And getting her for perjury about the assault would be hard, since it would involve proving it did not happen. This in inherently difficult. Kavanaugh had the same problem.
But, getting her on perjury about some other specifics, such as the story line about the extra front door, or her discussions about lie detectors should be a lot easier.
Then there is libel/slander. Here, you don’t need “beyond reasonable doubt”, but simply “preponderance of evidence”. This would be an opening for financial destruction. The possibilities are endless…

I had to change the subject when “talking” about this with my mother. She felt Kavanaugh was defensive and didn’t like his tone.
Love my parents and always will, but they’re still boomers and still think in that mindset from the era whence they grew up.
