A darker skinned asian would be dumber, more criminally impulsive than a lighter skinned asian, for example. But the dumbness/criminality association with skin darkness has to be normed to each racial group’s average propensity, which means that lighter skinned populations will in general be less antisocial than will darker skinned populations.
