True Scanman, I was merely thinking of things in a sort of death struggle scenario. Not from the position of a dominant Christendom capable of making those kinds of decrees. That feels like the kind of thing that happens after a sort of vicious no hold barred type fight, but not right before or during one.
Of course, I’m just spitballing here and really who’s to say what the future holds.
I would however prefer to avoid all sorts of unpleasantness, but it seems quite clear that even if I am uninterested in certain unpleasantness, I can’t very well stop certain unpleasantness from being interested in me. If that makes any sense.
