I’m not terribly big on human sacrifice which for all of its myriad flaws Judaism and its spin off Christianity got rid of long ago.
That said given we ritually execute people in secret for crimes, so long as it was humane I’m not sure there is any functional difference between execution and sacrifice . Maybe we ought to sacrifice them to the Gods. It might buy some Divine good will and like public execution of the not that distant past, its edifying public entertainment.

I won’t pretend to know the ethnicities and history of all that were considered the original Twelve Tribes.
I know that ten of the tribes were “lost”, and certain Christian denominations consider everyone from Anglos to Ethiopians as possible offshoots, whereas the two that were not lost are what we understand to be today’s hebrews, perhaps mixed in with some central asian “Khazar” or Ashkenazi, whatever the hell it’s called.
I also know that the three sons of Noah eventually became various nations, usually thought to be as varied as those from Africa to the Middle East to Europe (e.g., Shem = semites, Japheth = “maritime nations”, Ham = northern african, perhaps even more towards sub-Saharan as well).
Point is, anyone trying to maintain that Christianity is somehow tied by the bounds of jewish history would do better to argue that God can be put into a box.

Anyhow, as I was saying, my experience doesn’t come from books and faith alone. I’m one of those people who have ‘stepped out’ from space and time because my breathing and respiration stopped once. Virtually every account of people who’ve had these experiences are QUITE similar. Mine was as well. I was never the same after I was resuscitated back to life. It was an absolute paradigm shift in my existential outlook. Had you experienced what I did, you would understand why.
Again, this is a whole other HUGE can of worms but I’ve read prolific volumes of text since that happened and there is some fairly compelling evidence now, the scientific kind, that this is not some type of mass hallucination. The fact that young children who have no ‘agenda’ report a very similar experience is compelling by itself.
I will simply say this- We are all connected at a level you cannot fathom while you are trapped inside that ‘meat robot’ (your body) that you pilot around down here. It has -fuck all- to do with whatever flavor of religion you choose to embrace. And the Entity, the Unmoved Mover, the Primarch, whatever you wish to call it, doesn’t care even a little.
So yeah, there is my grenade I just threw into the room about this. 🙂

The Bible tells us that when we die, our spirit returns to God, the life force (breath of life, Atmen, call it what you will) that He breathed into Adam and which every living creature possesses. And likewise, Scripture tells us our thoughts then perish and the body returns to dust.
So it’s no surprise that a near-death experience would feel this “spirit” or “soul” or whatever you want to term it, going back into some great and impersonal feeling of a reservoir that gives a momentary feeling of at-one-ness with all life, perhaps with the Creator Himself, before all thoughts truly perish… until that particular spirit is again retrieved from said reservoir, or whatever it is that God keeps for storage, and Judgment, to either total obliteration or eternal life… some as the Elect, most as humans on a new earth… restored to the type of perfection that was Adam, and God’s original intent for mankind.
