Paternity testing isn’t banned in France. It’s just a general law that prohibits the use of another person’s DNA for medical or research purposes without their consent. It’s not specific legislation to enable cuckolding, come on. You can get court-ordered testing. In the USA private DNA testing can’t be used in the court of law, if you want to dispute paternity you still need a court-ordered paternity test. The bullshit about “keeping the peace” or whatever is unsourced paranoia cooked up by /r/MensRights.

This is quite different than not accepting such results in a court of law. But of course, you know that. You also know that obtaining a French court order to establish paternity is incredibly onerous.
The United States does not criminally punish people for testing the genetic material of minors in their care. Court orders in the US addresses a chain of custody of the sample issue rather than any kind of prohibition or criminal punishment. But of course, you knew that too.

France banned the paternity tests long ago they say to help protect children. I don’t really believe that because liberals never do things for children. The truth is that in a place where partner sharing is rather more common than in most places, the French are sort of weird after all, men will be more suspicious of women and women who try to pass off children can lose a lot when paternity tests exist. Don’t try to tell me it’s just a coincidence that France just so happened to write this law up. So really, France is an interesting place to watch to see what the liberal utopia would look like. Men massively distrust women, lots of children without a stable two parents family, low birth rate, Paris is a sewer, priests and old ladies get brutally attacked and no one gives a toss, and the list goes on.

Hi, Château, I’ve never commented on this blog which I like a lot, but I feel bound to say something about the picture above. It seems to me that the players on both sides of the guy holding the Cup are Paul Pogba. Does he have a doppelgänger? What’s the deal? Plus the guy in the middle with the painted fingernails and the big ring looks like a bloated Maradona painted brown and photoshopped into the picture, which looks dodgy as fuck.
On another note, being French myself, I don’t really care about the players’ race and origin. They’re all really really good and the whole thing says more about how kids in France with a lot of potential are detected and taken care of from an early age so that they we end up having a world class team. This attitude is treasonous and why Europe will die if it doesn’t change. I hear the same nonsense out of Germans too. They have far too much faith in their institutions and too little faith in why they work in the first place. Brown people will never be Franks and have no respect for your culture or heritage, They despise you out of envy. Clovis weeps. Vercingertorix wails in agony. Shame on you.

Heaven forfend that Clovis and Vercingétorix should weep or Joan of Arc or Jeanne Hachette (Joan the Hatchet?). I was just commenting on the dubious character of the picture used in Château’s post! Now football is about the only thing I can still watch on TV because of the skill and the beauty these players demonstrate and Pogba’s pass to Mbappé for the 3rd goal against Croatia was exquisite and beautiful. I’ll take it and enjoy it, irrespective of their race. Je ne vais pas bouder mon plaisir!
As for the rest I too have come to see my own country a bit like ancient Rome or Greece, a thing of the past whose beauty is perhaps magnified by retrospective consideration with a sense of nostalgia and Heimweh that has to do with the rapid changes in the racial make-up of the population but not only.
Can I just add that treasonous is an adjective that gets bandied about a bit too lightly I find, pour un oui, pour un non, as we say. After all hanging, drawing and quartering is not something I would not really like to undergo for the innocuous remarks I made.

I love Paris and considered it the most beautiful city in the world until you turned it into an open sewer and tent city. Your making excuses and forgetting what made you a great culture. Do you honestly think those animals you have allowed to flood your nation will perpetuate that culture?
