Bromance

September 28, 2018 by CH

The Demostasi’s goal was to tar Kavanaugh with the “woman problem” brush like they did with Clarence Thomas, at best nuking his nom but realistically intimidating him to vote like a cuck on Poz Wing issues that would come before the Court.

The Satanic Party has likely miscalculated. Judging by Kav’s performance — his righteous anger and the steely shitlord face that seemed to materialize before our eyes and subsume his niceguy cuckface — I believe he would adjudicate like a Chadlord. He didn’t have cuckface when younger, so maybe a vestigial shitlord phyzz still guides his actions, and after that show trial yesterday I bet the shitlord phyzz assumes durable prominence.

If he’s confirmed, he’ll move the Court to the Far Genghis. Sweet sweet vengeance justice is coming. Like Clarence Thomas, no man can go through that hellfire of demonic slander and not come out unchanged. Kavanaugh may have been a niceguy his whole life, but today he wakes up a warrior.

PS As of this posting, Jeff Flake (R-Coward) is calling for an “FBI investigation”, which is the same thing as voting “no” but with plausible deniability, because he is a sackless cuck.

Flake is trash. He hates Trump, who is the alpha chad he could never be, and this is his petty vindictive payback. Kavanaugh is just collateral damage.

Flake shames his sons. Worse, he betrays them.

First, the Republicans still have plenty of opportunity to pull complete defeat from the jaws of partial defeat. Don’t underestimate them. Second, the third-world scum that has invaded this country over the last 40 years are still going to give the snarling totalitarianism you saw on display the last few days dictatorial power in the near future. So, watershed? No.

We have a few lawyers ’round chere, if memory serves.

Someone wanna explain to me how ANY LE organization would take a request to investigate a 35 year old complaint about an alleged sexual assault that the alleged victim HERSELF admits didn’t amount to more than a moment of unwanted groping at a private party would be taken seriously?

ESPECIALLY when affidavits from her stated witnesses have ALREADY been submitted, saying they have no recollection of being there?

If the FBI is directed to investigate which means expand on background search, they will do it. They need to be directed to do so.

There is no criminal investigation possible because this would be a state crime, not federal.

So what’s this “background search” going to entail and reveal, beyond the current he said/she said Mexican standoff?

What MORE background can they possibly find on a man who’s been a federal judge for over a decade, and whose personal history probably had a dozen agents sniffing around ever since his name was even considered for a nomination?

They’re gonna flip the witnesses. Judge and the “best friend”.

I put it by the end of the day they will have met with the people who will be offering them massive sums of perfectly laundered money along with clear, direct assurance that if they don’t recant their stories they will be having car crashes in the near future.

If Kavanaugh gets on that court he is going to spend the rest of his life gleefully tearing these people 4th and 5th assholes and systematically dismantling 40 years of every bit of progress they have made.

If Roe ever got in front of him now he’d overturn it faster than you’d one-arm flip a 90lb slut’s face into the pillow just to get her annoying fake porn voice to shut the hell up for a few strokes.

They’re gonna threaten those witnesses with assassination and they’re gonna do it in the downtime before the FBI infarcetigation. The witnesses will flip, Kavanaugh will get tossed to the curb with a ruined career, nothing more will come of it.

Mormonism has some, shall we say, interesting variations from canon.

Then again, I’ve heard portions of the Catholic Church described as “The Cult Of Mary” or any number of saints that get prayed to, in direct violation of Scripture.

God tells us He has many mansions and many rooms in each one, so I won’t presume to know all the strict deal-breakers in His eyes.

Flake is a useful idiot here. The Senate doesn’t control the Bureau. All they can (maybe) do is ask DOJ for an investigation. If they do, Trump should agree and give a speech about how this will end all questions, yada yada yada.

What did Dems bleat about during the hearing? Having an investigation. It’ll be over in a few days and it will obliterate their objections. Trump wins again.

The more one looks at it, doing the stupid investigation is probably the only alternative to shutting everyone’s mouth and formally putting Kav on the Court.

I hate having to jump through THEIR hoops though, and wish just ONE senator, or Trump himself, would say outright the idea of an investigation of a 35 year old incident that even the alleged victim’s witnesses can’t corroborate is just so much hooey, and we’re NOT going to waste time and money on it, merely to mollify those who have already shown they don’t care about justice.

Anyway, she’s the liar they’re running with, any other liars they produce as corroboration will only contradict their original liar.

The fact that they gave this bish so much time, effort, and lip service is an acknowledgement of victimhood.

Hence, my use of the term “alleged”, because plenty of us don’t believe her story, and wouldn’t have given her the time of day.

Letting this circus play out and mouthing all the platitudes about sexual violence, but then just voting yes on him ISN’T stating outright that she’s a phony. It’s playing within the frame of the Narrative, and even when guys like Graham finally stood up, it was to rail against the disingenuous dems and their power play, NOT to attack the cooze.

Sworn statements are evidence because there’s a legal consequence if its a lie.

That’s why you always have the option to keep your mouth shut because once you provide an affidavit that ship has sailed baby.

That’s why the complaint is different from the testimony. Everyone assumes the plaintiff and defendant giving biased information for personal gain because that’s the whole reason they are there! Their statements under oath, well, that’s a different situation. They can be cross-examined. They can impeach the credibility of anything else the person said. They can be the basis of new charges if they are proven to be a lie.

Heck the confession of a defendant is the most rock solid evidence there is.

“Yes, officer, I admit I was going a little too fast….”

BOOM. That’s the confession. No silly games about radar gun calibration or whatnot now. You confessed. You stated to the officer that you were guilty.

I tend to agree with this position. The reasonable thing to do is perform a targeted investigation to verify witness statements, etc.. This would verify that the charges are bogus and they can move forward with the confirmation.

Too many people in this country believe her (rightly or wrongly), so they have to jump through the hoops. The optics of confirming K with this hanging over it are too bad to hold the vote without the investigation.

Of course, by the time it happens, every woman in America will have memories of being raped by K in university.

This is all delay theatre. Kav will get confirmed in the vote to be held on Monday, and will take his rightful place next to Justice Thomas where, like Thomas has, he’ll give the leftist libsh*ts fits for the next 30-40 years.

The FBI is a stalwart bulkhead of justice… when they’re going after the right people.

Otherwise they’re jack-booted fascists that dress in women’s clothes off-hours.

The FBI has repeatedly shown massive disinterest in “following up” this investigation. It won’t be the political leadership that runs this

Again, some low-key Trump administration official needs to make the rounds of the lobbyists to say, “Nice business you got here. Be a shame if you hired Flake.”

If it wasn’t so serious, I’d feel bad for Jeff Flake. It’s obvious (((they))) have something on him – the shame of whatever it is is written all over his face.

But it is that serious. He’s a traitor and will be treated as such when that day comes.

Absolutely. The Jeff Flake button was pushed this morning. My best guess is that he got the message from a friend of Rosenstein in the “intelligence community.” They must have something very compromising on Flake.

Hunch – there are negotiations involving Kavanaugh and the Cabal, specifically Trump’s hostage Rosenstein. The FBI are now the king/judge makers. Flake’s handlers called in a favor. FBI Cabal now has the leverage needed to end this FISA inquiry on their terms.

Flake was born in Snowflake, Az believe it or not.
OK, now in my opinion this is what’s happening. Trump is the President and the boss and he’s just using Flake because Trump himself wants another FBI investigation. She was pretty much finished in the Senate where she seems to not be able to remember anything and now Trump wants to completely destroy her and the other bimbos who make these fake allegations so the female will never be believed again.
I know how Trump is thinking because I’m just as devious myself :o)
Kavanaugh had an FBI background investigation 6x every time he was appointed to some judgeship. However, this Ford female just popped up a few weeks ago so this particular investigation will be centred around her more than it will Kavanaugh. The FBI is pretty good at digging up things whether it’s some insurance record of her stay in some psych hospital or any psych drugs she may have taken etc How much she spends and on what;who she associates with;what organisations or groups she belonged to; if Feinstein or some other dem put her up to this;whether she was a Ho in HS or college or just a crazy loner etc etc etc Did she ever in the past make any unfounded allegations against a man, or anyone else. They’ll even go into her husband’s background.
You have no privacy when the FBI investigates you.
Trump seems to want this investigation so he has something up his sleeve.
