I have a theory that it’s a combination of a number of traits that are manifest to pathological extremes in leftoids: Infantilism/arrested adolescence/neoteny/narcissism.
Also, the smirk is a very homophiliac expression which acts like a buffer between the surface emotion and the real authentic psychology underneath. I think these psychos smirk like that because it helps them conceal not only from others, but from themselves, the coal black darkness of their hearts and the malevolence of their motivations. They are lying, to you and to themselves (because the best liars first convince themselves of their honesty), and this creates a painful cognitive dissonance which the smirk helps alleviate by directing all the inner turmoil outward, against their perceived enemies.

Actually, him being 17, if he did give her a bit of a scare, odds are the parents would have had a stern sit-down and read him the riot act. If the police had gotten involved, they would have urged a family-to-family talk and apology, not putting something on record that would have ruined the kid’s future.
Even when stuff is expunged, it’s still in the databases somewhere and remains there when one is arrested. A simple background check might not divulge it, but deeper checks, like applying for gaming license, license to carry firearms, purchasing firearms, FBI and police applications, etc., etc., etc. will bring it to the fore.

Most of you must be young because there was no such thing as ‘community service’ back then.There were no sex offenders lists.These sex offenders lists were originally intended for rare compulsive paedophiles who were sent to prison and of course would be released but were considered so compulsive that they sort of had to be watched afterwards.They were not intended to be routinely used for every petty offence and have a million people on them.Or to have 18yo boys who screwed their 17yo gf in places where the aoc is 18.

You file a motion with a county judge for expungement and then follow the procedure.If you were just at the local cop station you serve them with the motion;or at the cop station and jail then both places etc Sometimes cops send arrest info to the State Police so you’d have to serve them too by registered mail. You show the recepts to the judge and that there are no objections and he signs an Order of expungement and you send this to the places where any info may be.They have to return all info and documents like fingerprints to you but in some states they just put them in an expunged file(I don’t like this because there is always someone who may see it) If some insane cat woman made a complaint and you were arrested but just released it wouldn’t be fair to have any notice of this.
In contemplation of law an expungement means that the arrest never took place and of course you can answer that you have never been arrested but there has to be real criminal punishment for females who make false or even frivolous complaints.

Not true. Since an expungement for felonies at 17 I’ve had top secret and beyond clearances, firearms licenses etc. A guy I know had a rape conviction with his clearance, he did stuff at Fort Meade. He told me he went to the security people and told his side of the story before they found out through official channels and they let him keep his clearance. I believe that if the security officers need an excuse to get rid of you they’ll find one, or make one up. When I had clearances I played it straight, I verbally told them I had some expunged records but as the paperwork told me, on the clearance forms it looked like the arrests never happened.

Sorry, boys, it it IS true… the fact that you may still get approved for the aforementioned licenses and clearances has nothing to do with it.
The arrest is still on record SOMEWHERE, even if you weren’t charged, and any given deeper-than-background check will bring it to the fore, and in most cases you WILL have to explain yourself, though not always.
I know for a fact the PA State Police have one of those double-secret probation servers that, even if you get an official expungement, they may or may not get around to wiping the slate clean… and when they drag their feet or ignore any municipal judge’s order, good luck spending another few thousand getting them off their ass.

I don’t know about you, but it feels like my ability to pick up on the odd shenanigans coming out of most public figures has increased exponentially over the last 10 years. In California the term Psychologist (and a number of other related words) must be a professional term for someone in practise and requires a license.
It sounds a little confusing but is probably due to abuses in the past where anyone could call themselves a psychologist and go into business and since a lot of psychology is bullshit you could just read a few books and fake it.I’m pretty sure though that anyone can call themselves a Therapist.
I’m a physician and can use MD after my name because it’s a degree conferred by a med school but still need a state licence to practise, and still another DEA license if I want to prescribe certain drugs above Cv.
I was getting annoyed with them constantly referring to her a Doctor Ford.People with doctorates don’t usually use honorifics except perhaps on campus so the kids know they are professors etc Of course the democrats who obviously set up the procedures etc were doing this to make her appear more credible but if the general public knew and shagged as many of these girls with PhD’s as I have they wouldn’t think so.lol

Been a fan for a while now of Mandy Bombard’s impressive readings on people. I think it was when I saw videos of her telling us what’s really going on in videos of Hillary Clinton and other liberals. (Yes, in that unintentional dim lit red wine voice.) Can’t prove this but I read somewhere that she was delivered this service professionally for a police force.
Which is how I knew before watching her analysis video that Judge Brett’s protected accuser was employing at least one technique, the voice a woman will use to sound like a small defenseless girl. It snapped in cleanly to what I learned this time, the “pretty pose”, a technique used at the same time and for the same reason. Super useful information.

I’ve seen this smirk thing in my line of work often. Most examination and questioning sessions are structured to ask the same questions repeatedly but with slight word variation. The reason is that if humans are unskilled at lying they will answer the 4 questions 1-2 will be different. Later the examination will revisit that subject. In general you will get an idea of what questions are gaining a response and how those are worded.
One of the classics is “Did you steal the pencil” vs “Was the pencil stolen”. The first question can get a categorical no, firm answer minimal behavior differences. The second would get a different response if the interviewee knew who stole the pencil but did not do it themselves.
When humans are asked about an untruth they typically don’t have a firm mental picture of the events around that. So different questions can get different answers. When they are asked a question where their lie is truthful they have make another fabrication, there is a mental and physiological response. The Smirk that Ballsy / Peter Strzok have is the physical manifestation of them exhibiting relief and secret joy that their fabrication was taken as truth. Many novice people believe that these smirks of other physical ticks indicate the misstatement was right before the smirk appearing. But in actuality it usually appears a decent amount of time after an answer was fabricated.
One area of the Ballsy interview I thought was telling. When she said she didn’t remember what day her polygraph took place, I thought that was exceedingly odd. Polygraph examinations are a unique event to most people who have never had one. I would not believe someone saying they didn’t remember a polygraph event.
Could be an innocent lapse. But my money is that the Polygraph event has some fabrications in it. Either that or she’s taken many polygraphs in her recent past. Which means she ex or current intelligence.
Peter Strzok for example being in counter intel would have had many many polygraphs. But yet under the glare of the senate he smirked. Ballsy and Peter both came across pretty credible too.
I hate to say this but many events lately have disturbing tell tale signs of an organized intelligence deception operation. The whole construction of the Ballsy story with it’s lack of specific investigative details smacks of a manufactured narrative that while sensationalist also has few details to trip up the storyteller.
Whoever prepared Ballsy to perform in the senate did a great job. Almost too good, but the narrative was easy to stick to because it was so vague. And my money is not that a lawyer(s) prepared her. She was prepared for testimony by someone skilled in constructing stories and fabrications out of whole cloth. This is a very rare skill which leads to people with very specific backgrounds.
Which frankly freaks me out a bit. These kinds of deception techniques were meant to topple 3rd world dictators. Not drive narratives in a modern democracy. Terrorism techniques have their origins in military commando training that then was repurposed for irregular forces. Modern terrorism training is the sum of 60 years of this irregular training by world militarizes for various wars and conflicts, and those techniques and tactics “leaked out”.
Now we are possibly seeing apparent intelligence information operation tactics being used in open testimony. It’s surreal to consider the possibility that many of the media narratives of the past few decades could have been heavily shaped via deception operations.

It’s SOFTEN steel. Things get softer BELOW their melting point; metals do not have two states, perfectly rigid and liquid.
All that was required was for the heat of the fires to slightly soften the steel supports to the point where they could no longer sustain the incredible weight above them. The fact that the Towers weren’t built very well should stand out fairly self-evidently, not to mention that a jetliner hitting them at speed is a catastrophic event which is going to not only start a huge blaze, but also rip out internal structures, possibly fracture some of the supports (if only at a microscopic level) with the force of hundreds of thousands of pounds slamming suddenly into the building and all that kinetic energy bursting outward through its structure.
The Towers stood for a long while after the strikes. Almost like the steel took quite a while to soften past that critical threshold even with the fires going.
But, think whatever CTs you want. This place is getting to be as annoying as reading a bunch of demented SJWs, between the Q squad, the CTs, the tabloid satanic blather, and the circular religious arguments occupying 9/10ths of the space on every page.
I’m out for at least a month. Maybe permanently, I don’t know yet.

Ford seems not credible to me because apparently, even though her memory, by her own account is hazy on many of the details, and bringing this to the democratic arm of the senate would surely have profound consequences, for all, all around (which she surely would have grasped would be the case), she apparently made no effort to clear up the uncertainty memory-wise, in her own mind, ahead of all that, by checking first with the friend that went to the alleged party with her.
That is more than odd. That is a smoking gun, …. it just doesn’t add up. The most generous possible spin, among the many possible interpretations that stem from these odd circumstances: …….. she is a pathological narcissist that doesn’t think corroborating evidence is either here nor there, when it comes to her own beliefs. As far as I can see that is the most generous interpretation of the many versions that could be drawn for this odd set of circumstances. As such, I think, among the possible judgements about her character, based on this circumstance, …… pathological narcissism is the most generous spin. The other possible interpretations are less kind, character-judgment-wise.
I only watched snippets of the testimonies …… but, it sure is odd as well, that this most obvious line of questioning has not been raised by anyone directly involved in the spectacle, as far as I am aware (unless I am mistaken about that).
The correct approach, given the conflicting testimonies, would have been to explore glaring behavioral inconsistencies like this. Why has the obvious use of occam’s razor, in these events, been ignored? Very strange indeed (all round – for everyone involved). In fact, if I were Kavanaugh, and had noted that this question was not asked during her testimony (and he is a fool if he indeed failed to watched her testimony prior to giving his own testimony, as he claimed – not so smart – that), I would have brought forward that fact myself during his preliminary comments.
At this juncture this is really about who is more credible. But her credibility is pretty much zero, as far as I can see. Not hard to hi-light this, simply be using the hard facts at hand. Why was this obvious fact at ready hand (just begging for examination) not used?

Useless “warm bodies”, placeholders for redistributing your taxes to (((certain interests))) in cash, in the form of rents, shopping bills and the very salaries of the legions of lefties employed as what we Over Here used to call the Overseers of the Poor, part of the parish relief/workhouse system.
Everything from teachers to surgeons, with all those nebulous social work soft-cop roles in between. The immos don’t get to keep a penny, and the SWPL overseers also have to turn it all into (((mortgages))), (((loans))), (((groceries))) (((college fees))) (((medical bills))) and (((rents))).
Doesn’t even touch the ground on its way out of the country to a suitable tax haven.
