Good point. In fact, moslem suicide bombers did blow up a number of Sri Lanka Churches and the death toll is currently over 200. Western media so far appears unwilling to cover the story with the same eagerness and thoroughness it covered the Dylann Roof church shooting. Imagine that!
Did Trump make a typo? I think it’s a good chance Trump knew what he was doing when he added “million” to his tweet. He knew US media would pounce to “correct the record” which would force them to cover the story they have studiously avoided covering in much detail.

Trump’s tweet was a great contrast to Barack and Hillary who both referred to the Sri Lankan victims as “Easter worshippers” instead of Christians. Yeah. They didn’t called the Pittsburgh shooting victims “Shabbat worshippers” or New Zealand as “Friday prayer adherents.”

I think that the problem with democracy isn’t that it represents the will of the people. I think the problem with it is that it does NOT represent the will of the people, but of a mid-level horde of bureaucrats and scoundrels.
The idea of the Strong Man is to have a champion for the people, a living banner, who can keep the middle in check and prevent its tyranny. If you check out every popular leader from Caesar to Hitler, you’ll find that they were generally trying to benefit the people while keeping a boot on the mid-level scoundrels. It doesn’t matter if they’re doing that at least partly as a way to establish an independent power base; that’s part of the point.
The entire problem with democracy is it replaces the Volk with Legal Institutions. It also has an irresistible imperative for the mid-level oligarchs to expand the franchise, then appeal to the new voters, as a cheap and dirty way to get and keep power. Provide real benefits to White male voters, or pose as the friend of women/imported wogs by giving them the vote — which is easier?
The Strong Man isn’t supposed to keep the “degenerate people” in check. The Strong Man is supposed to use the energy of the people to keep the “degenerate mid-level scoundrels who are too powerful for the people to deal with unless they have a champion to focus and direct their energies when necessary” in check.
I view either as an acceptable solution, really: rule by White posse, or absolute democracy, or rule by Fuhrer, or populist autocracy/monarchy. It’s the middle ground, where voting is used to give legitimacy to an oligarchic System which is capable of movement in only direction, that is destructive.

One of the things that makes me admire Trump is the way he works modern media.
Everyone must realize how seriously uneducated our media types are. I would not be surprised at all if the only way this reality of Deadly Church attacks would break into a liberal bubble would be through this mechanism.

I have been disconnected from media for most the weekend (until this morning). The first that I heard of any bombings in Sri Lanka was on the radio this morning in bed. No mention was made of who the victims were and no mention was made of who did the bombings, even though I know now that they already knew.
I had to (of course) go online to alternative media to find those two very important details.
I have about had it with MSM and their narratives. I’m trying to let the anger go in honor of Easter but I am having a hard time doing it.

Does Twitter “own” all the posted pictures and text that appears on its site? The information, massively stored on its own servers but not publicly declared as such, flows daily in and out through corporate property, a stream of electrons which, if counted, would reach Alpha Centauri.
Do Twitter employees function in the same way as a Shopping Mall? Legally, a Mall is considered a sort of public property and the corporation that owns it has certain obligations. They can’t do everything they’d like all the time they’d like — although they can do more than a park or sidewalk can allow.
