU) has no way to opt out of telemetry. For most of these companies (MSFT and the FAANGs) I suspect selling product is no longer the sole or even primary concern – instead it’s surveillance, demographic replacement, and dispensing poz.

Beta backslide lesser alpha for sure. I listen to his podcast and a few of his books (Win Bigly & Gods Debris) – intelligent for sure, but how he speaks of her… beta.
He humble brags a fair amount about how many IG followers she has, and refers to her as his muse… she comes by for his big night after the trump election win and leaves after it… though that can go both ways, the way he discusses it is more like she wanted to leave.
Hard to present hard evidence beyond the vibe of hearing him talk about it over time. He is enlightened in the persuasion game and no fool to what attracts women but doesn’t mean he can execute it in reality.

I thought the same thing. A alpha doesn’t post fawning pics of his gf all the time. Adams does in a way that says “Wow my gf is hot I can’t believe I got her isn’t she hot?” Plus he pushes her instagram thot pics. Seems like a bit of tit for tat there.
