Whether or not you want to believe this long time reader and occasional commenter, I have very direct experience with the investigation. I am not going to comment on who I work for, who I worked with, or any of that. Certainly not on a public forum.
That said, it most certainly was Russia. The hacking groups in particular have been operating for a long time and they follow the same playbook. It’s actually a pretty sloppy operation for something they would have wanted to be more clandestined. They should have gone at it without re-using any previously linked malware or infrastructure. It’s actually quite easy, which then also makes me think they wanted people to suspect them.

If one syllable of that is true, there is evidence of an outside hack on DNC servers, not 1 iota of which has ever been presented. Of course when Strzok was presented with internal evidence that the overwhelming majority of Hilly’s emails went to a foreign, non-Russian entity it was of no interest. There isn’t even a crime being committed if collusion is found to have occurred. What, the Russians and Trump are colluding to expose the truth about the state of American politics to the people? What are the Russian’s truly guilty of?
